In recent years, with the continuous improvement and innovation of assembled building technology system, modular integrated building has become an important direction of assembled buildings.Based on the first domestic nearly 100-meter-height modular integrated high-rise residential project, the innovation of the MiC technological application is introduced, also the impact of concrete modules on the structural stiffness and then the seismic performance of the structure are analyzed. The results show that it is appropriate to take 0.8 as the period reduction coefficient in the structural design to reflect the impact of modular shells on the structural stiffness. The shear wall is basi-cally undamaged under the strong earthquake, and most of the coupling beams are severely damaged, meeting the structural performance goal. The tensile stress of the slabs around the core tube and the weak connection is larger than that of the slabs in other areas,so the slabs should be strengthened during design. The weak connection slabs can meet the requirements of structural bearing capacity in the case of considering strengthening details.
BIM technology has brought new opportunities for the digital transformation of the construction industry.Aiming at the difficul-ties of the landing application of intelligent construction technology in the construction process of building projects, the typical application scenarios of intelligent construction technology at home and abroad are analysed and researched, and combined with actual project application cases are demonstrated.Through the demonstration,it verifies the information advantage, visualisation advantage and engineering integrated management advantage shown by the digital technology represented by BIM in the design and construction stage, digital processing and engi-neering progress control.
Taking the large-span intersecting beam string roof of a gymnasium in Zhuhai as the background.Analyzed and studied the technical problems faced during the roof construction process.Using Midas software for finite element three-dimensional simulation analysis.Dynamic simulation analysis of deformation of cross beam string under various working conditions.Optimized the sequence of prestressed ten-sioning and roof concrete pouring.Optimized the prestressed tensioning sequence and roof concrete pouring sequence to solve a series of problems caused by load superposition that affect construction quality and production safety. The deformation monitoring data of the beam string roof is consistent with the finite element simulation analysis results.
Introduces a performance target reinforcement and renovation design method for a commercial building complex to be trans-formed into a medical building through engineering examples, solving the problem of insufficient seismic structural measures due to the in-crease in seismic fortification categories in high-intensity areas.Based on the third-party inspection and appraisal report, and based on the cal-culation and performance analysis results, the original structural components such as frames, shear walls, floors, etc.are reinforced using methods such as steel bonding, carbon fiber cloth, and expanded cross-section.After practical engineering verification, the reinforcement plan is feasible in construction, reliable in nodes, and has clear force transmission, which can ensure the overall work of the new and old struc-tures,and can serve as a reference for similar engineering projects.
