Objectives Data on the oral health status in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau are limited. This study aimed to investigate the dental caries status and identify associated risk factors among 8- to 12-year-old children in Gannan, a Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Northwest China. Methods The study population was recruited using a multistage stratified random sampling procedure. Caries status was assessed by clinical oral examination and indicated by the decayed, missing, and filled teeth (DMFT/dmft) index. Information on sociodemographic characteristics, oral hygiene behaviours, and dietary habits was collected using a comprehensive structured questionnaire. Statistical analyses, including the chi-square test and a two-level logistic regression model, were conducted to examine the risk factors associated with dental caries. Results A total of 1024 Tibetan children were examined, revealing a dental caries prevalence rate of 89.55%, with a mean DMFT/dmft index of 4.25 ± 3.27. The two-level logistic regression model showed that initiating tooth brushing at four to 5 years old (OR = 2.295, 95% CI 1.053-5.002) and frequent dessert and candy intake (OR = 2.655, 95% CI 1.216-5.794) were risk factors for dental caries. Conversely, being 11 years (OR = 0.399, 95% CI 0.177-0.904) or 12 years old (OR = 0.396, 95% CI 0.163-0.961) and if the father's education level was high school or above (OR = 0.311, 95% CI 0.098-0.986) were indicated to be protective factors against dental caries. Conclusions The prevalence of dental caries was high in Tibetan children aged 8 to 12year-old in Gannan. Therefore, it is imperative to prioritize comprehensive home- and school-based interventions to improve the oral health of this population.
Background: In humanitarian crises, water, sanitation and hygiene interventions are critical for the survival of people. However, strong evidence-based information is still limited. In order to describe the quantity and quality of current evidence, we conducted an evidence gap map provides a visual overview, highlighting areas lacking evidence. Methods: According to developed inclusion and exclusion criteria, a systematic literature search was conducted to find related systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, SCOPUS and Cochrane were searched using search strings from 2000 until 2021. Characteristics of the included reviews were extracted and summarized. Two persons evaluated methodological quality independently using the AMSTAR tool. Invite a third person to solve any discrepancies. Results: This study revealed seven systematic reviews, including one meta-analysis. One study was of high quality, four of medium, and two of low quality. A total of 272 primary studies were included with a median value of 38.8 (range, 6-106) which deeply analyzed for data extraction. Cross-sectional, case-control, and qualitative case studies were the most used study designs. Diarrheal diseases were the most reported outcomes representing 46% of the impact evaluations. Cholera outbreaks account for 43% of a crisis context. The research gaps were insufficient reporting of some interventions with related outcomes and the geographical distribution of current evidence. Conclusion: There is a limitation in current evidence represented by a lack of high-quality and experimental studies investigate the impact of water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH) interventions on health and behavioral outcomes in humanitarian sittings.
In this study, we have reported spatial and temporal variation in particulate matter (PM), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O3) over five provincial capital cities in northwestern China during 2013–2020. Regarding the seasonal variation, all pollutants (except ozone) exhibited the lowest concentration during summer and the highest concentration during winter, which could be attributed to increased anthropogenic activities (like coal burning) and conducive meteorological features. The highest monthly mean concentrations were primarily observed during December-February, whereas ozone exhibited the highest concentration during April-August, with different cities experiencing the highest concentration during different seasons. Regarding the diurnal variation exhibited by the pollutants, the lowest concentration of pollutants (except O3) was observed during the late afternoon (17:00–18:00) period. Ozone posed the urban site diurnal variation characteristic (peak during afternoon hour) over all sites. Urumqi had the highest PM2.5/PM10 ratio during November-March and the lowest ratio during April-October. Compared to the WHO revised guideline, the annual mean PM2.5 concentration was about 8–12 times higher, whereas the annual PM10 concentration was exceeded by a factor of up to 7. Most pollutants exhibited reduced concentration during the spring festival period. Analysis using HYSPLIT back trajectories indicated that the air masses affecting the five sites primarily originated from the northwestern area of China, although the impact of long-range pollution transport from remote regions should not be overlooked.
