
ChatGPT has kicked off the booming development of generative AI,which will have a pro-found impact on AI-generated content,but behind it also lurks the doubts and worries of society about the development of generative AI technology.By elaborating the technological evolution process and application scenarios of AI-generated content,analyzing the risks brought by AI-generated content in various aspects such as ideological risk,legal risk,ethical risk and environmental risk,this paper proposes risk management schemes for AI-generated content from the government,industry,and users of three levels,in order to provide references for the healthy and sustainable development of AI technology.
The cultivation of integrated talents in vocational education is a direction for the development of vocational education in China.There are problems in the 3+3 connecting curriculum system of the Industrial Internet Application major at Chengdu Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Trade,such as unclear talent training objectives and incomplete curriculum system settings.In response to the process of formulating talent training plans for industrial internet application majors,clarify the progressive relationship in the talent training plans for the middle and higher vocational stages,recon-struct the curriculum system for the middle and higher vocational stages,optimize the training objec-tives and curriculum content of the middle and higher vocational talents,and achieve a scientific and ef-fective connection between the comprehensive education of middle and higher vocational education.
In recent years,the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,and Beijing Tianjin Hebei re-gions have been exploring new development mechanisms for coordinated growth of regional urban ag-glomerations.By comparing the GDP values of the three regions and the core cities in the three re-gions,it has been found that the economic growth of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is relatively slow,and the economic development is significantly lagging behind the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.U-sing methods such as analogy,induction,and citation,it was found that the strong driving force for e-conomic growth in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta lies in the paired growth pole collabo-rative community of major regional central cities.It is suggested that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region should draw on the advanced experience of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta to construct a Beijing Tianjin Hebei growth pole collaborative community led by Beijing as the core.
In this study,243 literatures in the field of academic misconduct research from 2019 to 2023 were selected from CNKI database as research objects,and Citespace software was used to visually an-alyze the authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence and keyword clustering of the literatures,so as to understand the status quo,hot spots and trends in the field of academic misconduct research in the past five years.The results show that:in the field of academic misconduct research,a small group of core authors has initially formed,and the relationship between research institutions is not close enough."Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals"and"Editorial Journals"are the main sources of litera-ture,and there is a certain relationship between high-citation literature and publication time.The re-search focus is mainly on academic misconduct,academic misconduct detection,and academic miscon-duct prevention measures.The research trend has changed from the research on the misconduct of"re-peated publication"to the research on the deep academic misconduct behind"retraction"and"revoca-tion of papers".
Based on theoretical analysis,this study introduces strategic legitimacy and constructs a re-search model between entrepreneurial bricolage,strategic legitimacy,and re-entrepreneurial intention.Based on 236 valid questionnaires,this study explored the relationship between entrepreneurial brico-lage and re-entrepreneurial intention,as well as the moderating role of strategic legitimacy from a multi-dimensional perspective by using the hierarchical regression analysis method.The result shows that that entrepreneurial bricolage can significantly improve re-entrepreneurial intention.Strategic le-gitimacy plays a modrating role in the re-entrepreneurial intention.The findings of this study enrich the theory of entrepreneurial bricolage and the theory of entrepreneurial legitimacy,and provide references for college students to re-enter the business for entrepreneurial bricolage selection and legitimacy acqui-sition.
The construction of Wuhan science and technology innovation center is a major layout of Chi-na regional innovation highland,and a major opportunity in the development for the high quality devel-opment of Wuhan.Therefore,the introduction of a large number of foreign high-quality scientific re-search talents and teams plays an important role in building Wuhan into a science and technology inno-vation center with national influence.This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the management of foreigners'work permits in Wuhan by comparing with the management mechanisms of the five National Science and Technology Innovation Center cities.Based on the requirement of"intro-ducing the most in-demand talents",this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the management mechanism of Wuhan foreigner's work permit,so as to provide support for Wuhan to build a highland gathering talents from all over the world.
The reform of the domestic medical system has been further promoted,and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises have gradually started Digital transformation.Taking Jointown as an example,this paper explores the relationship between digital transformation and financial performance of enterpri-ses,as well as financial performance before and after digital transformation,so as to provide reference for pharmaceutical distribution enterprises to improve financial performance through digital transforma-tion.The results show that:There is a strong correlation between the digital transformation and finan-cial performance of Jointown,and whether it is financial indicators or EVA,the financial performance of Jointown has been improved after the digital transformation,Pharmaceutical circulation enterprises need to give full play to the advantages of digital transformation,improve online sales,improve collection ef-ficiency,and enhance innovation ability,so as to promote the digital transformation of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
There is a close connection between the digital economy and the real economy.Through panel statistical analysis of 9 counties and cities in the Tianshan North Slope Economic Belt from 2016 to 2020,a basic framework for evaluating the digital economy and the real economy was constructed,and the coupling coordination degree of the two was evaluated through a coupling model.The results showed that from 2016 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of the digital economy and the real e-conomy development in the Tianshan North Slope Economic Belt showed an overall upward trend.Ex-cept for Kuitun City,all other counties and cities reached a level of imbalance or above.In addition,the development of Urumqi City has been stable and the coupling coordination degree has been continuously increasing.However,due to the significant gap between counties and cities,the overall level of cou-pling and coordination is still not high enough.Therefore,it is necessary to actively promote household consumption and vigorously develop industry;Continue to strengthen the infrastructure construction of weak sectors;Promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.Promote coor-dinated development of regional economy and society through these measures.
Automotive intelligent technology major is one of the main automotive majors in vocational colleges.In the specific teaching practice,there are some problems such as lack of innovation in teach-ing methods and lack of practicality in teaching content.This paper selects the automotive intelligent technology major in vocational colleges as the research object,and studies the cultivation strategy of automotive intelligent technology professionals by collecting relevant data.The training plan for auto-motive intelligent technology majors based on CDIO mode is designed,and the typical and representa-tive work tasks run through the entire teaching process with the CDIO engineering theory education concept,so as to build a new type of talent training model for automotive intelligent technology ma-jors,which can provide important reference value for the reform of the training model for automotive intelligent technology majors in vocational colleges.
Affected by the COVID-19,the financial performance of tourism enterprises has suffered heavy losses in recent years.Taking the data of 20 tourism listed companies in China from 2013 to 2022 as samples,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 and corporate internal control on the financial performance of tourism enterprises by using the multiple linear regression method,and further discusses the moderating effect of corporate internal control on the relationship between the COVID-19 and the financial performance of tourism enterprises.The results show that:① The COV-ID-19 has a significant negative impact on the financial performance of tourism enterprises;② Internal control of enterprises has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of tourism enterpri-ses;③ Enterprise internal control has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the CO-VID-19 epidemic and the financial performance of tourism enterprises,that is,improving the quality of enterprise internal control can weaken the negative impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the financial per-formance of tourism enterprises.The research conclusion provides a reference for tourism enterprises to effectively improve their financial performance.

