The purpose of the research is to study the fauna of zoophilous flies on the territory of the farms of the Palekh district of the Ivanovo region, to determine the comparative effectiveness of insecticidal preparations and the duration of their action; establish the role of zoophilous flies in the spread of helminth eggs and protozoan oocysts.Materials and methods. The faunistic collection of zoophilous flies was carried out in calf dispensaries of livestock farms in the farms of the Palekh district of the Ivanovo region. The species of zoophilic flies was determined at the Department of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases of the Ivanovo State Agricultural Academy. The comparative effectiveness of insecticidal preparations was carried out. Results and discussion. The fauna of zoophilic flies on cattle farms in the farms of the Ivanovo region of the Palekh district is represented by three families: Muscidae (92.78%), Calliphoridae (1.16%), Scatophagidae (5.69%). They are equally contaminated with eggs of pathogens of helminthoses and oocysts of pathogens of protozooses, and their role in the spread of helminthosis and protozoosis is determined by the index of dominance in the fauna of livestock buildings. The fastest effect of acute insecticidal action was observed in the drug with AD imidacloprid – 4 min. after contact of insects with treated surfaces of objects. In preparations with AD, thiamethoxam and cypermethrin showed insecticidal properties after 8 min. The longest insecticidal effect was observed in the drug with AD imidacloprid; it was 13 days, while for drugs with DV thiamethoxam and cypermethrin - a little more than half of this period.

The radiation of a two-level resonant medium that is placed into a cavity and is excited by a periodically phase modulated laser pulse is studied theoretically. The radiation is analyzed based on the analytical and numerical solutions of the system of Maxwell–Bloch equations under conditions of a strong coupling between the field and the matter. Under these conditions, this system is similar to a polariton laser. The excitation efficiency of a polariton laser by a phase-modulated radiation pulse is shown to be high compared to a pulse without phase modulation of the carrier frequency. It is shown that the main reason for the efficient excitation of polariton modes in the medium is the appearance of difference combination parametric resonance. The obtained results open up new possibilities for the excitation of radiation of polariton lasers by low-power frequency-modulated pump laser radiation.
In this paper, the radiation of a two-level resonant medium placed in a cavity and excited by a laser pulse with periodic phase modulation is studied theoretically. The analysis is carried out on the basis of an analytical and numerical solution of the system of Maxwell-Bloch equations under conditions when the regime of strong coupling of the field and matter is realized. Under these conditions, this system is similar to a polariton laser. A high excitation efficiency of a polariton laser by a phase-modulated radiation pulse compared with a pulse without phase modulation of the carrier frequency is shown. It is shown that the main reason for the effective excitation of polariton modes of the medium is the occurrence of a difference combination parametric resonance. The results obtained open up new possibilities in the excitation of radiation from polariton lasers by low-power pumping laser radiation with frequency modulation.
We study the interaction of two counterpropagating unipolar video pulses of electromagnetic radiation in a dense resonant two-level medium. The pulse durations are less than one oscillation period of an atomic transition. We show that a polariton cluster (i.e. the compact long-living strongly coupled state of electromagnetic field and matter polarisation) is created, when two unipolar video pulses collide in a resonant medium of the frequency ωo (the pulses correspond to self-induced transparency solitons of the same amplitudes and opposite polarities).
For the first time, it is demonstrated that the magnitude and sign of the effect of spectral condensation of a laser pulse at the resonant-transition frequency of a dense medium can be controlled by changing the driving-pulse parameters (chirp, pulse width, and pulse amplitude). In the process of this, importantly, the driving-pulse energy and spectrum remain unchanged. Direct time-resolved measurements revealed an oscillatory character of the induced superradiance of rubidium vapors representing a long train of decaying short pulses. The width and repetition rate of the pulses in the train are determined by atomic density N-0 of the medium, while the width of an entire superradiance pulse (10 ps) is considerably larger than that of the driving laser pulse (50 fs).
