Technology optimization and application of Loose-leaf Baking in Bulk Curing Barn of baking mode and roasting technology was studied by contrasting loose leaf basket with comb type tobacco clamp and tobacco stems,on the basis of the same fertility,tobacco varieties,cultivation and management level.Results showed that the capacity of Loose Leaf Baking increased 26% and 30% than that of comb type tobacco clamp and tobacco stems.The cost decreased 0.17 yuan and 0.18 yuan per kilogram.The rate of first-class tobacco leaf increased 10.1% and 13.23%,the mean price increased 2.42 yuan and 3.04 yuan per kilogram.Baking barn capacity was raised,reduce baking cost was decreased,and the income of tobacco grower was increased.
为了明确临朐烟区的主要害虫的发生规律,采用频振灯和黄板诱虫方法,对2013年和2014年烟田几种主要害虫的发生规律进行了研调查和比较.调查发现,烟蚜的发生高峰期在5-6月份,年度间发生程度上存在一定差异,2014年蚜虫发生数量稍多于2013年.烟粉虱发生高峰期在7月份,2014年烟粉虱发生高峰明显早于2013年.斜纹夜蛾2014年发生数量高于2013年,但发生高峰要比2013年晚10d.烟青虫的发生数量2014年高于2013年,且高于2013年的蚜虫发生数量.通过两年害虫发生量的比较发现,烟草上这几种主要害虫的发生程度和发生时期与温度变化息息相关.笔者还针对各种害虫的为害时间和特点提出了综合防治措施.
针对烟叶烘烤过程中要达到节能、环保和提高烟叶烘烤质量的目标要求,进行了无尘环保逆流循环高效换热烤烟设备的开发应用研究。结果表明,通过对无尘环保逆流循环高效换热烤烟设备的开发应用进行监测和试验对比,配置该烘烤设备的烤房烟尘排放浓度、烟气中SO2、NOX排放浓度,都大大低于DB37/2374-2013标准值[1-2];烤后,干烟叶平均节煤0.41kg/kg,均价提高1.22元,平均每炉烟叶产值增加732.96元;烤出的烟叶“油分”多,上等烟比例提高4.1%,烟叶质量明显提高。
In order to make reasonable use of the surplus heat in the course of tobacco curing,a new type bulk curing-barn was developed in this study.Four curing barn was built side by side and the chunnel pooling surplus heat was built crossly on the side near the furnace.In the middle location above the chunnel in each barn the heat gas inlet(or outlet) was set up.The results showed that the new type of barn could save 20% of heat source,reduce the cuing cost 0.57 yuan per kilogram tobacco leaves,enhance the proportion of orange leaves and the average price of the cured leaves increased by 0.66 yuan/kg.
A new tobacco production pattern: separation of planting from curing,which could separate tobacco planting from curing process,was introduced and demonstrated.By using this pattern,a large number of labors could be released from the intense work.Thus,the labor intensity could be reduced.The other benefits include that curing process could be specialized,and the flue-cured tobacco quality could be guaranteed.Meanwhile,the new production pattern has stimulated the initiatives of the tobacco-farmers,who want to plant tobacco but have no curing facility.So it is an effective planting pattern under the new situation.
阐述了气流下降武砖混结构的改良型密集烤房的建造技术、烘烤工艺及特性,并就使用过程中存在的问题及解决途径作了分析.实践证明以蜂窝煤作燃料,并配备了"自动化烘烤控制器"的气流下降武砖混结构的改良型密集烤房,操作简单,烤后质量、烘烤成本均有显著改善,是当前密集烤房中较为实用的一种,具有极大的推广和应用价值.