The digital economy is an essential trend of global economic development,and also an impor-tant hand in China's economic transformation and upgrading,under the wave of digitization,the digital economy has become a new driving force to promote the high-quality development of China's economy,and the measurement of the level of digital economic development has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and munici-palities)from 2011 to 2021,this paper applies the entropy value method to comprehensively evaluate the level of China's digital economy development and uses the kernel density estimation to deeply ana-lyze the spatial and temporal evolution trend of digital economy development.It is found that the level of China's digital economy development presents the characteristics of strong in the East and weak in the West,with the center in the middle,and the gap between the digital economy development level of provinces within the Eastern and Western regions is gradually obvious.Finally,based on the statistical results of the frequency of words mentioning the digital economy in the government work reports of each region,countermeasures to promote the development level of the digital economy are proposed.

Select the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions or municipalities)directly under the Central Government of China from 2011 to 2021,this paper uses the fixed effect,intermediary effect and threshold effect models to investigate the impact of digital inclusive finance on agricultural e-conomic development and its mechanism.Research has found that digital inclusive finance can signifi-cantly contribute to the development of agricultural economy,and can promote agricultural technologi-cal innovation to promote agricultural economic development;Digital inclusive finance still has its own threshold effect on the development of agricultural economy,and its driving effect significantly increa-ses when it breaks through the threshold value;In heterogeneity analysis,digital inclusive finance has a stronger effect on the production and sales balance zone and the third and fourth echelons of common prosperity.Based on this,China should continue to vigorously develop digital inclusive finance,in-crease its support for agricultural technology innovation,and promote regional differentiation of digital inclusive finance.

With the development of e-commerce economy,consumers'pursuit of green products based on e-commerce platforms is becoming increasingly common.Considering consumers'green preference and traceability awareness,this paper establishes a dual channel sales model of green products based on carbon quota mechanism.From the perspective of consumer Utility maximization problem,it establi-shes a Stackelberg game model,compares the optimal wholesale prices,sales prices,manufacturers'emission reduction efforts and supply chain members'profits under four scenarios,and discusses the e-quilibrium strategies under different sales models.The research conclusion indicates that:①adopting blockchain technology on e-commerce platforms is beneficial for improving the overall profit of the sup-ply chain and the emission reduction investment level of manufacturers,while also intensifying the competition intensity between channels.②When the revenue sharing ratio is low,the manufacturer will adopt the Proxy pattern to sell green products,while the e-commerce platform will adopt the transfer mode.③When the revenue sharing ratio is high and the channel competition intensity and traceability meet certain conditions,if the e-commerce platform adopts blockchain technology,then the manufac-turer and the e-commerce platform both adopt the resale mode.If the e-commerce platform does not use blockchain technology,then both parties adopt the Proxy pattern or resale mode.
