Objective To evaluate cystoscopic transurethral resection of bladder tumor electric knife excision in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors and applicable scope.Methods using transurethral resection of bladder tumor treatment in our hospital of superficial bladder tumor in 32 cases,postoperative routine application of mitomycin,pirarubicin or application of BCG for bladder perfusion chemotherapy.Conclusion transurethral resection of bladder tumor with postoperative conventional chemotherapy is the treatment of superficial bladder tumor effective treatments,small operation wound,low cost,easy acceptance by the patients,and obviously improve the postoperative quality of life in patients with.

Objective To study the factors of gastric cancer recurrence,re-operation,and surgical indications.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 1997 to April 2009 re-release of gastric cancer after surgical treatment of complex clinical data of 27 cases of recurrence of reasons,surgical methods,postoperative complications and mortality were analyzed.Results Of exploratory surgery and found 10 cases of adjacent organ invasion,lymph node metastasis,4 cases of survival after 5 years in 2 cases,3 years in 6 cases,9 cases of more than 1 year,1 year,4 patients died.Simple exploration in 6 cases,respectively died within 1 to 6 months.Conclusion Recurrent gastric stump cancer to invasion and adjacent organ for the characteristics of the lymph node,mainly in the first group and the original anastomosis site 1,3,11,12,13,15 air in the mesentery lymph node(not groups) .Even on the recurrence of residual cancer invades adjacent organs or distant multiple metastases,should fight for re-operation,improve the curative effect.
