The optimum combination of nano-alumina and zeolite has been obtained through preliminary studies. The beams were cast with concrete containing 1% Nano-Alumina and 10% Zeolite having PPF fibres in three-volume fractions (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3%). Six beam specimens of overall dimensions 150mm x 250mm x 3000mm were tested for their flexural capacity in a standard loading frame. One beam was made out of control concrete. The remaining five beams were made with ternary blended concrete with and without micro-reinforcement. The beam specimens were examined for their behaviour under static loading conditions. The performance of the beam specimens was assessed in terms of first crack load, deflection at first crack load, yield load, deflection at yield load, ultimate load, deflection at ultimate load, deflection ductility, and deflection ductility ratio, energy ductility and energy ductility ratio. The Inclusion of polypropylene fibres increased ultimate crack load by 40%, decreased deflection by 84.17%, decreased crack width by 45.45%, decreased crack spacing by 55%, increased deflection ductility by 34.31%, increased energy ductility by 84.38% and increased energy capacity by 151% compared to the control concrete beam. In this study, the influence of crumb rubber on the properties of geopolymer mortar was investigated. The crumb rubber was used as fine aggregate to reduce consumption of natural river sand. The rubber replacement levels namely 10%, 20%, and 30% by volume of the sand was chosen. The results were compared with the control specimen made with only river sand. It was found that the compressive strength of mortars was decreased with increasing the crumb rubber content. An increase in water absorption was observed. However, the strength of the paving block specimen made with 10% rubber meets the requirements for application in interlocking paving blocks. Its compressive strength at the age of 7 days was 85.0 MPa. Disciplinary: Civil Engineering & Material Technology (Cement, Geopolymer, Construction Materials, Pavement). Recently, various optimization methods are being used in the design process in order to find the optimized form of products under different given conditions. The use of topology optimization has enabled engineer designers and industrialists to achieve lighter-weight products costeffectively and at less time-consuming processes without losing their intended design purposes. In this study, topology optimization using Autodesk Inventor Software is applied to a component of a front-end telescopic hydraulic cylinder to reduce the mass by at least 30% of the original weight while satisfying the pressure constraints of 18 MPa. Furthermore, sketches are drawn based on the forms derived from topology optimization and the final design is generated into CAD. Finally, finite element analysis is done upon the final model in order to conduct the durability analysis. The results show that the model of the component obtained with topology analysis has been reduced by 30.77% of the original weight while ensuring normal operation under the given constraints. An independent director is a special director appointed to the board of a company who is expected to have expertise in any particular field of marketing and other allied streams and who plays the role of a non-executive director of that particular company. This article documents the rationality behind the introduction of the concept of independent directors on the company board and also presents the evolution of the same from the events that occurred in the USA and UK. The article also discussed the incorporation of the concept of independent directors in the Indian system. It has been seen that diffused shareholding in US and UK plays an important role in checking the managers in their functioning. The corporate governance models differ according to the convictions and laws of different countries in which they are to be practiced. The incorporation of the concept of independent directors in India without taking the Indian corporate structure into consideration may result in undesired outcomes. However, this article collects and presents the various aspects of the incorporation of independent directors in Indian corporate governance. The article effectively discussed the difference and various aspects of corporate governance in different countries like the United Kingdom, United States, Japan, etc, and compared it to the Indian system. This current also discussed the 1997 Asian financial crisis and the role the Kumar Mangalam Birla committee played during 1998, formulating the National code on corporate governance in 1999 which is the basis of the formation of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The pragmatic adoption of Agenda 2030 lies in acclimatizing its 17 goals as the objectives of sustainable vision for future cities. In a quest to attain these objectives, Indian cities are thus continuously challenged for the effective transference of country-wide SDG targets as the local level indicators of urban development. This paper intends to examine the dialectics around the sustainability assessment framework in India, as the country stands at the juncture of releasing dynamics for social, economic, and environmental growth of cities. The methodology adopted to conduct the research work includes a semantic literature perusal and