
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Ganlu Prescription in treating Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus and to explore its influence on serum metabolites.Method A total of 80 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome were recruited and divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group were treated with metformin,while the observation group were given Yiqi Ganlu Prescription.The clinical efficacy,biochemical indicators,levels of inflammatory cytokines,TCM symptom scores and serum metabolites were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose and lipid indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,INS,INS120',TC,TG,LDL-C,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP of both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was not inferior to that of the control group.The metabolites of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus are mainly lysophosphatidic acid,phosphatidylethanolamine,cardiolipin,dihydrobiopterin,etc.The metabolic pathways mainly involved lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism.Conclusion Yiqi Ganlu Prescription can reduce blood glucose,blood lipids and inflammation levels,regulate lipid and amino acid metabolism as well as improve clinical symptoms.
Objective To explore the protective effect of Sodium valproate on spinal cord neurons in rats with brachial plexus root avulsion after nerve root re-implantation.Method Adult rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank group,operation group and valproate group.The operation group and the valproate group were treated with nerve root replantation after brachial plexus root avulsion injury,and the rats in valproate group was fed with Sodium volproate by drinking water after operation.The corresponding segments of spinal cord were collected at 1 d,2 d,3 d,7 d and 14 d after operation,then apoptotic of neurons was detected by TUNEL and the expression of Bcl-2 was detected by Western blot and real-time quantitative PCR.Results No apoptotic cells were found at 1 d and 2 d after surgery by TUNEL detection,and apoptotic neurons were found at 3 d to 14 d after surgery,the percentage of apoptotic neurons in the valproate group was less than that in the operation group at 3 d and 7 d after operation(P<0.05).It was found by Western blot that Bcl-2 protein expression in the valproate group was higher than that in the operation group at 2 d,3 d,7 d after operation(P<0.05).By Real-time PCR detection found Bcl-2 mRNA expression in valproate group is higher than that in operation group at 2 d,3 d,7 d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The early application of Sodium valproate can inhibit the apoptosis of neurons after the re-implantation of nerve roots in brachial plexus avulsion injury,and the mechanism may be achieved by promoting the expression of Bcl-2 in the spinal cord and inhibiting the apoptosis signal transduction pathway.
Objective To explore the influence of children's behavior characteristics and their family management mode on the level of childhood asthma control.Method Convenience sampling method was used to select 82 children with asthma.General information questionnaire,adaptive behavior scale(AAMR)and family management measurement scale(FaMM)and Childhood asthma control test(C-ACT)questionnaire were used for impact path analysis.Results AAMR adaptive behavior scale score(84.87±9.16)score,FaMM scale score(188.77±19.01)score,and C-ACT score(15.20±4.66)score.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that adaptive behavior showed a positive correlation with family management and asthma control(r=0.580,0.219,P<0.05),and family management was positively associated with asthma control(r=0.401,P<0.05).The results of structural equation model showed that family management partially mediated the adaptive behavior and asthma control in children with asthma,with the effects accounting for 45.95%.Conclusion The characteristics of children's behavior can affect the level of asthma control in children through family management mode.Therefore,clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the health education and management of children's families,improve their family awareness and family management ability,to improve the behavior of children,and achieve the purpose of effective control of children's diseases.
