"银碧双辉"是2007年从扦插苗中发现并经多年选育出来的彩叶桂花新品种,于2010年10月通过木犀属新品种国际登录中心组织的鉴定,定名为银碧双辉[Osmanthus fragrans(Thunb.)Lour.'Yinbishuanghui'],2012年7月获得国家林业局植物新品种保护授权.现已在我国四川、江西、广西、广东、湖南、福建、江苏、浙江等16个省(市)引种栽培.简述其品种特征,提示其栽培技术.
利用4对微卫星引物对采自中国7省市的18个柑橘大实蝇地理种群进行标记,并进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,从供试柑橘大实蝇地理种群检测到的等位基因数为19~30个,平均为23.06个,且4个微卫星位点(Bp125、BcuF 1.6、Bcac 5.10、Bcac 6.10)的等位基因数分别为7、14、9、8个.对18个柑橘大实蝇种群的哈迪—温伯格平衡测试结果显示,其卡方值的变化范围为5.582~∞,各种群间差异显著(变化范围为0.000~0.694).表明中国柑橘大实蝇种群的遗传多样性较高,且不同种群间存在较大的遗传分化.
根据F优3号亲本F32A和龙恢3号的特点,制种时通过适时播种、定准播差、培育壮秧、适时移栽和科学的大田管理等一系列技术措施,可确保产量达到3.75~4.00 t/hm~2。
2014—2015年,在重庆市九龙坡区开展了12个杂交水稻新组合的比较试验.初步结果表明:对照'Ⅱ优838'单产为595.5 kg/667 m2.共有9个组合单产极显著高于对照,其中'袁两优17号'单产(708.5 kg/667 m2)、'腾511A×9713'单产(700.5 kg/667 m2)最高,建议加速试验示范;'Y两优3618'、'两优16'、'腾2A×天08-1'表现也较好,建议继续试验.'876A×天08-3'单产(519.5 kg/667 m2)极显著低于对照,建议在高山地区试验种植该组合.
To clarify the relationship between sodium channel genes and hexythiazox-resistance in Panonychus citri,sodium channel genes were identified through P.citri transcriptome analysis.SNPs(single nucleotide polymorphisms) in sodium channel genes between a susceptible strain and a hexythiazox-resistant strain of P.citri were analyzed by comparison of sodium channel gene sequences and Sanger sequencing.Gene expression profiles of sodium channel genes were further compared,using RPKM(reads per kb per million reads) method and quantitative real-time PCR.Thirty-nine sodium channel transcripts were found in the transcriptome of P.citri.Analysis of differentiated expression of these genes showed that 21 of them were up-regulated and 17 were down-regulated.Nav1.8.1 and Nav1.6.4 were the two most up-regulated sodium channel genes,their log2 ratio(RS/SS) being 10.59 and 10.30,respectively.Quantitative real-time PCR indicated that Nav1.8.1 and Nav1.6.4 had a 3.92-and 1.68-fold up-regulation,respectively,in the resistant strain as compared to the susceptible strain.Comparisons of sodium channel gene sequences and further Sanger sequencing showed that there were 3 and 1 SNPs in Nav1.9.4 and Nav1.7.3,respectively,between different strains.Analysis of the deduced amino acid sequences revealed that T to C mutation at position 786 in Nav1.7.3 led to a Leu to Ser mutation,and G to A mutation at position 468 in Nav1.9.4 led to a Met to Ile mutation.Difference analysis and validation of sodium channel genes provide a valuable genomic resource for further understanding the molecular basis of the mechanisms of hexythiazox-resistance in P.citri.
重庆地区葡萄栽培上危害损失严重的病害主要是白腐病、炭疽病、黑痘病和灰霉病.除开品种抗性外,大气温度、湿度是病害发生流行的主导因素.本试验表明,改善果园环境,降低田间湿度,合理整形修剪,保证通风透光,并结合化学、农业措施来防治葡萄白粉病、炭疽病、黑痘病和灰霉病可取得较好的效果.
