In order to further implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, universities should respond to the new requirements put forward by the party building work in universities in the new era and continuously improve the quality of student party branch construction. At present, there are still new problems in the party branch of college students in terms of party building concept, internal construction, and external environment. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the practical significance of improving the quality of college student party branch construction. Based on the perspective of connotative development, we should explore ways to improve the quality of college student party branch construction from the perspectives of the concept of party branch, the construction of the internal governance system of the party branch, and the improvement of the external environment, so as to better promote the deep integration of party building in colleges and universities and the development of higher education.
