Objective: to evaluate the incorporation of BPA by glioma cell lines, and to observe its relationship with the temperature and the concentration of BPA. Methods: C6, U251 and rat astrocyte cells were incubated in a culture medium, in which 10B concentration was 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 μg/mL for 24 h. Boron concentration in the cells was measured induced couple plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). C6 cells were pre-incubated for 24 h with different boron concentrations in growth medium. Then the mediums were changed to boron-free ones, and boron content was assessed after 1, 2, 3 h. Results: The content of the 10B in cells was increasing with the increasing concentration of BPA, and the boron concentration ratios of glioma cells to astrocyte are 2.2. The BPA efflux is slower at the lower temperature. Conclusion: BPA has a selectivity for glioma cells, and the results of the efflux assay confirm the temperature dependence of the BPA transport out of the cells.
Objective: U251 cells were exposed to fast neutrons of 14 MeV energy, and dose-response relationships were derived; Methods:cell samples were exposed to fast neutrons. Radiation doses were 1 Gy, 3 Gy, 5 Gy and 7 Gy respectively. The cell survival, apoptotic rate and proliferation were tested after irradiation; Result: with the growth of the radiation dose, cell survival was declined, and apoptotic rate was promoted; the speed of the cell proliferation, which was observed 48 h after irradiation, was slowed down viously; Conclusion: compared to γ ray, fast neutrons have higher relative biological effectiveness.

This article expounds the national wastewater treatment requirements for high voltage(hv) electric ceramic plant,as well as its self-demand for the wastewater and ceramic clay recovery,in order to deal with the wastewater generated in electric ceramic production process,to achieve the purpose of wastewater reuse and ceramic clay recovery.
The methodology for determining FT3 in serum to estimate the patients with thyroidal and related diseases is established. In this new solid-phase antibody enzyme immunoassay, biotinylated T3 and HRP-streptavidin conjugate are used. The detection limit is low (0.90 pmol/L), the measurable range is 0.9 to 45.0 pmol/L, The intra- and inter-assay CVs are 3.1%~8.1% and (4.9)%~10.6%, respectively. FT3 values are obtained with this assay for 101 samples. The FT3 concentrations range is from 2.5~11.1 pmol/L in 46 euthyroid subjects, 9.7~37.3 pmol/L in 27 hyperthyroid patients, and 0.9~3.8 pmol/L in 20 hypothyroid patients and 3.4~8.5 pmol/L in 8 pregnalcy, respectively. Comparing with CIA and RIA, the clinical results correlated well. The method is suitable for clinical and research application.
一株PSA单抗用于固相包被,另一株单抗与辣根过氧化物酶偶联制备抗PSA酶标记物,以四甲基联苯胺(TMB)为底物,采用二步法,建立了PSA酶联免疫分析试剂盒(ELISA)制备方法.本方法的灵敏度为0.2 μg/L,批内变异系数<5.3%,批间变异系数<6.4%,回收率为96.6%~105.5%,特异性鉴定显示与其他肿瘤标志物无明显交叉反应.正常参考值<4.0 μg/L.本法所制试剂盒与PSA-ELISA试剂盒(Maxim Biotech, Inc.)对照,两者相关方程为y=0.993x-0.16,相关系数r=0.932 (n=48).该方法具有简便、快速和准确的特点,适于临床检测和科研应用.
Objective: To develop a clinical method to measure ovarian cancer marker CA125 in serum. Methods:ZThe onestep assay is based on enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). One monoclonal antibody is employed for coating, another for labeling with horseradish peroxidase. Results: The minimum detectable dose is 2.00 U/ml and analytical recovery of CA125 is 91.1% to 107.4%. The betweenruns CVs and the withinruns CVs of 3 samples are lower than 7.39% and 5.32% respectively. The average concentration of CA125 in sera from 60 healthy women is 9.20 U/ml. The correlation of results with CA125 IRMA is 0.960 0. Conclusion: The assay is a rapid, sensitive and precise method and simple to perform. It is suitable for clinical and research application.
