The dust producing regularity on fully mechanized caving face was analyzed,the common dust suppression measures was summarized,corresponding dust suppression measures were raised on the basis of those analysis.The result of testing shows that the dust suppression efficiency on the 1.5 m downstream of coal cutter operator is 81.25% and the dust suppression efficiency on 10 m downstream of coal cutter is 85.33% by using this dust suppression measures.
Based on the gas-solid two-phase flow's motion equation,the similarity parameter of dust in the flow is deduced.Then it is simplified according to the practical situation.At last the similarity parameter which satisfies the model experiment of dust distribution is determined.Its application in fully mechanized working face is also discussed.

Measurement and analysis were conducted on the air curtain velocity of the air curtain generator on the basis of air jet theory and wall -attached effect in flow mechanics and according to the actual conditions at the site, discussion was made on the design parameters of the air curtain generator, and an air curtain generator that can meet the site conditions and has the most rational nozzle diameter, air curtain flow direction and nozzle interval was successfully developed. The test results of the air curtain generator have a certain reference value for the design and manufacturing of the air curtain generators used at the site.
To counter the special conditions of the test coal seams, analytic research and on-the-spot test were made from the aspect of the hole arrangement mode, hole packing process and water infusion technology, the test results showed that the applied water infusion technology and equipment can meet the requirements of actual infusion, reached better wetting effect of coal body and good dust suppression effect, and improved the labor hygiene conditions in working faces.
Different hole packing and infusion test were conducted in accordance with the concrete conditions of coal seams and analysis was made according to the on-the-spot investigation results. The test research and analyzed results have a certain guiding significance for correcting and determining infusion parameters and rationally choosing infusion technology and e-quipment.
根据流体力学的空气射流理论和附壁效应,结合现场实际条件在实验室对影响气幕控尘效果的因素进行了考察.实验得出了气幕发生器的喷孔直径设计为5 mm、喷孔间距设计为1倍孔距、气幕风量设计为25~30 m3/min比较合理.现场实际应用中为了保证气幕的控尘效果,在<煤矿安全规程>规定和现场许可的条件下,应尽量提高机载除尘器的处理风量,尽量减小压入风量,风筒出口与气幕保持比较大的距离为宜.
文章针对神东矿区由于煤层原始水分较高,连采机使用内、外喷雾降尘措施时喷雾水量受到严格限制,喷雾降尘效果很不理想.机载除尘器由于巷道断面大导致吸尘罩的收尘效果受到影响.运用气幕在连采机司机工作区于煤壁之间形成一道"无形透明的屏障"阻止粉尘向外扩散,用以提高机载除尘器的收尘效果.通过气幕控尘的应用,连采工作面的粉尘降尘效率可达73.52%.
根据流体力学中空气射流理论,研究了气幕控尘的原理,同时对气幕控尘相似理论进行研究,指出气幕是一种较好的控尘装置,其作用相当于在连采机司机与掘进头之间形成一道"无形透明屏障",阻止截煤过程中粉尘向外扩散,以达到净化回风流的目的.研究结论对气幕控尘的实验室试验和现场应用具有指导意义.
