The arts constitute an irreplaceable part of humanities,and can also be taken as important branch subjects of humanities.The arts should play a usable function in the newly formed theme of health humanities.This paper addresses the organic embeddedness of the arts in health humanities.It demonstrates that such embeddedness is represented,on the one hand,in the contributions and meanings of the arts to human personal experience and health development,and on the other hand,in the heuristic,constructive and promotive contributions and meanings of the arts to the human body as distinct social object as well as its comprehensive cultural value.This paper further explores three general routes to enhance such embeddedness,namely to construct the culture of health humanities,build the subject of health humanities,and promote the practice of health humanities.
This study concentrated on the works of Japanese scholar Kosoto,Makoto,Mori and investigated on the medical books that were introduced into Japan.It discussed the exchange of Chinese medicinal herbs between two countries and the influence of tea after being brought to Japan.The origin and production time of the existing acupuncture bronze figure in Japan were also analyzed.During this period,it was the first time that the return and published records of the Chinese lost books appeared.After the absorption from medical achievements of Song and Yuan Dynasties,the Japanese compiled three important medical books during the Kamakura period,laid a solid foundation for the flourishing of Japanese Kanpou medicine.

The community health services protecting health for all is aiming to protect the community residents' health in the whole network of community services.The duty for protecting community residents' health is composed of three subjects' duties,including equalization of public health service for all community residents,provision of special health care for special community group,and meeting the individual special health needs.These three subjects entrust the duties to the community health service.They also have the obligations such as participation and paying the health care expenses.And this reflects the principle of reciprocity.The community health services are more focused on providing health management in "preventive treatment of disease".
In recent year,there are some problems about the tissues and organs separated from human-body which come from medical activities,such as medical waste disposal,organ transplantation,embryonic stem cell research,pathological study specimen.They are not only things with legal attribute,but also emotional sustenance.Therefore,they possess the ethical attribute which should be considered from the perspective of"human".They should be classified according to its presence contagious.They have important value in some areas,such as embryonic,biochemistry,genital immunology.We should disposal them by the social harmfulness.
To study the application value of FOCUS ultrasonic scalpel in thyroid surgery,180patients were treated with thyroidectomy in our department from Dec.2012to Dec.2013,including 90cases receiving FOCUS ultrasound scalpel thyroidectomy and 90cases undergoing electrosurgical scalpel thyroidectomy.We compared the operation time,the intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative draining volume,the number of knots in operation and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared,the mean operation time(58.4±7.7)min,intraoperative bleeding volume(24.8±8.1)ml,postoperative draining volume(41.5±6.7)ml and the number of knots in operation(1.8±1.2), all of these were decreased significantly in ultrasound scalpel group than the electrosurgical scalpel group(P0.05).The lower postoperative complications were found in both groups.Compared with conventional method,FOCUS ultrasound scalpel has obvious advantages in thyroidectomy.As a method with more safety,effectiveness,and no increase in postoperative complications,its application can be promoted clinically.
To investigate their attitudes toward cancer-related information disclosure,a self-designed questionnaire was adopt in the patients with common cancers and their families.Most of patients hope doctors can fully inform them of their condition,the reasons include patients believe it is helpful for treatment,psychological stability and future life arrangements in advance.However,their families don't agree with full disclosure due to concerns about mental collapse. There is significant difference between patients and their families on the attitude toward information disclosure.It is necessary for medical staff to fully understand the information requirements of patients and optimize clinical practice appropriately,reasonably and accurately.

