目的:研究丁桂儿脐贴的体外透皮特性.方法:采用立式Franz扩散池进行经皮渗透试验.利用HPLC同时测定丁香酚、桂皮醛、胡椒碱的经皮累积透过量,流动相甲醇(A)-水(B)梯度洗脱(0~25 min,50% ~ 90% A),检测波长分别为290,280,343 nm.结果:丁香酚、桂皮醛及胡椒碱的线性范围分别为0.0144 6 ~2.892 5,0.001 1 ~0.226 2,0.002 0 ~0.403 2μg,平均回收率分别为100.5%,98.6%,99.1%,透皮时滞分别为0.07,0.41,2.36 h,透皮速率依次为49.91,2.65,0.40 μg· cm-2·h-1,24 h累积透皮量(x±s)分别为(1204.28±103.74),(63.01±10.95),(8.82±1.19) μg·cm-2.结论:丁桂儿脐贴的体外经皮渗透符合零级动力学过程.
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the radix of Scutellaria baicalensis G.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.Results Nine known compounds were isolated from the n-butanol layer extraction of Scutellaria baicalensis G.Their structures were determined as wogonin(1),oroxylin-A(2),phenylethyl acid(3),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),4-O-β-D-glucosyl-trans-p-coumaric acid(5),4-O-β-D-glucosyl-cis-p-coumaric acid(6),baicalin(7),baicalein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),baicalein-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside methyl ester(9).Conclusion Compounds 3,5 and 6 were isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis G.for the first time.
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the 60%(φ) ethanol extract of the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies.The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Results Eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.and their structures were identified as 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyl ursolic acid(1),vitexin(2),2″-O-rhamnosyl vitexin(3),3-O-β-D-galacopyanosyl quercetin(4),rutin(5),2,3-dihydro-2-(4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3′-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran(6),β-sitosterol(7),daucosterol(8),Conclusions Compound 6 is isolated from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge for the first time.

Aim To study the chemical constituents of Carthamus tinctorius L.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.Results and conclusion Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate,n-butanol extracts of Carthamus tinctorius L.The structures were determined as benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),syringarenol(2),lirioresinol-A(3),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde(4),β-sitosterol(5),and stigmasterol(6).Compounds 1-4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