an indicatorbased communication mapping of proposed assessment indices, to analyze the competency of the existing framework. It has been observed from an aggregated analysis that the issues of data reliability and non-inclusivity of contextual elements at the local level act as critical challenges for ecological vulnerability and the economic feasibility of the goals. This paper intends to abate these gaps existing in the literature focusing on sustainability issues of India and direct the discussion towards reorienting the current role of indicators from being `performance assessors to becoming catalytic enablers of sustainable cities. In the hospitals of Vladikavkaz (Russia) 55 pregnant women with various clinical forms of brucellosis were examined. To identify the pathology of pregnant women with brucellosis, epidemiological history data were taken into account. The age of the sick women corresponded to the childbearing age: from 19 to 45 years. Patients with the latent course of brucellosis considered themselves healthy, but out of 39 patients, 13 had a premature birth. The reproductive system in men was also studied by analyzing 100 medical histories of patients with brucellosis (acute stage - 20, chronic - 80). We have identified orchitis with the development of dropsy, orchiepididymitis with manifestations of the disease in the form of chills, and high fever. Changes in the genitals of men with brucellosis are often the cause of diagnostic errors, in connection with which a clinical example is given for the purpose of interdisciplinary differential diagnosis with the pathology of the lesion of this system in other diseases. Sudden cardiac death is one of the leading causes of death with a high level of urbanization. Brugada syndrome is a genetically determined cardiac arrhythmia characterized by syncopal states, ST-segment rises (from point above the isoelectric line in the right precordial leads (V1-V3), which can disappear transiently, also inverted T wave, complete or incomplete blockage of the legs of the Gis beam, periodic elongation can be registered in these leads P-R interval with a high risk of life-threatening ventricular tachyarrhythmias (episodes of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation), usually developing in a dream or in a calm state. Often, patients also have supraventricular arrhythmias, more often atrial fibrillation. Over 15 years of studying pathology, data on acquired Brugada syndrome have accumulated. Changes in the ECG by the type of Brugadalike, without clinical confirmation of the syndrome, can be observed in patients with chest excavation, with hemopericardium. There are currently no convincing agreed data on the effectiveness of any medications in the long-term prevention of seizures, or they are contradictory. For patients with a high risk of sudden cardiac death, the method of therapy that increases life expectancy is the implantation of an electrocardio stimulator. Moshkovitz syndrome, which is also called thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), is an extremely severe multimorbid pathology. TTP is characterized by a very aggressive course, requiring Immediate initiation of treatment in the first hours of occurrence, because, without fast and properly selected therapy, the mortality rate approaches 100% regardless of age. The foundation of Moshkovitz syndrome is a sharp increase in platelet aggregation with the formation of thrombi consisting of platelets and von Willebrand factor in small vessels of organs. The target organs that are affected in the first place are the brain, lungs, and kidneys. There is a sharp development of thrombocytopenia, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, and ischemia in the most important organs. It is difficult to diagnose the disease due to the absence of specific symptoms. The disease I often develops suddenly against the background of full health and in most cases resembles ARVI. In children, TTP is very rare, and therefore it is difficult for clinicians to verify the disease and determine a therapy strategy. The article presents an analysis of a clinical case of an 11-year-old girl with Moshkovitz syndrome. (C) 2022 INT TRANS J ENG MANAG SCI TECH.

Currently, the use of augmented reality and 3D printing technologies is becoming increasingly popular when planning and conducting surgical operations in patients with musculoskeletal pathology. In 2019-2021, more than 80 operations were performed on knee joints, ligaments and spine using new technology. We have developed a technique that allows for preoperative planning using original software and additional reality glasses (additional reality complex). During the operation, the additional reality complex performs assistance, providing access to the data of additional methods of examination of the patient and making an "overlay" on the operating field in glasses of the additional reality of normal anatomy or previously performed MRI or CT data. The new method of simulation and use of augmented reality glasses with the HoloDoctor program for implantological treatment demonstrated a good visualization of the anatomical features of the implant placement area, provided an opportunity for the surgeon to thoroughly study the intervention area before surgery, perform surgery in the conditions of the patient's real anatomy, including using the navigation in augmented reality.
