The article is devoted to the development of a conceptual approach to ensuring proactive corporate security in a dynamic, high-risk, and ambiguous VUCA environment. Unlike traditional Fraud Risk Management models and compliance frameworks, which primarily focus on identifying external/internal fraud factors and reactively responding to already realized threats, this study proposes considering the managerial decision-making process itself as an independent object and «attack surface» for corporate security. It is substantiated that high levels of uncertainty, information noise, and time pressure significantly alter the nature of managerial risks, distorting rational choice models and forming specific cognitive vulnerabilities (systematic biases, heuristics, cognitive overload effects). It is proved that these vulnerabilities create a foundation for targeted psychological and informational influence, social engineering, and manipulation, leading to the covert distortion of managerial decisions and the execution of corporate fraud. Based on an interdisciplinary synthesis of conceptions from cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, Dynamic Capabilities, and ERM systems, the authors have developed the PRISM (Proactive Risk Identification through Structural Monitoring) conceptual framework. The model presents a six-level architecture for the early identification of cognitive, informational, and organizational distortions through continuous structural monitoring of the decision-making context and procedures. The key difference of this model lies in shifting the focus from controlling actions or outcomes to systematic corrective filtering of the prerequisites under which a decision becomes vulnerable to abuse. The proposed approach expands the theoretical and methodological foundations of proactive risk management, substantiates the necessity of integrating cognitive safeguards into corporate governance, and serves as a practical toolkit for building modern comprehensive corporate fraud prevention systems.
The article examines the adaptation of international experience in innovation marketing to ensure the sustainable development of Ukraine’s regional space in the context of digital transformation, European integration, and postwar recovery. It is substantiated that contemporary innovation marketing has evolved beyond the traditional promotion of new products and has become a strategic instrument for developing competitive regional innovation ecosystems, fostering innovative entrepreneurship, attracting investment, and increasing the competitiveness of regions. The aim of this study is to develop scientific and practical approaches to the adaptation of international innovation marketing practices for ensuring the sustainable development of Ukraine’s regional space in the context of digital transformation and postwar recovery. The methodological framework is based on systemic, comparative, institutional, and structural approaches, as well as methods of scientific generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, graphical interpretation, and conceptual modeling. The information base includes publications by Ukrainian and foreign scholars, analytical reports of international organizations (OECD, WIPO, the European Commission), and recent studies published in journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The study provides a comparative analysis of innovation marketing models implemented in Israel, Finland, South Korea, the Netherlands, and Singapore. The key mechanisms of State support, digital transformation, innovation ecosystem development, international commercialization of innovations, and place branding are identified. The main barriers hindering the development of innovation marketing in Ukraine are determined, and priority directions for adapting international practices to the conditions of postwar recovery are substantiated. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an original conceptual model for adapting international innovation marketing practices, integrating digital transformation, cluster development, open innovation, international commercialization, and territorial branding into the system of sustainable regional development. The practical significance of the research is determined by the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations in the activities of public authorities, regional development agencies, innovative enterprises, and higher education institutions while designing regional innovation strategies, digital transformation policies, and postwar recovery programs.
