Innovation laboratories are aimed at involving consumers in the evaluation of products and services along with other stakeholders. The article was published within the framework of the project "Stimulating Urban Food System Transformation through the Implementation of Innovative Living Laboratories" (FUSILLI) under the grant agreement № 101000717 (HORIZON2020).

The article is devoted to the study of labor intensity of employees of the Department for combating drug crime of the National Police of Ukraine. The intensity of work of employees of this department has not yet been studied by domestic scientists, which determined the importance and relevance of our research. In the course of the research, we analyzed scientific sources and regulatory legal acts concerning the definition of the concept of "labor intensity" and scientific and methodological approaches to the practical definition of labor intensity of various categories of employees. For the study, a methodology for determining the labor intensity of employees was selected, compiled in the form of a questionnaire containing ten characteristics of the work performed.Employees of the Department for combating drug crime were involved as experts.Experts evaluated each individual activity characteristic on a fourpoint scale: 1 point not expressed; 2 pointsweakly expressed; 3 pointsexpressed; 4 pointsstrongly expressed. The average total assessment of labor intensity of employees of the Department for combating drug crime of the National Police of Ukraine is determined at the level of 29 ± 3.6 points.According to the existing classification for assessing labor intensity, tension over 23 points makes it possible to classify the work of employees of the Department for combating drug crime as "very stressful".In addition, the survey determined that the activities of employees of this professional group mainly take place in three forms, namely: interpersonal communication (on average takes about 44% of working time), search activities (on average takes about 25% of working time) and working with documents (on average takes about 31% of working time).
Modern psychological research of servicemen covers a wide range of issues, from the analysis of professionally important qualities to the study of negative mental phenomena related to various areas of their service activities. A separate category of servicemen are cadets of military educational institutions, where they receive special education necessary for professional military service as future officers. At the same time, the majority of cadets, according to their age, are adolescents with significant personal transformations, contradictions of role behavior and ideas. This is reflected in the emergence of various personal formations, which should include hostility that may be caused by the dissonance of ideas about their real and expected self-image. Such dissonances not only disrupt the cadet’s system of self-attitudes but can hinder the construction of their social roles through the escalation of hostility. Therefore, timely detection of personal dissonance occurrence against the background of discrepancies between their real and ideal self-images becomes a prerequisite for providing effective psychological assistance to cadets, aimed at harmonizing their formation by preventing the destructive hostility development. Based on an empirical study of 286 cadets, it was found that internal dissatisfaction with the existing and desired development level of such characteristics as “suspicion”, “dependence”, “aggression”, “subordination”, as well as “altruism” and “friendliness” is the basis for the escalation of destructive hostility. The creation of a preventive program that would directly affect the dissonance according to these characteristics may harmonize the self-attitude of cadets, and thus prevent the hostility formation.
Increasingly, the main criterion for the classification and grading of higher education institutions is reputation, that in contrast to other criteria – the number of citations, the percentage of employed graduates, lecturing staff and international cooperation – is understudied. In Ukraine, there is no information on such studies for higher education institutions in open access. Therefore, this research project aims to clarify the features of data and other possible models and the possibilities of their adaptation, modification and use to measure academic reputation. Based on the executed comparative theoretical analysis, one reputation model, the RepTrak, was selected for further adaptation and testing, due to its more extensive structure that measures the emotional and rational components of reputation. The model authored by Charles Fombrun and Enrique Carreras has been chosen since it is widely used to study organizations of various kinds, including educational ones. The use of adapted tools was carried out by conducting online surveys of various groups related to the higher education institutions: students, enrollees, employers. The obtained sociological information is aimed at confirming its validity and reliability through analysis in the program R. In addition to adapting the reputation model, an attempt was made to theoretically modify existing models to more sociological ones. The limitations of this research project include studying of a limited number of reputation models and choosing only one of them, although adaption and comparison of several models in the future is possible that will allow to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of measuring corporate reputation more accurately and comprehensively.
Purpose of the article: to identify and compare career orientations and professional responsibility peculiarities in women with different sexual orientations to determine whether members of sexual minorities (SM) in Ukraine are less adapted to professional activity than members of the heterosexual majority. The study involved 162 Ukrainian women aged 1646, including 36 lesbians, 76 bisexuals and 50 heterosexual women. The study had a cross-sectional design. It was used Career Orientations Inventory of E. Schein and standardized interview "Components of responsibility" of V. Ye. Kupchenko. It was found that bisexual women significantly less than women of other sexual orientations choose such career paths as General management, Pure challenge, Life Style and Entrepreneurial Creativity, which may be related to the general ambivalence of their life, which is set by their sexual orientation. Such career orientations may require self-confidence, a clarity of self-identity, which women with fluctuating sexual orientations may lack. A distinctive feature of lesbians was their greater understanding of the responsibility concept, which can be explained by the lack of an opportunity in their life to assign professional responsibility to a man, which corresponds to the traditional gender roles distribution. In general, it cannot be said that female SM representatives are significantly worse adapted to professional life than heterosexual women. The group of bisexual women can be considered as the most vulnerable.

Compliance with the set of requirements for the legality of temporary interference in a person's private life by the authorized bodies of the state is one of the urgent scientific problems related to the protection of legitimate interests, human rights and freedoms. The use of covert methods of gathering information necessary to ensure state security, public order and solve the problems of criminal proceedings is a well-established practice of both domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies and special services. In view of this, the issue of the effectiveness of the use of results obtained through the temporary restriction of human rights during covert investigative (search) actions and operational and investigative measures, especially those related to interference in private communication, in criminal proceedings is particularly relevant. It is stated that in Ukraine the activities of authorized state bodies in the field of temporary restriction of human rights and freedoms are strictly regulated, and the use of the results of covert investigative (search) actions and operational and investigative measures related to interference in private communication in criminal proceedings, is properly controlled. At the same time, today only a relatively small number of results of interference in private communication, compared to the total number of taken covert actions and measures, are used as evidence in criminal proceedings. The study helped to identify a number of shortcomings that negatively affect the use of the results obtained during the implementation of such covert actions and measures, and to develop proposals for possible ways to eliminate these obstacles to solving the problems of criminal proceedings.
