
Objective:To explore the value of Jiawei Simiao Yong'an ointment in treating radiation dermatitis based on the method of"clearing away heat and toxic materials".Methods:100 patients with radiation dermatitis in our hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were included as the research object,and the patients were randomly divid-ed into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the research group was treated with Jiawei Simiao Yong'an Ointment on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,inflammation index and skin lesion heal-ing time of the two groups were compared.Results:At the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).At the end of treat-ment,the scores of TCM symptoms of skin erythema,itching,ulcer,swelling and pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the healing time of grade 1~2 skin lesions was shorter than that of grade 3,and the study group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Simiao Yong'an Ointment based on the method of"clearing heat and detoxicating"can effective-ly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the severity of TCM symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients and shorten the healing time of skin lesions.
Objective:To examine the application value of blood glucose meter in the nursing work of emergency center.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2023,114 patients with diabetes admitted to the emergency cente were randomly divided into a control group(routine biochemical test)and a study group(real-time test of blood glucose meter),with 57 patients in each group.Analyze and compare the blood glucose test results,blood demand,test time,and test satisfaction between two groups.Results:There was no difference in blood glucose detection be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).The blood requirement and detection time of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing work of emergency center,the application of instant blood glucose meter has accurate detection results,short blood demand and time,high patient satisfaction,and is worthy of pop-ularization.
Objective:To investigate the impact of autologous blood transfusion versus allogeneic blood transfusion on Red Cell Distribution Width(RDW)in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:This study analyzed 124 patients over 60 years of age who underwent total hip arthroplasty from June 2016 to June 2023.Patients were divided into an allogeneic blood group(61 cases)and an autologous blood group(63 cases).Pre-operative and postoperative hematological and coagulation function indicators,including RDW,Hemoglobin(HBG),Red Blood Cell count(RBC),Hematocrit(HCT),Platelet count(PLT),Prothrombin Time(PT),Ac-tivated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT),and Fibrinogen(Fbg),were compared.Additionally,the volume of allogeneic blood transfused,length of hospital stay,and transfusion-related adverse reactions were recorded.Re-sults:The RDW values on the 1st and 3rd day post-operation in the autologous blood group were significantly low-er than those in the allogeneic blood group,while the RBC,HBG,and HCT levels were higher(P<0.05).No sig-nificant differences were observed in PLT and coagulation-related indicators between the two groups.The allogene-ic blood group had a higher rate of allogeneic blood use,longer hospital stay,and increased transfusion-related ad-verse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,the use of autologous blood transfusion effectively reduces RDW,decreases the need for allogeneic blood,alleviates transfusion-related adverse reactions,and shortens the length of hospital stay.
Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of a new type of endoscopic dilatation balloon combined with magnetic technology in the removal of magnetic foreign bodies from the upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods:Ac-cording to the random number table method,135 patients with upper gastrointestinal magnetic foreign bodies who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into magnetic technique group,foreign body clamp group,and snare group(45 cases in each),all in the Under the guidance of the new endoscopic dilata-tion balloon,magnetic foreign bodies were removed through magnetic technology,foreign body forceps and snare.The related conditions,removal success rate,existence time,removal time and complications of upper gastrointes-tinal magnetic foreign bodies in each group were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in the gastrointestinal symptoms,the location of the foreign body,and the sharpness of the edge of the upper gastrointes-tinal magnetic foreign body among the three groups(P>0.05).The success rate of foreign body removal in the mag-netic technique group was significantly higher than that in the foreign body clamp group and the snare group(mag-netic technique group>foreign body clamp group>snare group)(91.11%vs 73.33%vs 24.44%)(P<0.05).The removal time of the upper gastrointestinal magnetic foreign body in the magnetic technique group was significantly shorter than that in the foreign body clamp group and the snare group(magnetic technique group<foreign body clamp group<snare group)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the magnetic technique group was signifi-cantly lower than that in the foreign body clamp group and the snare group(15.55%vs 42.22%vs 48.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new endoscopic dilatation balloon combined with magnetic technology has a significant clinical effect in removing magnetic foreign bodies from the upper gastrointestinal tract,which can significantly improve the success rate of foreign body removal,shorten foreign body removal time,and have fewer complications and high safety factor.It has a certain clinical value.
Single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology provides a powerful tool for characterizing cell hetero-geneity and analyzing complex biological systems.The further development of biomedical research continuously puts forward new challenges for this technology.After a decade of rapid development,the sensitivity of this technology is gradually improved,and the throughput has taken a huge leap.Full transcriptome and full transcriptome sequencing have also been achieved.This review introduces the development of single-cell transcriptome sequencing technolo-gy,and the technical challenges faced in improving sensitivity,increasing throughput,and achieving full-length transcript sequencing and whole transcriptome sequencing.We also proposed the need to develop advanced single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology in the future,develop automated single-cell sequencing instruments,and better integrate this technology with spatial omics and multi-omics sequencing technologies.