Objective To investigate the effect of fibroblast activation protein alpha(FAP)on keloid recurrence after electron irradiation,and to elucidate its possible mechanism.Method The keloid postoperative tissues of 8 patients were treated into 3 mm square cubes,and the keloid xenotransplantation model was established by bilateral back transplantation in NCG mice.One week after transplantation,the right graft was treated with 10 Gy electron beam irradiation,the left was the control group and lasted for 4 weeks observation.The mRNA and protein expression levels of Vimentin and FAP before and after radiation were analyzed by molecular biological methods and immunohistochemistry,and the vascular changes after radiation of the grafts were compared.The mechanism of FAP on keloid recurrence after irradiation was speculated by transcriptomic detection before and after irradiation,and verified by in vitro experiments with primary fibroblasts.Results Immunohistochemical results showed that FAP expression significantly increased in the tissues irradiated by electron line 4 weeks after irradiation comparing with the control group.On the contrary,the expression of CD31 decreased in the irradiated group 4 weeks after exposure.At the same time,the results of fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the mRNA levels of Vimentin and FAP were significantly up-regulated after irradiation of primary fibroblasts(P<0.01).The CCK8 results showed that the absorbance of the irradiated group was higher at 450 nm than that of the unirradiated group(P<0.05).Flow cytometry analysis showed that irradiation significantly promoted to enter S phase after 4 weeks which accelerated the cell cycle of fibroblasts(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The irradiation can induce the up-regulation of FAP expression in fibroblasts and accelerate the cell cycle,which may be one of the reasons for the recurrence of keloid after radiotherapy.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Method 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received atorvastatin calcium adjuvant therapy.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the cognitive dysfunction,self-care ability,blood lipid level and complications of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium adjuvant therapy for patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction can effectively improve their cognitive dysfunction,improve their self-care ability,improve their blood lipid level,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has high clinical application value.
In order to meet the demand for positioning accuracy and computational lightweighting of field mobile robots,Neville interpolation is used to supplement GPS acquisition data to reduce the impact of data sparsity and loss on localization,etc.The results of the field test show that the robot positioning accuracy has been significantly improved,but there are problems such as inefficiency,low adaptability and high computational overhead.An adaptive interpolation algorithm is proposed to dynamically adjust the number of interpolation times according to the robot state,which is more adaptive to complex environments,reduces the cost of computational units,improves the robustness,real-time and responsiveness,and provides a cost-effective,reliable and stable solution for the localization of mobile robots in the field.
Objective To determine the best extraction technology of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharides and evaluate its antioxidant activity.Method The polysaccharides of Inonotus obliquus were extracted by water extraction,ultrasonic method,microwave method and enzymatic method for three times,and the reduction ability of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharides to FRAP,DPPH·,·OH and ABTS·was determined compared with VC.Results When the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 20 g/mL,ultrasonic power 400 W,extraction temperature 80℃and extraction time 90 min,the highest extraction rate of polysaccharide was the highest,reached 10.35%.The results of antioxidant activity study showed that when the concentration of polysaccharide of Inonotus obliquus was 400 μg/mL,its total antioxidant capacity was equivalent to 244.04 μmol/L FeSO4;The scavenging rate of DPPH·was weak,and the scavenging rate of·OH and ABTS·was more than 80%.Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction is the best among the four methods,and the antioxidant activity of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharides is higher.
A multi-peak maximum power point tracking(MPPT)algorithm based on the natural selection particle swarm(SelPSO)algorithm combined with the conductivity incremental method(INC)is proposed to address the problem of non-linear,multi-peak photovoltaic arrays with non-uniform illumination.SelPSO algorithm can complete the search of the global maximum point faster and more accurately by eliminating and replacing the particles with low adaptation in the iterative process;Using INC for local tracking can effectively reduce the power oscillations during the search process and achieves the purpose of maximum power point tracking.Simulation experiments are carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that compared with INC,the power oscillation of SelPSO algorithm is reduced from 12 W to 0.05 W,and compared with PSO algorithm,the tracking time is shortened from 0.15 s to 0.07 s.This hybrid algorithm has superior tracking speed,convergence accuracy and lower power fluctuation in complex environments.
Xylan was extracted from tulip tree bark by using the alkali extraction method,nano-xylan was prepared through secondary alkali treatment,and the preparation process of nano-xylan was optimized by using the response surface methodology.Experimental results showed that the optimal extraction process parameters for cellulose were as follows:poplar husk as raw material,alkali solution concentration of 10%,processing temperature of 90℃,processing time of 3 hours,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/mL).Under these conditions,cellulose was effectively extracted from poplar husk.The best process parameters for preparing nanocellulose were as follows:processing temperature of 59℃,processing time of 2 hours,and alkali concentration of 5%.Under these conditions,the particle size of the prepared nanocellulose was 9.36 nm.The particle size of nanocellulose was further confirmed to be between 20~40 nm with regular morphology through transmission electron microscopy,which was consistent with the results tested by the nanolaser particle size analyzer Winner802.This study not only provides an effective method for extracting and preparing nanocellulose,but also proves the feasibility of the response surface methodology in optimizing process parameters.
