OBJECTIVE To analyze the seasonal trend of the incidence of tuberculosis in China.METHODS Modified circular distribution method and a seasonal variation analysis method were applied.RESULTS The seasonal indexes of tuberculosis from January to December were respectively 77.90%,79.40%,119.70%,120.20%,110.80%,111.50%,106.50%,104.40%,95.90%,88.20%,91.90%,and 93.50%.From March until June was the high-frequency time of tuberculosis in China and the peak period was from April 7 to June 1.CONCLUSION The seasonal incidence of TB in the modified circular distribution method is strongly applicable and can effectively guide the work of tuberculosis prevention and control.Related methods are also available for other regions and other infectious diseases.
Objective To evaluate the tuberculosis(TB) case detection work of Bao'an district of Shenzhen and explore the weakness in order to further improve the case detection mechanism.Method Data from internet based TB reporting system,TB registers was collected from 2007 to 2009.General hospitals were sampled to check the X-ray diagnosis,TB reporting,referral and tracking information,the usage of anti-TB drugs by inpatients.The situation of anti-TB drugs in drug retailers was also investigated and analyzed.Result From 2007 to 2009,new smear positive case detection rates of Bao'an district were 80.7%,100.9% and 97.8% respectively.88.3% of patients were referred by the general hospitals.Among the TB suspects not in place after referral,in these 3 years,59.3%,36.7% and 12.1% were due to unknown address respectively.The sample showed that,the TB suspects' referral rate reached 100% in every public hospital.No inpatient took drugs from hospitals after discharging.In the five sampled retail drug stores,three of them sold anti-TB drugs.Conclusion The working quality of reporting and referral of TB suspects in general hospitals of Bao'an District has improved.The case detection rate is in a relatively high level.However,the loss of patients of floating population and lack of monitoring of anti-TB drug retailers is the weakness part in the process of TB case detection.
Objective To analyze the number and the seasonal trend of the new smear positive TB of household and non-household population in Baoan District of Shenzhen City,so as to improve the registration of TB and discovery rate of new smear positive TB patients.Methods Descriptive analysis,improved circular distribution method and seasonal variable analysis were applied.Results The registration rate of new smear positive TB of non-household population was increased,the rate of household population was decreased;April to July were the high-frequency months of TB for non-household population.Conclusions The prevalence of TB of household population in Baoan District of Shenzhen is controlled gradually,TB registration of non-household population needs to be strengthened;the seasonal incidence of TB in the modified circular distribution method is strongly applicable and can effectively guide the work of TB prevention and control.Related methods are also available for other regions and other infectious diseases.

Objective:To discuss the predictive method of tuberculosis epidemic in the floating population to provide the scientific basis for tuberculosis control.Methods:According to the number of initially treated smear positive tuberculosis patients in the foating population in Bao'an District of Shenzhen from 2000 to 2009,establish GM(1,1) model and the model of equivalent dimensions additional GM(1,1) for prediction and test the fitting results of the two models in several ways.Results:In the GM(1,1) model,parameter α was -0.173,μ was 210.815,the average variance ratio C was 0.183,the average relative error was 7.839%,the small error probability P was 1.In the model of equivalent dimensions additional GM(1,1),first-order additional model parameter α was -0.174,μ was 249.856,second-order additional model parameter α was -0.172,μ was 310.436,the average variance ratio C and the average relative error were both less than those in GM(1,1).The small error probability P was 1 too.The later predicted that the numbers of initially treated smear positive tuberculosis patients in Bao'an District of Shenzhen were to be 1316 in 2010,1570 in 2011 and 1851 in 2012.Conclusions:GM(1,1) model and the model of equivalent dimensions additional GM(1,1) both could predict the tuberculosis epidemic in the floating population reasonably,but the dynamic model of equivalent dimensions additional GM(1,1) fitted better than the ordinary GM(1,1) model;the tuberculosis epidemic situation in Bao'an District of Shenzhen is grim.It is necessary to strengthen the control of tuberculosis in the floating population.
For high-reliability products,lead technics are often still used,but with the development of lead-free process,lead components have been unavailable in the market for some components.So lead and lead-free components being mixed in process,then how could the soldering quality of lead and lead-free components be simultaneously guaranteed? The problems in lead and lead-free mixed assembly technics with lead process are discussed by analyzing the composition of the components solderable leadframe/termination coatings,and considering the component package,then the countermeasures are proposed.
