The development of Chinese national instrumental music has a long history,as long as thousands of years,can be described as fruitful.At present,national instrumental music has been a bright and vast art world widely recognized by the whole world.In the form of expression,ethnic instrumental music is composed of sound elements,but it has not only physical properties,but is co-created by people of all nationalities,which contains rich and complex emotions,and is an important carrier to highlight various regional cultures.This paper discusses the communication significance of ethnic instrumental music under the background of the new era,the difficulties faced by traditional communication methods of ethnic instrumental music,the promotion role of media integration on ethnic instrumental music communication,and the new ecological construction path of ethnic instrumental music communication under media integration,aiming to provide reference for the development of rele-vant work.
