On the basis of analyzing the speed wind and distribution characteristics of dust concentration around shearer.Combination spray,space vertical crossing high-pressure spray formed in tumbler,is used to control the dust production in cutting coal.Research shows that the increase of local wind speed is the aggravated dust pollution in driver operating region,the dust spreads faster when cutting coal against wind,and the dust concentration is higher in shearer downwind side when following wind.After taking the dust reduction technology,the dust removal efficiencies of driver position and shearer downwind side 10 m are 82.72% and 86.63% respectively.
The dust producing regularity on fully mechanized caving face was analyzed,the common dust suppression measures was summarized,corresponding dust suppression measures were raised on the basis of those analysis.The result of testing shows that the dust suppression efficiency on the 1.5 m downstream of coal cutter operator is 81.25% and the dust suppression efficiency on 10 m downstream of coal cutter is 85.33% by using this dust suppression measures.
In this paper, the ubiquitous-joint model was used to simulate the layer-rock and the development of broken zone with different excavation methods. The numerical results agree well with the results of field test which measured by ground-penetrating radar (GPR) in Gonghe tunnel on Chongqing-Changsha expressway. The change rules of broken rock zone in Gonghe tunnel and the optimal excavation method are discussed.
分析了掘进工作面采用压入式通风时的风流分布特点及粉尘分布规律,在此基础上,针对某些高瓦斯矿井出于安全考虑限制在掘进工作面使用电动除尘器除尘的规定,进行了高瓦斯综掘工作面控、降尘工艺技术试验研究,取得了较好的降尘效果.
According to the principle of measuring the broken rock zone(BRZ) with GPR,the method of the measuring of the broken rock zone was proposed.According to the measuring of Gonghe-tunnel,the law of the distribution and vary of broken rock zone of unsymmetrical-tunnel in geologic were obtained.Based on the law of failure of layered rock and the theory of slabrent structure,the failure model of the rock of unsymmetrical-tunnel in geologic and the reason of the failure of liner were worked out and the treating measurement was proposed.