According to comprehensive research, the cardiovascular system is damaged by nickel exposure. The present study selected rat cardiomyocytes (H9c2 cells) and subjected them to varying doses of sodium nickel sulfate (NiSO4) for 24 hours to better understand the mechanism of cardiovascular damage caused by NiSO4 exposure. The relevant indicators were detected employing biochemical analysis, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR), and western blot, and flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis rate. The study revealed that the survival rate of H9c2 cells fell significantly when the concentration of NiSO4 exposure rose. Moreover, it caused oxidative stress in H9c2 cells by raising the expression of reactive oxygen species and the concentration of LDH in the cell supernatants. After NiSO4 exposure, the levels of ASC, NLRP3, gasdermin D, and caspase-1 in H9c2 cells increased, suggesting that H9c2 cells underwent pyroptosis induced by NiSO4. In addition, NiSO4 exposure also led to inflammation, with increased levels of interleukin [IL]-18, IL-1β. After adding the antioxidant N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), the level of ROS indicated that the oxidative stress level in H9c2 cells was reduced, western blot inhibited inflammation, the level of pyroptosis was reduced, and the activity of the NLRP3/caspase1 signaling pathway was reduced. To examine the connection between pyroptosis and apoptosis, the cells were treated with the caspase1 inhibitor Z-YVAD-Fluoromethyl Ketone (Z-YVAD-FMK, YVAD), which resulted in a significant decrease in the rate of cell apoptosis as well as a reduction in the activity of the related protein in the signaling pathway, which in turn decreased the level of pyroptosis. NiSO4 could induce pyroptosis in H9c2 cells through the ROS/NLRP3/caspase-1 axis. Furthermore, NiSO4-induced apoptosis and pyroptosis were found to be reduced by the addition of the caspase-1 inhibitor.
The aims of this study were to examine the spillover effects of violent attacks, coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) exposure, and their interactions on health professionals' mental health, and the role of organizational support in their relationships in China. A two-phase survey data (n = 10,901) before and after the first outbreak of COVID-19 was integrated with regional macro data on the number of lawsuit cases of violent attacks and COVID-19 cases. Three studies were designed to isolate the general spillover impact of violent attacks on the mental health of health professionals, how COVID-19 affects the mental health of health professionals, and whether organizational support moderates the relationship between violent attacks and mental health through econometric regressions. Violent attacks and COVID-19 are negatively associated with the mental health of health professionals, and the outbreak of COVID-19 adversely deteriorates the spillover effects of violent attacks. Physicians, not nurses, are the most affected group. Better perceived support from hospitals can significantly mitigate the adverse effects of COVID-19, violent attacks, and their interactions on the mental health of health professionals. COVID-19 deteriorates the adverse effects of violent attacks on the mental health of health professionals, while better organizational support is helpful to mitigate these effects.
目的 评估甘肃省贫困听障儿童救治项目的实施效果,对项目的成本效益进行卫生经济学评价,为项目的改进提供依据.方法 针对2011年5月-2020年5月参与项目的患儿,通过现场调查收集资料,并且结合甘肃省卫生健康委员会项目数据、甘肃省统计年鉴数据,分析甘肃省听力救治项目的成本和效益,并对项目复筛率进行敏感性分析.结果 甘肃省项目开展期间平均听力筛查率为89.47%,平均听力复筛率为23.04%;最终确定听力救助患儿985例.项目10年总成本21 587.17万元,人均成本20.38万元;总效益为54 885.86万元,人均效益55.72万元.项目开展期间每年的成本效益比在1∶ 1.90~1∶3.72,10年的总成本效益比为1 ∶ 2.54.结论 政府将人工耳蜗与听力筛查相结合进行投资是可行的,目前甘肃省听力救助项目还存在提升空间,建议对项目管理以及资金分配进行进一步的优化.
目的 了解甘肃省少数民族地区儿童氟斑牙的患病情况,探讨氟斑牙发病的危险因素.方法 于2019年6-11月采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对甘肃省8个少数民族县的1 344名在校学生进行资料收集、氟斑牙诊断和尿样中氟化物检测.结果 甘肃省少数民族地区8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为29.1%,尿氟浓度几何均值为1.02 mg/L.居住在阿克塞哈萨克族自治县(阿克塞县)(OR=2.625,95%CI:1.530~4.597,P=0.001)、肃南裕固族自治县(肃南县)(OR=2.421,95%CI:1.411~4.154,P=0.001)、天祝藏族自治县(天祝县)(OR=2.813,95%CI:1.599~4.946,P<0.001)和夏河县(OR=1.719,95%CI:1.022~2.892,P=0.041)、具有饮茶习惯(OR=1.508,95%CI:1.072~2.120,P=0.018)、年龄较大(8~12岁)(OR=1.122,95%CI:1.021~1.233,P=0.017)、尿氟浓度较高(0.10~5.87 mg/L)(OR=1.549,95%CI:1.223~1.962,P<0.001)是影响儿童氟斑牙患病率的危险因素.结论 甘肃省少数民族地区儿童氟斑牙患病率较高,地区、饮茶习惯、年龄、尿氟等因素均会影响氟斑牙患病率,应针对性地开展饮茶型地氟病持续性防制工作.
