Синтез и цитотоксическая активность производных 1,2,3-триазола на клеточную культуру глиомы

A series of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives have been synthesized and their cytotoxic effect on glioma cells have been studied. A new method for the synthesis of 1-R-5-methyl-1 H -[1,2,3]triazole-4-carboxamides via transformation of sodium 4-acetyl-1-phenyl-1 H -[1,2,3]triazolate under the action of primary amine hydrochlorides is proposed.