Objective:To investigate the relationship of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and lipoprotein-as-sociated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:70 patients with T2DM who were treated in Hai'an People's Hospital from January 20,2020 to June 18,2021 were prospectively selected as the research object,and were divided into T2DM group and T2DM+CAD group according to whether CAD was combined or not,and then 35 healthy people who received physical examination in the same period were selected as the Control group.The general data and laboratory indexes of the subjects were collected,the risk factors of T2DM complicated with CAD were analyzed by multivariate Lo-gistic regression,and the predictive value of NLR and Lp-PLA2 was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that CHR(OR=1.028),NLR(OR=9.263)and Lp-PLA2(OR=4.152)were independent risk factors for T2DM with CAD(all P<0.05).ROC curve shows that the diagnostic efficiency of NLR and Lp-PLA2 combined prediction is high,with AUC of 0.950,sensitivity of 85.26%and specificity of 89.06%.Conclusions:NLR and Lp-PLA2 may be predictors of T2DM with CAD,and may be used to differentiate T2DM patients with CAD.
Objective:Analyze the application value of prenatal ultrasound in postpartum women with a second stage of labor exceeding 2 hours and its impact on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:113 primiparous women born in our hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 with a second stage of labor greater than 2 hours were selected as the study subjects for observation group,and 100 primiparous women born in the same period with a second stage of labor less than 2 hours were selected as control group.Both groups of pregnant women were monitored by ultrasound during delivery to analyze the maternal and infant outcomes and differences in clinical parameters be-tween the two groups.Result:The natural childbirth rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group;Fetal anti-counterfeiting in non occipital anterior position was significantly higher than that in con-trol group;The Angle of the Occipitoposterior Diameter(AOP)index was significantly lower than that of control group,and the Head-Perineum Distance(HPD)was significantly higher than that of control group;The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05 for all).There is a statistical difference in ultrasound parameter indicators between those who have adverse pregnancy outcomes and those who have not:fetal anti-counterfeiting non occipital anterior position,AOP,HPD;Incorpo-rating the above indicators into the logistic regression model,two joint values were obtained through regression co-efficients.Furthermore,the ROC curve showed that the joint prediction AUC of the two items was 0.961,with sensitivity and specificity of 97.8%and 86.0%.Conclusion:Ultrasound has high predictive value for predicting ad-verse pregnancy outcomes in mothers and infants with a labor process exceeding 2 hours.
Objective:To explore the impact and predictive value of preoperative glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)lev-els on postoperative surgical site infection(SSI)in gynecological surgery patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 220 patients with gynecological diseases who underwent surgical treatment at Shijiazhuang Second Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020.Patients were divided into groups based on the occurrence of SSI,and HbA1c levels were observed in both SSI and non SSI patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to observe the impact of HbA1c on SSI.Receiver operating curve(ROC)was used to calculate the optimal cutoff value of preoperative HbA1c for predicting SSI.Results:The percentage of patients with diabetes,preoperative blood glucose and preoperative HbA1c in SSI patients were higher than those in non SSI patients.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after removing confounding factors,preoperative HbA1c and preoperative blood glucose were both influencing factors on the occurrence of SSI(P<0.05).The optimal cutoff value for predicting SSI with HbA1c is 8.8%.Conclusion:Preoperative HbA1c is an independent risk factor for SSI in gynecological surgery patients,and the optimal cutoff value for predicting SSI with HbA1c is 8.8%.

Objective:To investigate the short-term and long-term efficacy of telmisartan combined with atorvas-tatin in the treatment of elderly patients with early Diabetic nephropathy(DN)and the influence of telmisartan on C-reactive protein(CRP)and Cystatin C(Cysc).Methods:138 elderly patients with early DN who were treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were divided into control group(n= 69)and observation group(n= 69)according to random number table method.Control group was treated with atorvastatin and insulin to control blood sugar.Observation group was given telmisartan in addition to control group.After continuous treatment for 3 months,short-term efficacy and changes in serum CRP and cysC levels were evaluated.After treatment,progress of DN was recorded during a six-month follow-up.Results:After continuous treatment for 3 months,there was a statistically significant difference between control group and observation group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of ob-servation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Levels of serum CRP and cysC in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Within 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the occurrence of new drug-related adverse reactions between control group and observation group(P>0.05).Rate of DN progression in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telmisartan combines with atorvastatin has good short-term and long-term efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with early DN,which can significantly reduce the levels of CRP and cysC,drug is safe.

Purpose:Muscle fatigue is widespread in daily life.In view of the problem that the traditional parameters(amplitude and phase)of electrical impedance myography(EIM)are not real-time enough in the motion scene,this paper combines the biological tissue equivalent circuit model to carry out muscle fatigue reactance response a-nalysis and proposes a new EIM muscle fatigue marker.Method:According to the specific relationship between re-actance and frequency,a method to calibrate musτcle fatigue with reactance peak frequency was proposed.Combined with the bioelectrical impedance characteristic equation,the solution algorithm of fcwas designed to obtain the rele-vant characteristic parameters R0、R∞、α、τ.Secondly,an in vivo experiment platform for biceps brachii muscle fatigue was built to explore the response characteristics of reactance caused by fatigue and verify the effectiveness of peak frequency of reactance to characterize muscle fatigue.Result:In the process of fatigue,there was a downward trend of fcwith the increase of motion cycle,and the decline range of fcafter fatigue was 4~11 kHz.Through Pear-son correlation test analysis,fcand muscle fatigue showed a negative correlation,the absolute value of average cor-relation coefficient was greater than 0.98,fcof before and after muscle fatigue had a significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The specific shift of peak reactance frequency during and before and after exercise is expected to be a new marker of muscle fatigue.
