Objective To observe the perioperative change of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods The plasma NPY of thirty patients was measured before, during and after operation by radioimmunassay. Results Theplasma NPY level descend significantly during and 24 h after operation (p0.05). Conclusion Analgesia can depress perioperative stress response effectively, particularly the postoperative 24 h in analgesia NPY level descend more obviously.
In view of hydrate plugging in bore hole and gas pipeline of Yaoshen 1 well in Yaoyingtai deep structure of Changling fault depression in the south of Songliao Basin,it is analyzed that gas hydrate caused plugging.Gas hydrate is a combination of hydrocarbon molecule in natural gas and free water under a certain temperature and pressure.The proper volume of methanol to be added into hydrate of Yaoshen 1 well is calculated,and the well puts back on normal production by adding methanol through oil tube and casing with daily gas production rate of(6~12)×104m3.At last,the paper points out that the key to prevent plugging is to inject methanol and continuously stable production.
Through test of the temperature field and the flow field for flue gas in the region nearby the surface of side-walls in a FW type W-shaped flame boiler of one power plant,it is believed that the causes resulting in serious slagging on the ignition belt of side-walls was due to scouring effect of the flue gas.Based on this,operational measures for alleviating the slagging tendency on side-walls have been put forward.
The space distribution features of combustion and flame-detecting signals in FW type W-shaped flame boiler of Yangcheng Power Generation Co Ltd have been presented. Based on test study, the causes leading to bad stability of flame detection and unstable combustion at high load of W-shaped flame boiler has been approached. It is believed that the stability of combustion at high load can be enhanced by improving the ignition condition of primary air flow.
