Based on the generalization of modern scientific research, the main directions of creation and development of the concept of circular economy are substantiated in terms of the following stages: creation of stable high-level technology with a closed cycle; creation of a circular economic model, which is based on the hypothesis of broad interdependence between the economy and the environment; creation of a concept of the transition of industry to waste-free activities, as well as support for a continuous production cycle.The article presents a SWAT analysis of the implementation of the principles of the circular economy (CE), which can serve as the basis for a comprehensive approach and strategic planning for a successful transition to CE.It was found that the most favorable scenario for the transition to a circular economy is the “Global Circular Society” scenario, which involves the full-scale use of circular economy approaches both at the level of value chains and at the level of society as a whole. To determine progress in the transition to a circular economy under this scenario, the authors proposed key indicators.Keywords: sustainable development, circular economy, financial policy, global circular society, transition indicators.
The relevance of this study is due to the fact that scientific papers have not actually considered the features and rules related to the use of seafood according to the religious rules of Islam. It is generally believed that Muslims do not eat blood, pig meat, dead meat and alcohol. In fact, this is true, but it should be noted that certain trends and law schools have their own nuances related to the consumption of seafood. Ignorance of these issues can complicate the export of certain goods to some Muslim countries, as well as to banal misunderstandings when communicating with Muslims by representatives of certain movements and schools. The subject of the study is the rules of some currents and madhhabs related to the consumption of seafood. The purpose is to clarify issues related to the use of seafood in Islam. The main method is hermeneutical, which includes the study of the Koran, the sayings of the prophet and the works of Islamic theologians related to the consumption of seafood. As a result, it was found that representatives of the Hanafi Madhhab and the Shiite movement consider some seafood forbidden for consumption. The results of the study can be applied in the development of Halal standards and certification of certain types of products. Also, the results of this article may be useful in the preparation and teaching of religious studies courses. The article examines the aspects of forming the type of an effective manager. In connection with the emergence and frequent repetition in scientific and special literature, on the websites of educational organizations, and requests in the labor market for the concept of "effective manager", the existence of such a type of manager in classical scientific literature is clarified; the essence of the category "effectiveness" and the possibility of its application to a manager as a modern leader are clarified; the author's definition of "effective manager" is given; the characteristics of an effective manager presented in the works of Drucker P.F., Judith L.-J., Pearson B. and Thomas N. are analyzed. The article also analyzes (to a limited extent, within the framework of the article) the possibility of professional training in Ukraine through formal (in higher educational institutions) and informal education (business schools, training centers) in order to become an effective manager. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of identity transformation in middle-aged codependent women. It was determined that the process of identity transformation in a codependent personality during the middle age crisis represents the discovery of self-worth, uniqueness, the formation of psychological immunity, and coherence. The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the identity transformation program for middle-aged codependent women. The model of identity transformation of codependent middle-aged women is presented, which includes criteria for the effectiveness of program implementation, levels of psychological influence (motivational, cognitive, emotional, behavioral, physical), social-psychological transformation technology, stages of program implementation (diagnostic, resource, psychotherapeutic, summative or reflective). The purpose and tasks of the identity transformation program for middle-aged codependent women are defined. On the basis of the conducted research, it was established that as a result of approbation of the program, positive results of the identity transformation of middle-aged women of the experimental group were found on all identity scales, except for the «Material Self».Keywords: personality, personality development, integral identity, self-regulation, coherence, bodily locus of control, psychocorrection, early maladaptiv eschemas.
The article discusses the features of digital marketing in relation to classical, traditional marketing. A special attention is devoted to a review of digital communications and digital marketing tools, which by their nature are targeted, interactive and integrative. The research analyses the technology of digital marketing algorithmization describing the sequence of management decisions made to adapt developing digital marketing tools to the company’s activities. As part of the consideration of modern trends in the development of digital marketing, the author has identified the most effective tools applied by companies using web analytics to monitor the target and potential audience, and the behavior of recipients of communication messages in order to make decisions on the use of digital resources. Particular attention in the article is paid to the complex of integrated B2B and B2C tools, and various methods and techniques of interaction with consumers.