BackgroundOccupational stress has been shown to be an important factor affecting the mental health of workers. The role of affective commitment to the organization and overcommitment to work cannot be ignored. However, there is a lack of research on this topic in China.ObjectiveTo explore a potential mediating effect of affective commitment on how occupational stress affects the mental health of medical staff and a potential moderating effect of overcommitment on the mediating effect of affective commitment.MethodsA total of 1372 health care workers in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Lanzhou City were selected as study subjects for a cross-sectional survey. The occupational stress, emotional commitment, and psychological distress of the subjects were evaluated by the Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale, Affective Commitment Scale, and Kessler 10 Scale. SPSS 26.0 was used for correlation analysis, mediation analysis, and moderated mediation analysis. Common method bias wasevaluated by Harman one-factor test.ResultsA total of 1372 questionnaires were distributed, of which 1277 valid questionnaires were returned, with a valid recovery rate of 93.08%. The mean occupational stress score was 1.14±0.23, the mean overcommitment score was 20.26±3.21, the mean affective commitment score was 20.25±3.34, and the mean psychological distress score was 26.26±7.90. The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that occupational stress among medical staff was positively correlated with overcommitment and psychological distress (r=0.153, 0.410, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with affective commitment (r=−0.341, P<0.01); overcommitment was negatively related to affective commitment and positively related to psychological distress (r=−0.107, 0.312, P<0.01); affective commitment was negatively related to psychological distress (r=−0.464, P<0.01). The positive effect of occupational stress on psychological distress of medical staff was significant (b=0.41, t=15.42, P<0.001); affective commitment presented a partial mediating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and psychological distress (effect value=0.13), accounting for 31.71% of the total effect; overcommitment moderated the process of occupational stress-affective commitment-psychological distress (P<0.01).ConclusionAffective commitment of medical staff has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and psychological distress, and overcommitment plays a significant role in moderating the process of occupational stress-affective commitment-psychological distress.
Objective This study evaluated the effects of extreme temperatures on hospital admissions for respiratory diseases (RDs) in a semi-arid region in the Northwest of China. Methods Distributed lag nonlinear model was constructed, and stratified analysis by gender and age was performed. Results The exposure–response curve between temperature and RD hospital admissions was almost W-shaped. Either extremely cold temperatures or moderately cold temperatures presented a short-term acute harmful effect, and the relative risks were higher among males (1.976, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.773–2.203; 1.242, 95% CI: 1.203–1.282) and the elderly (2.363, 95% CI: 1.724–3.240; 1.267, 95% CI: 1.154–1.390). Both extreme and moderately hot temperatures had higher risks among females (2.040, 95% CI: 1.815–2.292; 1.328, 95% CI: 1.276–1.381). Conclusions The relationship between air temperature and RD hospital admissions was nonlinear. Vulnerable populations varied according to extreme temperature conditions.
目的:检验自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0)应用于医护人员的信度和效度.方法:2019年11月-2020年8月,采用分层随机抽样法选取甘肃省天水市6家医院的1 272名医务人员,运用SRHMSV1.0量表测量该人群的健康状况.采用SPSS 26.0软件和AMOS 24.0软件分别检验SRHMS V1.0量表的信度和效度.结果:SRHMS V1.0总量表以及3个子量表的Cronbach's α系数均>0.8,说明此量表的信度满足检验要求.探索性因子分析显示,该量表KMO=0.944(P<0.001),证实此量表具有良好的鉴别度.验证性因子分析显示,该量表具有良好的拟合度(CMIN/DF=3.637,NFI=0.924,RFI=0.915,IFI=0.944,TLI=0.937,CFI=0.944,RMSEA=0.046).结论:SRHMS V 1.0量表信效度良好,可作为评价医护人员自测健康及相关影响因素的工具.
Indoor air pollution (IAP) is one of the leading risk factors for various adverse health outcomes including premature deaths globally. Even though research related to IAP has been carried out, bibliometric studies with particular emphasis on this topic have been lacking. Here, we investigated IAP research from 1990 to 2019 retrieved from the Web of Science database through a comprehensive and systematic scientometric analysis using the CiteSpace 5.7.R2, a powerful tool for visualizing structural, temporal patterns and trends of a scientific field. There was an exponential increase in publications, however, with a stark difference between developed and developing countries. The journals publishing IAP related research had multiple disciplines; 'Indoor Air' journal that focuses solely on IAP issues ranked fifth among top-cited journals. The terms like 'global burden', 'comparative risk assessment,' 'household air pollution (HAP)', 'ventilation', 'respiratory health', 'emission factor', 'impact,' 'energy', 'household', 'India' were the current topical subject where author Kirk R. Smith was identified with a significant contribution. Research related to rural, fossil-fuel toxicity, IAP, and exposure-assessment had the highest citation burst signifying the particular attention of scientific communities to these subjects. Overall, this study examined the evolution of IAP research, identified the gaps and provided future research directions.
