Non-communication protection of feeders can quickly and selectively isolate the asymmetrical fault and recover power supply to the sound feeder sections.But how to coordinate with the protection of transformer and to cope with symmetrical fault need to be solved when applied into the field.This paper proposes a field scheme which can meet the requirements of coordinating with the protection of transformer and quickly isolating the symmetrical fault.The scheme presented in the paper configured the non-communciation protection feeders according to the time requirements of the transformer's protection,and tripped the symmertical fault instantly and without selectivity based on three phases voltages,and then used the re-closure technology intergrated in the relay to determine the fault section and to recover the power supply to the healthy feeder sections.The field scheme can achieve isolating the fault in the feeder and recovering the power supply to the load fast without the need of communication channel.
The invention discloses a trenchless construction method for power pipes, and belongs to the field of construction. The trenchless construction method for the power pipes comprises a horizontal directional drilling construction method. The trenchless construction method for the power pipes at least comprises the following steps of: drilling a guide hole according to a design curve; forming a composite structure of a power pipe bundle by using a plurality of power pipes; pulling the power pipe bundle back into a guide hole along the guide hole to finish pipeline crossing work, wherein in a pullback process, a multi-pipe pullback effect is considered, the power pipe bundle is regarded as a whole, and water injection pullback is not considered; on the premises of considering the multi-pipe pullback effect, regarding the power pipe bundle as the whole and considering the water injection pullback in the pullback process, the total tension of the pipe bundle of the power pipes at each point along a drilling track in a pullback process, the average axial tension stress corresponding to each pipeline and the tension safety condition of a pullback pipeline are determined; after the power pipe bundle is pulled back in a position and when compaction grouting is performed, the grouting pressure is considered as an external pressure of the pipeline; and by the method, the safety in power pipe construction is ensured. The trenchless construction method for the power pipes can be widely used in the field such as the design, the construction and the management of power pipelines.
Demand response(DR),matching the advanced metering infrastructure(AMI),fits very well to AMI functions.3 Developing stages of AMI construction are analyzed,as well as its matching measures – DR,based on electrics price,usage information service and device control.DR application cases overseas are introduced.Suggestions are proposed to build up DR in stages in China.
To solve the power supply problem of secondary equipment application in distribution network field,this paper designs uninterruption power sources of high voltage line.The main part of power supply obtains the induced current of high voltage cable line through open current coil.Solar power and lithium battery with charge and discharge are taken as auxiliary power supply,which can solve the problem of inadequate power supply under the conditions of line small load current.The automatic switching mode is used to ensure uninterruption power supply output and seamless switching.
