摘要
In the experiments on rats with Walker carcinosarcoma 256 apothrombostatin, obtained from collagen protein of the Far-Eastern holothurian (trepang) Apostichopus japonicus Selenka, intensified antitumor and antimetastatic action of the well-known cytostatic cyclophosphan. However, the effect of apothrombostatin was somewhat inferior to the effect of synthetic thiasol alkaloid thiacarpin.
