锰是动物必需的一种微量元素,对鸡蛋蛋品质有重要影响.蛋鸡日粮中锰缺乏会导致蛋壳变薄、易碎、表面粗糙,甚至出现无壳蛋等现象,造成蛋品质下降.目前生产中多以无机锰形式补充锰,但是家禽对无机锰的利用率低,大量锰通过粪便排入环境.锰与氨基酸、蛋白质等螯合后具有吸收率高、生物学效价高等优点,可以替代日粮中的无机锰,减轻环境污染.文章综述了锰的来源与分类、吸收代谢过程、锰对蛋品质的影响及调控机制等,以期为锰在蛋鸡生产中合理有效利用提供理论基础.
This study was conducted to determine the effects of Chinese yam(CY) on nutrient digestibility and metabolism.Ten Huanjiang mini-piglets(4.55±0.63 kg) were used and randomly assigned into two groups(five replicates per group).The piglets were fed with a basal diet or CY diet for 7 days.Initial body weight(BW),daily feed intake and final BW were recorded;fecal samples were collected from Day 5 to Day 7 for determining the routine nutrient digestibility by TiO2 indicator;blood samples were collected at Day 7 for analysis of biochemical parameters and concentrations of amino acids by automatic biochemical analyzer and amino acid analyzer,respectively.Results showed that the average daily gain and the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat and dry matter,as well as the concentrations of GLU,ALB and activity of ALP of the experimental group increased(P0.05),while the concentrations of UN and AMM decreased(P0.05),when compared with the control group.The concentrations of TP,Ala,Gly,Asp,Glu,Thr and total amino acids in piglets of the experimental group were higher(P0.05) than that of the control group.The results suggested that the CY diet could improve digestive and metabolic function of piglets,which provide some scientific basis for the development of green feed in Huanjiang mini-piglets.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects and potential mechanisms of dietary N-carbamylglutamate(NCG) supplementation during late gestation on the reproductive performance of sows.Thirty-two Landrace × Large White sows on d 80 of gestation were assigned randomly to 4 groups(control group and experimental group 1,2,3),8 replicates in each group.Sows in the control group were fed with basic diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with 0.04%,0.08% and 0.12% NCG.Blood samples were obtained on d 110 of gestation to examine the plasma concentration of free amino acids,NO,NOS,hormones and biochemical indices.The results showed that supplementation with 0.08% NCG increased the number of piglets born alive by 11.75%(10.75 vs.9.62,0.05P0.1) and live litter birth weight by 13.23%(16.52 kg vs.14.59 kg,P0.05),decreased piglets born dead per litter by 57.14%(0.75 vs.1.75,P0.05) and plasma urea nitrogen concentration compared with the control group,and increased plasma concentration of arginine,NO,NOS,growth hormone and Zn+ too(P0.05).0.04% and 0.12% NCG enhanced the reproductive performance of sows.The result suggest that dietary NCG supplementation could enhance reproductive performance of sows,and the potential mechanisms is that the supplemented NCG increases endogenous arginine synthesis in sows,so as to improve intrauterine environment and fetal nutrition,and guarantee fetus survival and growth.
为了研究精氨酸和精氨酸生素(AAA)对哺乳母猪泌乳及其仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选用体重和胎次相近的长×大母猪35头,随机分成5组,每组7个重复.对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余4组分别在饲喂基础日粮中添加0.8%精氨酸(Arg),0.03%、0.06%、0.09%AAA.正式试验于妊娠107d开始,并于母猪生产时耳缘静脉采血分离血浆检测生化指标.试验结果表明,Arg组相对于其余各组显著提高了21日龄仔猪断奶窝重(P<0.05)和日均泌乳量(P<0.05);0.03%AAA组相对于对照组有提高仔猪断奶窝重和断奶均重的趋势(0.05<P<0.1),相对于对照组和0.09%AAA组显著提高了仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),而Arg组相对于对照组有提高的趋势(0.05<P<0.1).与对照组相比,0.06%AAA降低了BUN的含量(P<0.05),0.8%精氨酸组亦有降低的趋势(0.05<P<0.1).日粮中分别添加0.8%精氨酸和0.03%、0.06%精氨酸生素提高了母猪日均泌乳量、仔猪断奶窝重和断奶均重.