Objective To explore the relationship between glutathione S-transferase P1 gene(GSTP1)and excision repair cross-complementation group 1 gene(ERCC1)polymorphisms and the radiosensitivity and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.Method A total of 200 patients with esophageal cancer who received docetaxel monotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy were selected.After one course of radiotherapy,they were divided into radiotherapy sensitive group(complete remission,partial remission)and radiotherapy non-sensitive group(stable,progression)according to complete remission,partial remission,stable and progression.Follow-up was conducted for 3 years to record survival of patient.Peripheral venous blood samples were collected,genomic DNA was extracted and PCR amplification was performed to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)of GSTP1 gene G28152A site and ERCC1 gene C118T site.Adequate amounts of esophageal cancer tissues were obtained,and after tissue homogenization,the concentrations of myelin basic protein 1(MBP-1),phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN),G1/S-specific Cyclin D1,and phospholipase Cε1(PLCE1)gene proteins were measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The proportion of patients with esophageal cancer carrying heterozygous GA and mutant AA genotypes of GSTP1 gene who achieved complete remission or partial remission after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of patients with wild-type GG genotype,and the proportion of patients with stable or progression was significantly lower than that of patients with wild-type GG genotype(P<0.01).The proportion of patients with esophageal cancer carrying wild-type CC genotype of ERCC1 gene who achieved complete remission or partial remission after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of patients carrying heterozygous CT and mutant TT genotypes(P<0.01).The survival rate of patients with esophageal cancer carrying heterozygous GA and mutant AA genotypes of GSTP1 gene after radiotherapy increased(P<0.05);The survival rate of patients with esophageal cancer carrying wild-type CC genotype of ERCC1 gene after radiotherapy significantly increased(P<0.05).The expression levels of apoptosis-related genes MBP-1 and PTEN significantly decreased,while the expression levels of proliferation-related genes Cyclin D1 and PLCE1 significantly increased in the radiotherapy non-sensitive group(P<0.05).The expression levels of MBP-1 and PTEN significantly increased,and the expression levels of Cyclin D1 and PLCE1 significantly decreased in patients with esophageal cancer carrying heterozygous GA and mutant AA genotypes of GSTP1 gene(P<0.01).The expression levels of MBP-1 and PTEN significantly increased,and the expression levels of Cyclin D1 and PLCE1 significantly decreased in patients with esophageal cancer carrying wild-type CC genotype of ERCC1 gene(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer carrying heterozygous GA and mutant AA genotypes of GSTP1 gene and wild-type CC genotype of ERCC1 gene have better prognosis after radiotherapy,which may be related to upregulation of apoptosis-related genes MBP-1 and PTEN expression and downregulation of proliferation-related genes Cyclin D1 and PLCE1 expression.
To understand the variation rules of seed and fruit traits of Oplopanax elatus in different populations,with the aim of providing the basis for breeding of high quality varieties.Five different populations of Oplopanax elatus in the Paoziya Xiaogou of Changbai Korean Autonomous County,Lenggouzi Forest Farm,East Hill Forest Farm of Linjiang City,Fifteen Daogou and Ji'an Dadingzi Village were taken as research objects.The peduncle length,peduncle diameter,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,fruit type coefficient,single fruit weight,seed length,seed width,seed type coefficient and 1 000-grain weight of seed were measured and analyzed statistically.The results showed that the mean coefficient of variation of seed-fruit traits among populations(28.3%)was larger than that within populations(20.63%),and the variation of seed-fruit traits was mainly from inter populations.Correlation analysis showed that 10 pairs of seed-fruit traits were not significantly correlated each other,and the rest showed significant or extremely significant correlation each other.The results of principal component analysis showed that fruit transverse diameter,fruit longitudinal diameter,single fruit weight,seed length and 1 000-grain weight of seed represented most of the information of seed-fruit traits of Oplopanax elatus.Comprehensive evaluation results showed that the traits of seed and fruit of Oplopanax elatus population in the Fifteen Daogou of Changbai Korean Autonomous County were the best.
