文章在介绍创新方法的基础上,建立了零件综合表达方案制定的两点原则:一是方便他人看图,二是方便自己画图.然后建立了基于概念图和形态分析法的零件综合表达方案制定的五个步骤:确定研究对象(拟表达零件)、因素分析(零件组成结构)、形态分析(可用表达方法)、建立形态分析表(组成部分与表达方法的形态分析矩阵表)、方案优选(最优零件表达方案).原则和步骤的建立,有效解决了学生在制定表达方案时无从下手的问题.最后通过阀体的应用案例说明了研究方法和步骤的有效性及实用性.
With the acceleration of smart grid construction,the requirements for extracting and analyzing the parameter information of power system to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system are getting higher.At present,a large number of overhead distribution line current in distribution system is difficult to achieve effective non-contact detection.To solve this problem,a non-contact three-phase overhead distribution line current detection method based on magnetic field inversion is proposed.Firstly,the inversion optimization model of line current is established according to the inverse magnetic field problem.Secondly,the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅲ)with reference point mechanism is used to solve the model.The optimal solution that meets the requirements of decision makers is selected by combining the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solu-tion(TOPSIS)method,and the fitting curve is drawn and the characteristic parameters are extracted.Finally,the simulation analysis and experiment are used to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed inversion method.
化工过程设计是化工专业开设的一门兼具综合性和实践性的课程,主要是让学生综合应用化工专业的基础知识和理论来完成某一化工项目从原料到产品的设计过程.文章分析了面向解决复杂工程问题能力培养的化工过程设计实践现状,在此基础上提出将"双创"理念融入该课程线上线下协同教学中,并对教学内容和评价体系的建设情况进行了阐述.此次课程教学改革有助于学生增强创新创业意识、树立正确的设计思想、提升解决复杂工程问题的能力.

Global warming has a complex impact on the Scottish fishery. This research studies this impact using reported data and proposes appropriate solutions to minimise its impact. First, climate models are used to predict temperature changes over the next 50 years based on past data; from the known living temperatures for fish such as mackerel and herring, their future migration routes are predicted. Researchers note that this model is probably overly conservative, and our predictions should be considered a best-case scenario: the impact of climate change will be worse if, as expected, the pace of climate change continues to accelerate. Second, building a model to determine when fishery vessels will no longer be able to locate fish under different circumstances. Third, building economic models to determine the relationships between profits, the distances fishery vessels must travel and project these to the future. This research projects that small Scottish fishing companies will go bankrupt during the next 50 years if they do not change their business strategy.
电晕放电会对高压输电线路造成极大危害,因此,检测电晕故障对于电力系统的安全具有重大意义.为了准确定位高压设备电晕放电的故障点,提出了一种基于IHS(Intensity,Hue,Saturation)和小波变换的可见光与紫外光的图像融合算法,首先对可见光进行IHS变换,将得到的I分量与紫外光进行小波分解得到各自的高低频分量,对于低频分量采取加权融合的融合算法,高频分量则采取基于区域特性的融合算法,然后通过小波重构得到新的高低频分量,最后进行IHS逆变换产生新的融合图像.实验结果表明,文中方法在可见光与紫外光融合处理中取得了较好的融合效果,优于IHS变换算法与传统的小波变换算法,且图像更加清晰,细节纹理也更加丰富,有效地保留了边缘信息.
Currently, fragmentation research based on discrete element method (DEM) has aroused wide interest. Several particle cluster modeling methods for bonded particle model (BPM) have been proposed and shown to be effective. Due to inevitable overlap among elements, however, existing methods bring extra deviation to the simulation. Based on the analysis of these modeling method, a novel method for particle cluster modeling is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a virtual force named internal force between the particles and the boundary points is defined according to their relative positions. Afterward, a dynamic optimization scheme is introduced, which encourages the randomly initialized elemental-spheres to reach an optimal steady state. To evaluate the modeling performance, an index named overlap factor is defined to quantify relative overlap degree. Through several groups of modeling cases in 2D and 3D, it is proved that proposed method has the characteristics of less overlap between particles and high precision of boundary fitting. By comparing with other traditional modeling approaches, superiority of the proposed method is demonstrated.
