AIM:To analyze and screen influencing factors of diabetic patients complicated with retinopathy,and establish and validate prediction model of nomogram. METHODS:A total of 1 252 patients from the Diabetes Complications Early Warning Dataset of the National Population Health Data Archive(PHDA)between January 2013 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a modeling group(n=941)and a validation group(n=311).Univariate analysis,LASSO regression and Logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the influencing factors of diabetic retinopathy,and a nomogram prediction model was established.The receiver operating characteristic curve,Hosmer-Lemeshow test and calibration curve were used to evaluate the model.The clinical benefit was evaluated by the decision curve analysis(DCA). RESULTS:Age,hypertension,nephropathy,systolic blood pressure(SBP),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and blood urea(BU)were the influencing factors of diabetic retinopathy.The area under the curve(AUC)of the modeling group was 0.792(95%CI:0.763-0.821),and the AUC of the validation group was 0.769(95%CI:0.716-0.822).The Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test and calibration curve suggested that the theoretical value of the model was in good agreement(modeling group:x2=14.520,P=0.069;validation group:x2=14.400,P=0.072).The DCA results showed that the threshold probabilities range was 0.09-0.89 for modeling group and 0.07-0.84 for the validation group,which suggested the clinical net benefit was higher. CONCLUSION:This study constructed a risk prediction model including age,hypertension,nephropathy,SBP,HbA1c,HDL-C,and BU.The model has a high discrimination and consistency,and can be used to predict the risk of diabetic retinopathy in patients with diabetes.
Oxidative stress causes damage and apoptosis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Osteoprotegerin (OPG) regulates bone differentiation. However, whether OPG plays a role in osteogenic/adipogenic differentiation under oxidative stress remains poorly understood. Rat BMSCs were randomly divided into control group; H2O2 group, in which H2O2 was used to prepare oxidative stress model; OPG group, in which 5 μM OPG was added to BMSCs based on oxidative stress model followed by analysis of BMSCs proliferation by MTT assay, BMSCs apoptosis, expression of RUNX2, OPN, FABP4 and PPARγ2 by real time PCR, OPG and RANKL protein expression by Western blot as well as SOD activity and ROS content by spectrophotometry. Compared with control group, H2O2 significantly decreased BMSCs proliferation, increased Caspase 3 activity, downregulated RUNX2 and OPN, upregulated FABP4 and PPARγ2, decreased SOD activity and increased ROS content (P < 0.05). Under H2O2 treatment, OPG addition significantly promoted BMSCs proliferation, decreased Caspase 3 activity, increased RUNX2 and OPN expression, decreased FABP4 and PPARγ2 expression, increased SOD activity, and decreased ROS content and RANKL expression (P < 0.05). OPG can promote osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs under oxidative stress, inhibit adipogenic differentiation, and protect BMSCs from damage and promote BMSCs proliferation by regulating OPG/RANKL signaling pathway.
目的 了解潍坊地区某高校新生的体质量指数发展规律,为合理制定大学生体质健康促进措施提供理论依据.方法 选取潍坊地区某高校2008—2016年新生共30609人,调取其入学体检数据,计算年平均体质量指数,运用灰色马尔科夫修正模型进行预测分析.结果 构建灰色马尔科夫修正模型G(k)=Y(k)-12(Ai+Bi)-y;经后验差比值(C=0.088)和小误差概率(P=0.987)检验,预测精度为一级;预测2017—2020年潍坊地区某高校新生年平均体质量指数为20.69、21.33、21.39、21.45,所处马尔科夫状态为3、1、2、3.结论2017—2020年某高校大学生体质量指数虽暂处正常范围,但逐年上升趋势明显.因此,应加强体质监测、合理干预、强化健康素养,引导大学生科学锻炼、合理控制体质量,谨防体质量指数上升带来的超重与肥胖风险.
This paper takes the students′ body mass index of one medical college in Weifang area from 2003 to 2011 as samples building grey prediction GM(1,1) model to predict and analyze the students' body mass index.To put forward reasonable suggestions by captured the physical health status of the young people in this region.
目的充分了解某医学院校医学生生活满意度现状及其影响因素。方法利用《大学生生活满意度评定量表》对随机抽取500名医学生进行问卷调查,以及主成分分析、影响因素分析和多元回归分析。结果在形象与表现、主观满意度以及总体生活满意度方面,男、女间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);学习情况、身体健康状况、经济状况、主观满意度是影响生活满意度的主要因素。结论加强对女生思想、心理波动监测;提供更多自我展示平台,充分展示自我同时减轻身心压力;正确引导医学生生活观与价值观。
Objective:To learn the pregnant women's nutrition knowledge and behavior condition in Shandong province and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:All 500 pregnant women of 5 different areas in Shandong province were selected by stratified sampling.Data were collected through the self-designed questionnaire.Results:The average score of pregnant women's nutrition knowledge was 7.17±1.74,and the passed ration was 44.00%.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that lived in the city,higher education degree,and higher income,the pregnant women's school experience were positive factors for higher knowledge score.The urban pregnant women's intake frequency of eggs,milk,foods rich in iron and calcium were higher than country pregnant women's(P<0.05).The country pregnant women's intake frequency of pickles were higher than urban women(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pregnant women's nutrition condition is not good enough.We should establishing and perfecting the health education institutions for the pregnant women in urban and rural and guidance their nutrition behavior.

Objective To investigate the effect of obesity on physical stamina of college students.Methods The physical stamina and obese status of 7353 college students were measured. The relationship between obese degrees and the scores of step trial, vital capacity, grip, standing long jump was analyzed.Results The male's and female's vital capacity score was obesity students > pre-obesity students > normal students > thin students ( P<0.01). The male's step trail score was the normal body weight students and pre-obesity students > obese students ( P<0.05). The male and female's standing long jump score was normal students > pre-obesity students > obesity students ( P<0.05). The male and female's grip score was obesity students > pre-obesity students > normal students > thin students ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion The lung function and the arm power of college students are increasing with the rise of obese degrees. The heart function and breakout force are decreasing with the rise of obese degrees.