This is to analyze the psychosocial etiology of the patients who are suffering somatoform disorders(SD).The experimental group composed by 51cases of SD according to CCMD-3,and the control group is stratified sampled in community composed by 51normal people.2groups have been measured by using defense style questionnaire(DSQ), Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS).The score of the immature defense mechanism of experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the score of mature defensive mechanism is significantly lower.The alexithymia of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The alexithymia,immature defense mechanism and the social culture function together and lead to the perpetuating of the symptoms of SD.The psychological intervention should be highlighted in order to prevent the occurrence of SD and improve the therapeutic effect.
With the enhancement of patients’ rights awareness and the diversification of patients’ rights ,the doctor-patient relationship is gradually changing from the model of doctor-decision to the model of patient-decision .At the same time ,the conflict of patients’ rights has increased and has multidimensional characteristics .The conflict of patients’ rights brings the following inquiries :What are the characteristics of the conflict of patients ’ rights ?How to judge and tackle it ?What is the ultimate goal of medicine ?On the basis of the ultimate human values and bioethical principles ,we should try to achieve the equal protection for all rights of patients in the general situations and to achieve prior protection for a certain rights of patients on particular occasion ,so as to realize the unity of rights and goodness .
Ethics of the body,emergeing from the practical contexts of biomedicine and new technical applications,and the theoretical contexts of postmodernism,can be considered as a frontier branch of bioethics,and breaks the traditionalmind-body dualism.Ethics of the body,combining with the methods of phenomenology,feminism and postmodernism to reconsider the modernistic medical views,emphasizes the living body experiences and sensitivity,pays attention to thelife worldthat the doctors and patients coexistence,reflects the cultural origins ofabnormalityand negative effects of medical technology.By this,ethics of the bodywill help to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It not only provides a new theoretical perspective,but helps to improve the medical humanistic education and medical practices.
The improvement of humanistic quality is the foundation of enhancing the physicians’ medical ethics .It is one of the important factors for the harmonious development of the relationship between patients and doctors .The research group took the physicians in Nanning ,Guangxi as the investigation objects ,completed the questionnaire about the physicians’ humanistic consciousness ,cultural values and humanistic behaviors .Results showed that the most physicians have been aware of the importance of humanistic quality ,but the humanistic values are relatively weak ,humanistic behavior is relatively in sufficient .It suggested to improve the physicians ’ humanistic qualities by increasing the proportion of the financial support of public hospitals , arranging the health resources reasonably , strengthening the cultivation of the hospital managers on the quality of physician humanities ,and implementing the humanistic values in clinical practice .
To evaluate the efficacy of acarbose,metformin combined with insulin analogs in treating type 2diabetes with obesity,60cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The two groups were treated with recombinant insulin glargine combined with lispro to control blood glucose,and the observation group was given acarbose and metformin at the same time.The efficacy was evaluated at discharge.The time of reaching the standard of glucose and insulin dose in observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the proportion of bolus-insulin withdraw was significantly different between the two groups(P0.05).After treatment,the body weight decreased significantly in both groups,and it was more significantly in observation group(P0.01).Acarbose,metformin combined with insulin analogs is one of the ideal method in treating newly diagnosed type 2diabetes with obesity.

Primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)is a slowly progressive cholestatic liver disease of autoimmune etiology.Hightiter serum anti-mitochondrial antibodies(AMAs)are pathognomonic for PBC,especially AMA-M2.The effection of AMAs in the pathogenesis of PBC remains hotspot of research all the time.AMAs specifically target E2-protein components of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex(PDC).Several environmental factors—mainly infectious and chemical—are also thought to contribute to the generation of the AMAs,largely through molecular mimicry,modification of auto-antigens or inappropriate post-apoptotic degradation.In addition,cellular immunity to the E2component of PDC are important immunopathogenesis of PBC.Moreover,more researches failed support that AMAs were associated with the pathogenesis of PBC.
This paper analyzes the incident in depth ,starting from the fraudulence phenomenon in “Three None” Hospital in Yunnan ,concludes the nature of the event is right rent-seeking .According to the analysis of behavioral factors about this kind of insurance fraud , unreasonable health system , defect payment mechanisms , lack of supervision , lack of legal provisions are the main reasons .So that appropriate measures are proposed :institutional reform ,introduce competition system ; use compound payment methods , improve co-payment system ; establish an anti-fraud agency , strengthen personnel training ;improve the management agencies ,change fund management ;build a legal system ;strengthen the tripartite regulation ;establish social supervision and evaluation system .

How to deal with gastrointestinal dysfunction problems in critically ill patients becomes the focus of prevention and treatment of multiple organ dysfunction.In recent years,there has shown certain curative effects using Da Cheng Qi Decoction to treat gastrointestinal and multiple organ dysfunction,and this paper will review the effects of Da Cheng Qi Decoction on gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients.
