Objective:To investigate the research hotspots and trends in acupuncture treatment for postoperative pain in anorectal diseases based on CiteSpace, aiming to provide basis for clinical prevention and relative research. Methods:The relevant literature of postoperative pain in anorectal diseases treated by acupuncture were retrieved in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and Web of Science(WOS)from the establishment to 31st December,2022.CiteSpace was used for bibliometrics analysis.Results:Finally,326 relevant articles from Chinese database and 4 relevant articles from WOS were included in the present study. The authors with the largest number of literature from Chinese database included HE Jianping,ZHANG Xitao and ZHANG Min;the authors of literature from WOS included WU JY,ZHAO Y,QIN D and Yeh MeiLing. The institutions with the highest number of articles from Chinese database included Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. The country with the highest number of publications in WOS was China, and China also has the highest centrality.High-frequency keywords in Chinese literature include pain, postoperative pain, mixed hemorrhoids, acupoint application, and acupoint embedding.High-frequency keywords in the WOS included hemorrhoids,electro-acupuncture,complementary therapy, analgesia, and acupuncture.Chinese keywords form 10 clusters, with 14 prominent keywords identified, primarily including postoperative anal fistula,post-surgery,anorectal diseases, acupoint pressing, and Baihuanshu(BL30).Conclusion:In clinical research on acupuncture for postoperative pain management in anorectal diseases, early studies focused primarily on pain relief. This was followed by investigations into surgical techniques aimed at reducing postoperative pain in anorectal diseases. In recent years, acupuncture has become a mainstream approach for managing postoperative pain in this field, accompanied by an increase in high-quality controlled trials and clinical studies. However, there remains a notable lack of research on the underlying mechanisms and basic studies, which is anticipated to be a major focus of future research.
Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion preconditioning on NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD pathway of gastric mucosal cells in rats with acute gastric mucosal injury.Methods:30 healthy SPF SD rats were divided into the normal group, the model group and the moxibustion preconditioning group.Zusanli(ST36,bilateral)and Zhongwan(RN12)were selected for moxibustion preconditioning for 7 days, and then the acute gastric mucosal injury model was established by gastric perfusion with anhydrous ethanol. The morphology of gastric mucosa was observed,UI index was evaluated,ELISA method was used to detect the expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-18 in gastric tissues.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of NLRP3,Caspase-1 and GSDMD in gastric tissues. Results:After moxibustion preconditioning, the body could inhibit the secretions of IL-1β,IL-18 and TNF-α in response to the stimulation of pathogenic factors, when compared with those in the normal group and the model group(P<0.01).The expressions of NLRP3,Caspase-1 and GSDMD were lower in the moxibustion preconditioning group than those in the normal group and the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion preconditioning can inhibit pyroptosis through NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD classical pathway, alleviate inflammatory response to achieve the role of protecting gastric mucosa.

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular events and widely affects the morbidity and mortality of related diseases worldwide. As one of the key parts of the complex mechanism of hypertension,immune-inflammatory response includes adaptive immunity and innate immunity, both of which play an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension. The previous studies on immune-inflammatory response showed that acupuncture could reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the state of hypertension and reduce the inflammatory infiltration of target organs. It can reduce the degree of myocardial hypertrophy caused by hypertension and improve vascular remodeling. The imbalance of TH17/Treg cells was corrected to maintain immune homeostasis. This study summarized the scientific evidence of immune-inflammatory response in terms of acupuncture for hypertension, and found that acupuncture could focus on NETs of neutrophils, crosstalk between intestinal flora and DCs,which provided a direction for clarifying the clinical significance of acupuncture in treatment of hypertension.
This study summarized the clinical and experimental reports on acupoint-specific functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)in the past 20 years from the aspects of single-acupoint fMRI studies, acupoint compatibility effect mechanism studies,true-false acupoint and true-false needling fMRI studies, acupuncture effect influence factors studies,post-acupuncture effect fMRI studies, acupuncture mechanism fMRI studies, acupuncture fMRI influence factors, moxibustion effect fMRI studies and animal experimental fMRI studies. The purpose of this study is to provide a visual imaging basis for the central mechanism of acupuncture and to provide guidance for acupuncture points selection. It is found that fMRI technology has its own advantages, but also has many shortcomings, and the design of future clinical trials should be enhanced with standardization and scientificity.
Ischemic stroke is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate. The combination of acupuncture and medication has certain advantages in improving the neurological damage of ischemic stroke. This study summarized the literature on treatment of ischemic stroke with acupuncture and medication in recent years, and mainly discussed the treatment methods and their mechanisms. It is found that the combination of acupuncture and medication has a more significant effect than the simple application of acupuncture or medication in treatment of ischemic stroke. It can accelerate the repair of hippocampal neurons, effectively repair free radical damage, reduce inflammatory response and regulate NO and ET levels, and regulate function of ion channels, which highlights the therapeutic advantages of the combination of acupuncture and medication.