电力系统中局放信号的采集容易出现噪声干扰,从而导致无法准确提取局放信号,针对这一问题提出了联合变分模态分解(VMD)与改进小波阈值的去噪方法.首先将染噪的局放信号进行VMD分解,通过局放信号的重构从而滤除周期性的窄带干扰信号;在VMD的分解以及信号的重构中借助瞬时频率均值法确定K个模态分量,依据峭度准则进行局放信号的重构.对于还存有的部分高斯白噪声提出一种新的小波阈值函数,通过改进的小波阈值法进行高斯噪声的滤除.通过对局放信号处理的仿真,结果显示该方法能够较好地滤除白噪声和周期窄带干扰噪声.在实际的局放实验中,也证实该方法对于局放信号的去噪效果显著,明显提高了信号的信噪比,且比较完整地保留了有效信号.
At present, the economic benefits of double inlet and double outlet ball mills, which are commonly used in coal-fired power plants, need to be improved. Based on this, this paper explores the factors influencing the output of double inlet and double outlet ball mill by establishing the output system of double inlet and double outlet ball mill. By analyzing the influence factors of the output of double inlet and double outlet ball mill, and combining with system dynamics, the dynamic model of double inlet and double outlet ball mill output system is established, and SPSS is used to fit the model data with the real data. The fitting degree is above 0.8, and the authenticity is high. The simulation results show that the impact energy of barrel grinding, the grinding powder fineness, and the pressure ratio in the ball mill affect the output of double inlet and double outlet ball mill according to certain relations. Finally, the research in this paper provides theoretical and technical support for improving the economic benefits of double inlet and double outlet ball mills.
针对液压与气压传动专业课程教学和支撑人才培养中存在的问题,围绕知识目标和专业创新能力目标,深入分析课程性质,并基于专业课程知识内部逻辑重构其知识点,在此基础上,提出专业课程深度融合TRIZ创新方法的模式,构建基于TRIZ的课程教学新模式.通过在教学环节融入TRIZ理论中的40个发明原理、技术系统进化法则等,采用案例式教学、启发式教学和任务驱动教学等以问题为导向、以学生为中心的教学方法,培养解决技术系统矛盾和设计技术系统创新的能力,提高学生创新思维和创新能力.
研究了一种基于旋转激光台扫描识别圆柱标志物的小区域定位系统,并在此基础上给出理想路径的跟随控制策略,解决了在拒止环境下因定位精度低而无法满足路径跟随控制要求的问题.由旋转激光台扫描得到圆柱形标志物横截面部分轮廓的点云图,对其采用RANSAC圆弧识别算法以定位轮廓中心,通过串口将坐标数据发送至STM32单片机,再结合角度传感器测得的车头偏航角,经过直角坐标变换,得到以标志物圆心为原点的静止坐标系下的车辆位置.而后基于定位结果给出行驶路线,利用距离偏差和角度偏差对车辆转向机进行PD控制,以沿路径行驶.基于平台模型实验结果表明:本工作提出的8种车头方向情况中,定位的最大横向偏差为+4 cm,最大纵向偏差为-4 cm,达到较高的精度;RANSAC圆弧识别算法对标志物距离较远或激光雷达精度不高的场景有较好的适应性.
针对电力电缆中间接头局部放电信息检测系统实际采集到的局部放电信号含有噪声的问题,提出了一种将快速傅里叶变换与改进小渡包变换相结合的处理方法,对于周期性窄带干扰,选取快速傅里叶变换来处理;对于白噪声,通过一种改进的阈值函数的小波包算法进行处理.实际应用结果表明,该方法去噪效果明显,不仅有效去除了局部放电脉冲信号中的噪声,可较好地保留了原始信号的有用信息.
In this paper, we propose a new crowd analysis method fusing deep learning network and compressive sensing for violent behavior detection. To this aim, a novel hybrid random matrix (HRM) is constructed and is proved to satisfy the restricted isometry property. The high-dimensional features can be projected to a low-dimensional space via the HRM. Furthermore, a deep neural network is developed for extracting crowd behaviour representations based on reduced dimension features. Finally, the learnt deep features are used for classification. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and efficient in violent behavior detection, and is on par with or better than the state-of-the-art methods.