Polyaniline dry gels were prepared by chemical oxidation reaction by using dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and didodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride as soft templates,respectively.The structure of polyaniline dry gels was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The prepared polyaniline dry gels were applied to waterborne anticorrosive coatings to investigate the effect on the corrosion resistance.The results showed that polyaniline waterborne anticorrosive coatings prepared by the two dry gels had good acid,alkali and salt resistance.
Objective To explore the curative effect of Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules(S-1)combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on esophageal cancer and its influences on heart injury and toxicity.Method A total of 92 patients with advanced esophageal cancer undergoing chemoradiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group by random parity numbering method,46 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while those in observation group were additionally treated with S-1,all were continuously treated for 6 weeks.The short-term clinical curative effect in both groups was observed.Before and after treatment,fasting peripheral venous blood was drawn to detect levels of cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Mb)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB).The occurrence of toxicity during radiotherapy in both groups was recorded.Results There was no significant difference in total remission rate between observation group and control group(50.00%vs 41.30%)(P>0.05).The disease control rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(93.48%vs 78.26%)(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA and SCC in both groups decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).The levels of cTnI,Mb and CK-MB in both groups increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the above indexes between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in toxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with S-1 is better than that of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone on esophageal cancer,with better safety.
Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),C-reactive protein/albumin ratio(CAR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and hemorrhagic transformation(HT)after stroke.Method 38 patients(18 cases of vascular intervention group and 20 cases of venous thrombolysis group)who met HT diagnostic standard were HT group,and 53 patients who had no bleeding after the stroke were used as the control group(non-HT group)to detect NLR,PLR,CAR level of patients.Results The proportion of hypertension,atrial fibrillation,large cerebral infarction,NHISS score,NLR,PLR and CAR levels in HT group were higher than those in non-HT group(P<0.05).Through multi-factor Logistic regression results,atrial fibrillation(OR=13.387,95%CI:1.291~138.829),NHISS score(OR=1.268,95%CI:1.046~1.537),CAR(OR= 628.341,95%CI:2.973~132 780.890),NLR(OR=1.618,95%CI:0.892~2.933),PLR(OR=1.058,95%CI:1.009~1.109)are risk factors for HT patients after adjusting other factors,and there is no significant difference between the predicted value and the real value,and the Logistic regression model fits well(hosmer-lemeshow P= 0.229).Conclusion Hypertension,massive cerebral infarction and NLR are the risk factors of HT;NHISS score,atrial fibrillation,CAR and PLR are independent risk factors for HT;Patients with acute cerebral infarction with high levels of NLR,CAR and PLR have a higher risk of developing HT,and the combination of the three has a better predictive effect on HT.
Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on Orem self-care theory on the quality of life and prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer after surgery.Method 92 patients with pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group with 46 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the study group were treated with Orem self-care theory.The scores of self-care ability(ESCA),quality of life(SQLI),cancer related fatigue score(RPFS)and postoperative compliance in both group were compared.Results There was no significant difference in ESCA scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the ESCA scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the SQLI score and RPFS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).SQLI score and RPFS score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.001);The compliance of the study group during the observation period was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on Orem self-care theory can improve patient compliance,improve patient quality of life and prognosis,and have a positive effect on improving patient self-care ability.It is worth further promoting and applying in clinical practice.
An algorithm for solving nonconvex and nonsmooth composite optimization problems is researched.Firstly,a stochastic variance reduction algorithm with BB step size(ProxSTORM-BB)for nonconvex and nonsmooth composite optimization problems is proposed by combining the proximal stochastic recursive momentum algorithm and improved BB step size.In the iterative process,the algorithm dynamically adjusts the step size to improve the computational efficiency.And it is insensitive to the selection of the initial step size,which solves the problem that the parameter tuning is difficult.Then,the convergence of the algorithm is proved under suitable assumptions.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by numerical experiments.
