A series of 1-adamantoylaminopyridines have been synthesized using reactions between 1-adamantoyl chloride with the corresponding aminopyridines. It is established that N-(1-adamantoyl)-3-aminopyridine and N-(1-adamantoyl)-2-aminopyridine decrease serotonin-induced thrombocyte aggregation.
