Artificial intelligence is rapidly penetrating into human society and bringing about great changes in the dissemination of mainstream ideology. As an important part of ideological and politicalwork, the effect of mainstream ideology communication is related to the success or failure of ideological and political work. Artificial intelligence provides development opportunities for the spread of mainstream ideology with its characteristics of high efficiency, fast, real three-dimensional and real-time accuracy. At the same time, the rapid development of artificial intelligence also causes sovereign aphasia, information distortion, public opinion out of control, governance failure and other risks and challenges in the dissemination of mainstream ideology. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the main body leadership, improve the technical level, strengthen public opinion control, establish institutional guarantee and other aspects of joint efforts to promote the sound development of the mainstream ideology in the eraof artificial intelligence.
新时代大学生肩负时代赋予的使命要遵循"知行统一"的双重逻辑.所谓"知"是指对自身承担历史使命有明确的"角色认知",新时代大学生是中华民族伟大复兴的奋进者、开拓者和奉献者.所谓"行"则要求大学生具备履行"角色行为"的本领,新时代大学生要做到"以学立行""以能促行""以信律行",实现"角色认知"与"角色行为"在个体社会实践上的统一,进而将个人成长同中华民族的伟大复兴有机结合.
随着数字经济的发展,新业态背景下"大数据分析""算法权力"的扩张导致劳动者隐私权的易损性贯穿于劳动关系从缔结到终止的全过程,劳动者成为隐私权的数字弱势群体.此现象不利于劳动者基本权利的实现.借由劳动者隐私权的宪法理据和人权省思可以发现劳动者隐私权立法应当秉持劳动宪法理念,遵从比例原则,加强劳动基准法保障.在实践层面应当增设相应指导性案例同时提升事前劳动监察能力.从根本上说,鉴于劳动者的从属性地位,信息自决或所谓的"知情-同意"原则保障劳动者隐私权的方式并不妥当.
作为一种游离于主流文化之外的边缘文化,青年亚文化的产生是多种因素的综合作用结果.而现代性焦虑、身份认同危机、多元价值观博弈直接造成了青年亚文化的形成与风靡.当下,虽然青年亚文化对高校思想政治教育话语有着积极影响,但高校思想政治教育话语也遭受着来自青年亚文化的巨大冲击.因此,正视青年大学生中存在的青年亚文化现象,倾力打造具有价值高度、情感温度、理论深度和辐射广度的高校思想政治教育话语,是应对青年亚文化挑战,提升高校思想政治教育话语实效性的有效路径.
混合学习为教育教学改革和创新人才培养提供了新的探索路径,而师范生作为未来教师的重要群体,对其在混合学习中学习投入和学习绩效的研究,将直接影响未来教育教学的质量和发展.本研究对师范生在混合学习中学习投入和学习绩效开展实证研究,结合问卷数据和访谈资料,了解混合学习中师范生学习投入和学习绩效现状,分析不同模式下学习投入和学习绩效的差异性及其产生的原因,并从学生、教师、课程维度为改善混合学习中师范生学习投入和学习绩效提出合理建议.