This study aims to substantiate the role of logistics innovations in shaping an adaptive mechanism for managing the logistics processes of Ukrainian enterprises in the context of digital transformation, global changes, increasing risks, and the need to ensure the resilience of supply chains. The relevance of this study stems from the need to transition from traditional logistics management models to flexible systems capable of responding promptly to fluctuations in the market environment, supply disruptions, and crisis situations. The aim of this article is to examine the processes of transformation and development of logistics innovations, to determine their impact on the formation of an adaptive mechanism for managing the logistics processes of Ukrainian enterprises, and to identify ways to improve the efficiency and resilience of logistics systems under conditions of uncertainty. The study employed methods of analyzing and synthesizing scientific sources, as well as systematic, historical-logical, and com-parative analysis, and a structural-functional approach. These methods made it possible to examine the stages of development of logistics innovations, identify the key factors driving their transformation, and substantiate the importance of adaptive management of logistics processes. This study examines the evolution of logistics systems from centralized management models to integrated digital and adaptive approaches. The study identifies the main stages of logistics development in Ukraine and determines the impact of digitalization, globalization, the growth of e-commerce, and crises on the transformation of logistics processes. It is substantiated that the implementation of modern logistics innovations– in particular, digital platforms, analytical systems, forecasting technologies, and automation– ensures more efficient managerial decisions, optimizes flows, and enhances the resilience of supply chains. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of logistics at Ukrainian enterprises after 2022, which is linked to the restructuring of transport routes, the development of alternative logistics directions, and the need to operate under conditions of high uncertainty. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of the directions for the development of logistics innovations and the substantiation of their role in shaping an adaptive mechanism for managing the logistics processes of Ukrainian enterprises. It has been demonstrated that the combination of digital technologies, organizational flexibility, and sustainability principles creates the foundation for the formation of next-generation logistics systems capable of ensuring operational continuity, efficient use of resources, and the competitiveness of enterprises in a dynamic environment. The practical significance of the research findings lies in their potential application by companies to improve logistics management systems, select areas for digital transformation, enhance the adaptability of supply chains, and develop measures to ensure business resilience in the face of external challenges.
The article analyses and systematises the existing business process management (BPM) strategies applied by Ukrainian IT companies under conditions of digital transformation and heightened environmental turbulence. It is substantiated that the specifics of the domestic IT sector - a high share of intangible assets, distributed and relocated teams, stricter cybersecurity requirements and the need to ensure process resilience under martial law - determine the need for a differentiated approach to selecting a BPM strategy depending on the company’s business model (service, product or hybrid) and the maturity level of its processes. Based on a generalisation of domestic and foreign experience, five core business process management strategies are identified and systematised: classical regulated, Agile-oriented, Lean-optimisation, data-driven (Data-Driven/Process Mining) and hybrid, which are presented in a comparative table according to their essence, advantages, limitations and examples of application. A logical matrix for selecting a BPM strategy has been developed depending on the level of external environment dynamism and the degree of required standardisation of internal processes. It is found that most Ukrainian IT companies do not apply a single «pure» strategy but rather a combination of Agile methodology elements with selected regulatory mechanisms of classical BPM, which corresponds to the conception of organisational ambidexterity. A trend is identified towards a gradual transition from subjective-expert process assessment methods to objective, data-based tools (Process Mining, BI analytics), driven by the need to increase process resilience amid business relocation and infrastructure disruptions. The results of the study can be used by IT company management to justify the selection and adjustment of a business process management strategy in accordance with the specifics of the business model and external challenges.
In an environment of intense competition for the attention and trust of potential candidates for military service, the ability to clearly communicate one’s strengths and create unique value propositions takes on particular importance. This study demonstrates that current military recruitment practices indicate that what matters is not only the nature of the service, the conditions, or the functional characteristics of the position, but also the personality of the military recruiter representing the military organization, as well as the values and lifestyle that he conveys. Amid the transformation of the modern labor market, competition for human capital among employers is intensifying; this trend is particularly pronounced both in the civilian business sector and in military recruitment, where candidates are recruited both through a network of recruitment centers and directly by recruiters from military units. Therefore, in the field of military recruitment, this issue is particularly sensitive, as the decision to enlist in military service involves a heightened level of responsibility, risk, and the need for a high degree of trust. An analysis of the military recruitment system shows that potential service members are significantly more likely to trust not abstract institutions, but specific individuals who openly share their personal experiences, discuss the benefits and challenges of service, and demonstrate a realistic path forward and personal motivation. It has been conclusively demonstrated that such communication contributes to the formation of a more realistic and, at the same time, trusting perception of military. In addition, nowadays there is competition not only between civilian and military career opportunities, but also between individual units, brigades, and battalions, which are also developing their own communication strategies to attract candidates. It has been found that in this context, the personal brand of a military recruiter becomes an important tool for differentiation, allowing them to stand out among others, build trust, more effectively communicate the value proposition of a specific unit, and achieve the set goals in recruitment activities.
