
College students'learning engagement is a hot topic in education research both domestically and internationally.However,there are limitations in the selection of research subjects at present,and research related to the learning engagement of military academy students is relatively rare.Military academy students are not only college students,but also soldiers.Based on the NSSE China questionnaire data of college students from a certain military academy,the paper analyzes the data from two dimensions:learning challenge and active cooperative learning.It is found that there are certain deficiencies in the learning engagement of college students from the military academy,with high scores for time spent on learning and low scores for the completion of short course papers and long papers.This reflects the strict time management of the military academy but weak requirements for high-level academic aspects of students;Low scores in cooperative learning,limited participation in clubs,and weak interest in applying for professional skills certificates.This article analyzes the characteristics and reasons for the learning engagement of military academy students and proposes specific measures and suggestions for teaching reform.

To evaluate the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching for radiation oncology,the effect and satisfaction of the traditional teaching mode and multi-teaching mode group of medical students and teachers are test.The scores of theoretical scores and practical skills in the multiple teaching mode group were higher than those in the traditional teaching mode group(p<0.05).Meanwhile,the medical students and teachers in the multi-teaching mode group had higher feedback evaluation on the multi-teaching mode and better satisfaction(p<0.05).The multi-teaching mode of CBL combined with PBL is worth learning and promoting in clinical practice.

Adhering to the OBE education concept of student-centered,results-oriented and continuous improvement,the multi-dimensional curriculum evaluation system combining formative evaluation and terminal evaluation is constructed according to the close relationship between curriculum objectives and graduation requirements,which improves the previous evaluation standard of"focusing on grades"with a single form and subjective tendency.Through the decomposition and refinement of the index setting,the student achievement is quantified and evaluated effectively.Finding the teaching deviation according to the interaction between variables in teaching practice such as learning outcome and classroom environment,and then combining classroom observation and questionnaire feedback to improve the teaching mode at the appropriate time has obvious effects on improving the comprehensive quality of students and strengthening the learning effect.
The"Double First-class"construction represents a new chapter in the development of of higher education in China,aiming to promote innovative development of the higher education system.This article is based on the core professional course"Metallurgical Unit Design and Operation"of the"Double First-class"discipline-Metallurgical Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology,and elaborates on the existing problems in the teaching process,such as the lack of practical engineering problems in the teaching content and excessive emphasis on theoretical knowledge cultivation.To solve these problems,we propose a course teaching reform strategy that is guided by actual engineering problems in the metallurgical process and integrates teaching content and engineering practice from aspects of the composition of teaching content,the structure of the teaching system,and teaching methods that are suitable for the characteristics of the metallurgical engineering profession.This will lay a foundation for better cultivating high-quality engineering and technical personnel,promote interaction and cooperation between teachers and students,improve the quality of education and teaching,and further promote the development of China's higher education.