It is known that ultrashort pulse coherent propagation through the resonant absorbing medium leads to the pulse splitting and pulse train generation. First of these pulses is the input pulse and the following pulses are resonant medium response. It is also known that such a propagation mode leads to the "spectrum condensation" effect, at which broad-band input femtosecond laser emission, as it leaves opically-dense medium, centralized in the vicinity of the resonance absorption lines. It's interesting to clear up the dependence of a condensation effect on an input femtosecond pulse phase modulation value (chirp).
The generation of the ring mode-locked laser containing resonant absorption medium in the cavity was investigated. It is shown that near the strong resonant absorption lines a condensation of polaritons arises. Intensive radiation looks like as superradiance in a medium without population inversion. We studied theoretically the microscopic mechanism of these phenomena. It was shown that in this system in absorbing medium a strong self-induced difference combination parametric resonance exists. Superradiance on polaritonic modes in the absorbing medium are due to the emergence of light-induced resonant polarization as a result of fast periodic nonadiabatic quantum jumps in the absorber.
We experimentally studied the superradiance of the resonant line of rubidium under femtosecond optical pumping of a dense extended medium without population inversion under conditions of strong lightmatter coupling. Substantial self-splitting of superradiance components is observed.
The properties of coupled long-lived states of the electromagnetic field + matter system that are induced by a collision of two counter-propagating coherent pulses in a dense resonant media are discussed. It is demonstrated that the system possesses properties of a mirrorless polariton nanocavity with a high Q-factor.
In the present paper a new type of ultra high-speed all-optical coherent streak-camera was developed. It was shown that a thin resonant film (quantum dots or molecules) could radiate the angular sequence of delayed ultra-short pulses if a transverse spatial periodic distribution of the laser pump field amplitude has a triangle shape.
Of the new types of cryoelectronic devices under development, including phase shifters, giant magnetoresistance switches, diodes, transistors, and memory cells, some are based on hybrid superconductor-normal metal or superconductor-ferromagnet films. Control of these devices is realized by means of pulses of voltage, light, or magnetic field. Spin-polarized current may be used to switch low-temperature devices, as in spin-electronic devices. In the superconducting layer, the current is dissipation less, which would bring large reduction of energy consumption. We demonstrate that mag-netic domain walls in bilayer niobium-permalloy stripes are shifted by electrical current along the stripe even at low tem-perature, with the niobium in the superconducting state. The wall motion in response to current pulses is quite different from that induced by a magnetic field pulses only. The effect could be used to create a new type of sequentially switched serial devices because of very high value of the wall velocity, which excides by many orders of magnitude the velocity of the wall moved with magnetic field pulses.
The infection of cattle with Eimeria spp. In agricultural farms of Ivanovo region was studied. Diagnosis for eimeriosis was made based on epizootological data, clinical signs manifested in calves and results of laboratory examination of fecal samples. Totally 2283 fecal samples from young cattle of various breeds were examined. Cattle feces were investigated by Fuelleborn’s method or centrifuge-flotation technique. The Eimeria species were detected using Krylov indicator (1996). The seasonal and age-related dynamics of calve eimeriosis were studied. An unfavorable situation with regard to eimeriosis has been registered in 8 administrative regions. Eimeriosis was found in 14 of 38 investigated agricultural farms. The extensity of infection of young cattle in the region ranged from 13 to 95 %. The intensity of infection was 1–193 examples of oocysts per microscopic field. It was determined that three species: Eimeria zuerni, E. bovis, E. ellipsoidalis parasitize on young cattle. The extensity of Eimeria spp. Infection was as follows: in cattle at an age of 1 to 2 months – 31 %, 2 to 3 months – 88 %, in young cattle: 3 to 4 months – 63, 4–5 months – 43, 5–6 months – 27 %. Calves are infected with eimeriosis mostly in autumn and spring. In winter the extensity of infection is 23 %, spring – 47, summer – 10, autumn – 39 %.