In order to understand the growth law of Dryopteris crassirhizoma,2~4-year-old Dryopteris crassirhizoma with the same habitat was selected to measure and analyze a total of 11 growth indicators,including crown width,plant height,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,rhizome fresh weight,rhizome dry weight,total fresh weight and total dry weight.The results showed that the growth indexes of Dryopteris crassirhizoma increased significantly with the increasing of age.The growth rate of crown width,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,rhizome dry weight,total fresh weight and total dry weight increased rapidly in the third year,but slowed down in the fourth year.The growth rate of plant height and rhizome fresh weight slowed down in the third year,increased rapidly in the fourth year.The study found that compared to the 2-year-old Dryopteris crassirhizoma,the dry matter accumulation of rhizome was nearly 19 times in two years,which provided a favorable guarantee for the rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma to be used as medicine.
Objective Explore the expression of microRNA-758-3p in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its impact on proliferation,migration and invasion.Method Real time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression level of miR-758-3p in normal gingival epithelial cells(HGE)and oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines(CAL27,SCC9 and SCC25).Transfect miR-758-3p mimetics into CAL27 cells to construct an overexpression miR-758-3p cell model,and use WST-1 to detect cell proliferation ability;Transwell method for detecting the impact of migration and invasion;The effect of overexpression of miR-758-3p on MMP2 and MMP9 protein levels in CAL27 cells was detected by Western blot.Results Compared with HGE cells,the expression of miR-758-3p was downregulated in oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines CAL27,SCC9 and SCC15(P<0.05),with the lowest expression of miR-758-3p in CAL27 cells.After transfection with miR-758-3p mimetics,the expression level of miR-758-3p in CAL27 cells significantly increased.Overexpression of miR-758-3p significantly inhibited the cell proliferation,migration and invasion ability of CAL27(P<0.05);significantly inhibited the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 proteins(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-758-3p is relatively low in oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line CAL27,and overexpression of miR-758-3p can significantly inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of CAL27 cells.
The spatial distribution of female and male flowers of Quercus mongolica was investigated and analyzed in Quercus mongolica clonal seed orchard in Jinshan Forest Farm of Jilin Forest Industry Group Linjiang Forestry Co.,Ltd.The results showed that there was significant difference between the number of standard twigs per plant and the number standard twigs per clone.The number of male inflorescence,the number of female flower,the total number of male inflorescence and the total number of female flower of twig were significantly different among clones.According to the number of female and male flowers,the clones were clustered into multi-flowered groups,intermediate groups and few-flowered groups.In Quercus mongolica seed orchards,the difference between male and female flower in upper and lower canopy was significant.The ratio of flower number to the upper and lower layers of the canopy average was 1 ∶ 0.27.It showed that the majority of male and female flower were distributed in the upper canopy.The average ratio of male flower number in different direction of canopy(east,west,south,north)was 1 ∶ 0.89 ∶ 0.92 ∶ 0.72,the average ratio of female flower amount in different direction of canopy was 1 ∶ 0.83 ∶ 0.87 ∶ 0.72.
In order to understand the activity and location of endogenous inhibitory substances in Tsoongiodendron odorum seeds,different parts of the seeds(aril,seed coat and endosperm)were extracted with methanol.The effect of different concentrations(0,12.50,25.00,50.00,75.00,100.00 g/L)of extracts from different parts of Tsoongiodendron odorum seeds on the germination,seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme activity of cabbage seeds was investigated by Petri dish filter paper method.The results showed that the seeds of Tsoongiodendron odorum in different parts contained substances inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage seeds,and the inhibitory activity of different parts was different.The inhibitory effect of seed germination and growth of seedling height was in order of aril>endosperm>seed coat.The inhibitory substances in aril,seed coat and endosperm affected the enzyme activity of cabbage seedlings.With the increase of extract concentration,the SOD and CAT activities of cabbage seedlings increased first and then decreased,while POD activity and MDA content showed the opposite trend.It can be seen that there are strong substances inhibiting seed germination in Tsoongiodendron odorum seeds,which may be one of the main reasons for seed dormancy.