对输电线路检修工作现场临时接地线使用情况进行了研究,指出传统接地线夹存在安全系数低,监管困难等问题,存在误挂、接触不良、遗失等现象,甚至造成工作人员伤亡及电力设备重大安全事故.研究设计护罩保护结构,避免夹体误动和在极端恶劣天气下正常使用;发明指纹识别的护罩锁定方法,确保了“专人专用”;GPS+GPRS确保准确定位、信息采集及信号发送.云平台可与接地终端交互,实现获取接地状态、定位终端位置、查看终端报警等功能.产品经过济南输变电试验场专业测试,符合电力输电线路的要求,并能准确反馈接地线挂拆时间、挂拆位置以及报警状态.
The signal sample tool which is called measurement matrix or observation matrix is very important for the theory of compressive sensing. Decreasing the correlation between any two different columns of the information operator is the basis of the design and optimization of the measurement matrix. Based on it, the non-diagonal elements of the upper triangular matrix of the QR decomposition of information operator was set to zero to increase its minimum singular value and decrease the column correlation of information operator, and thus this method can enhance the performance of the measurement matrix. Experiments illustrate that when the algorithm of this paper is utilized, the recovery error of signals and images are both diminished.
基于STM32技术设计了一种自主移动式空气净化系统.系统包括自主移动空气净化器和空气测控终端,空气测控终端的数量设有多个.空气测控终端具有检测特定区域空气质量、自主移动空气净化器通信、定位导航功能,含有不同气敏元件的气体传感器接触污染的空气后产生相应信号,经数据采集系统采集和数据解算处理,得出各污染气体的浓度值并判断是否发送净化信号;控制器依据模糊控制算法规划出净化点的净化顺序,指示空气净化器到特定的监测点完成室内空气净化任务.实验结果表明,本系统能够快速锁定特定净化区域,实现了室内空气的快速净化.
By using different weights to deal with the autocorrelation function data of every delay time period, the information utilization of dynamic light scattering can be obviously enhanced in the information-weighted constrained regularization inversion, but the denoising ability and the peak resolution under noise conditions for information-weighted inversion algorithm are still insufficient. On the basis of information weighting, we added a penalty term with the function of flatness constraints to the objective function of the regularization inversion, and performed the inversion of multiangle dynamic light scattering data, including the simulated data of bimodal distribution particles (466/915 nm, 316/470 nm) and trimodal distribution particles (324/601/871 nm), and the measured data of bimodal distribution particles (306/974 nm, 300/502 nm). The results of the inversion show that multiple-penalty-weighted regularization inversion can not only improve the utilization of the particle size information, but also effectively eliminate the false peaks and burrs in the inversed particle size distributions, and further improve the resolution of peaks in the noise conditions, and then improve the weighting effects of the information-weighted inversion.
保证母线电压恒定是风电系统稳定传输能量的关键,当电网受到扰动时,快速控制变流器响应,保持功率平衡,以使并网系统保持稳态运行.根据功率平衡原理,结合前馈和反馈的优点,利用小信号分析法,提出一种负载电流的前馈控制策略.引入负载电流前馈项,抵消来自系统故障下的扰动,缓和了风电系统能量失衡,保证了直流电压稳定.系统仿真波形显示,该策略不仅缓和了直流侧电压暂态波动,还能发出无功功率帮助系统恢复稳态运行.
In order to measure both large and small particles, based on the analysis of the pulse signal of the spherical particle irradiated by a thin beam, a method for extracting the equivalent particle size information was proposed. This method combines the amplitude and duration of the pulse signal by the integral of the pulse signal, which makes the equivalent particle size information extracted from the pulse signal more accurate. The ideal pulse signal was simulated and experiment was made by using standard polystyrene latex particles. The results show that the method can effectively extract the particle size information of large and small particles, which broaden the detection range. In addition, the effect of flow velocity and noise on the extraction of the particle size was analyzed. When the flow rate is less than 10%, the measurement error is less than 5.4%, and when the noise is less than 1%, the measurement error is less than 0.5%.
