The formation of polycellular forms by E. coli strain K-12 cells containing F-like plasmids pAP22-2 and pAP42 was studied by the method of small-angle laser scattering. The efficiency and patterns of the resultant cell associations depend on genetic characteristics of the studied plasmids.
Capacity of Escherichia coli strain bacteria containing F-like plasmids to create polycellular forms was studied. The influence of conjugative pili produced under genetic control of such plasmids on the efficiency and character of creating cell associates was shown.

Integrin receptors defects cause genetic predisposition to series of diseases such as myocardial infarction, myo-cardial ischemia, arterial and venous thrombosis, Glanzmann thrombasthenia, late gestosis and delay in fetus development. One of the integrins, glycoprotein Ilia (GPIIla) is known to be presented with two allelic forms, PLA1 and PLA2. We analyzed the frequency of these alleles among patients with uterus myoma, internal endometriosis and their combination, and obstetric bleeding. We have shown that presence of the defective allele PLA2 of the GPIIla gene in the female genotype is not a factor of genetic risk for development of uterus myoma. However, allele PLA2 in the female genotype considerably reduces the risk of development of internal endometriosis or internal endometriosis and uterus myoma together. Besides, the frequency of obstetric bleeding increases among the PLA2 allele carriers.
Objective: to evaluate the allele distribution of GPIIIA gene among patients with leiomyoma (I group), adenomyosis (II group), and their combination (III group). Methods: PCR analysis. Results: a great majority of the patients with leiomyoma, adenomyosis and their combination were found to be homozygous for PLAl allele. PLA2 allele of the gene was revealed only for two heterozygous patients of III group. Conclusion: leiomyoma, adenomyosis and their combination are associated with genotype A1A1 of GPIIIA gene. PLA2 allele of the gene reduces the risk of these diseases of about 10 times.
The results of investigation of serologically--typed and nontyped E. coli cells carrying F-like derepressed plasmid pAP42 testified to the influence of genome of some bacterial hosts on the expression of plasmid genetic region determining "sex" (plasmid--specific) pili synthesis and surface exclusion system (Sfx--system). Similar changes in bacterial cells phenotype can also result from the mutational changes of this plasmid.
Molecular cloning of genetic region of F-like plasmid pAP42, coding its surface exclusion system (system Six V) was performed. Restriction and genetic analysis of recombinant plasmids showed that six V locus is situated in Sal I-fragment f5 (4.2 MD) of this plasmid.
The study of structural and functional features of plasmid-specific pili synthetized by E. coli cells under control of 27 F-like plasmids was performed. All the plasmids determined the pili of "flexible" type which were classified into 3 groups on the basis of difference in cell sensitivity to pili-specific phages f1, f2, Q. The possible role of transposons in the variation of pili functional properties was supposed.
The F-like plasmids belonging to 5 different Sfx-groups were discovered. The existence of atypical plasmids belonging to different Sfx-groups was shown. The molecular cloning of plasmid DNA fragment (3.9 mD) determining SfxII phenotype was performed.