Growing evidence indicates that nickle and its compounds have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system. In this study, the cytotoxic insults caused by nickel sulfate (NiSO4 ) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were explored by examining cell viability, oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, and MAPK signaling pathway activity. Cultured HUVECs were treated with varying concentrations of NiSO4 (0, 62.5, 250, and 1000 μM) for 24 h. Subsequently, markers of oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, and MAPK signaling pathways were analyzed using biochemical assays, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and western blot. Rates of apoptosis were evaluated using flow cytometry. The results showed that NiSO4 exerted dose- and time-dependent inhibitory effects on cell growth. It induced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation by increasing the generation of reactive oxygen species, the oxidized glutathione to reduced glutathione ratio (GSSG/GSH ratio), and malondialdehyde levels. Further, it inhibited superoxide dismutase activity in HUVECs. Flow cytometry analysis results revealed that NiSO4 (62.5-1000 μM) could induce apoptosis in HUVECs. The protein and gene expressions of cleaved Caspase 3 and Bax were elevated, and those of Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL were reduced after NiSO4 treatment. Additionally, NiSO4 triggered inflammation in HUVECs, increasing the protein and mRNA levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and reducing those of TGF-β. Furthermore, western blot findings revealed that NiSO4 could activate MAPK signaling pathways, upregulating p38, JNK, and ERK1/2 in HUVECs by increasing the levels of p-P38,p-JNK, and p-ERK1/2 in a dose-dependent manner. MAPK pathway inhibitors (10 μM SB203580 and 10 μM SP600125) could attenuate the NiSO4 -induced increase in apoptosis and inflammation in HUVECs. They could also attenuate the dysregulation of inflammatory factors and related proteins caused by high-dose NiSO4 exposure. Interestingly, while the MEK inhibitor U0126 (10 μM) enhanced NiSO4 -induced apoptosis in HUVECs, it reduced cell inflammation. Taken together, these experimental results suggest that NiSO4 can inhibit cell growth, induce oxidative stress, and trigger subsequent inflammatory responses and apoptosis in HUVECs. These effects may be mediated by the P38 and JNK MAPK stress response pathways.
Acute exacerbation of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease (AECOPD) as a respiratory disease, is considered to be related to air pollution by more and more studies. However, the evidence on how air pollution affect the incidence of AECOPD and whether there are population differences is still insufficient. Therefore, we select PM10, PM2.5, SO2, NO2, CO, and O3 as representatives combined with daily AECOPD admission data from 1 January 2015 to 26 June 2016 in the rural areas of Qingyang, northwestern China to explore the associations of air pollution with AECOPD. Based on a time‐stratified case‐crossover design, we constructed a distributed lag nonlinear model to qualify the single and cumulative lagged effects of air pollution on AECOPD. Stratified related risks by sex and age were also reported. The cumulative exposure‐response curves were approximately linear for PM2.5, “V”‐shaped for PM10, “U”‐shaped for NO2 and inverted‐“V” for SO2, CO and O3. Exposure to high‐PM2.5 (42 μg/m3), high‐PM10 (91 μg/m3), high‐SO2 (58 μg/m3), low‐NO2 (12 μg/m3), and high‐CO (1.55 mg/m3) increased the risk of AECOPD. Females aged 15–64 were more susceptible under extreme concentrations of PM2.5, SO2, CO, and low‐PM10 than other subgroups. In addition, adults aged 15–64 were more sensitive to extreme concentrations of NO2 compared with the elderly ≥65 years old, while the latter were more sensitive to high‐PM10. High‐SO2, high‐NO2, and extreme concentrations of PM2.5 had the greatest effects on the day of exposure, while low‐SO2 and low‐CO had lagged effects on AECOPD. Precautionary measures should be taken with a focus on vulnerable subgroups, to control hospitalization for AECOPD associated with air pollutants.
目的 卫生微生物学是预防医学等专业的专业基础课,通过开展全英文教学,拟为顺利推进该课程的全英文建设、探索行之有效的教学模式提供参考.方法 以兰州大学卫生微生物学全英文课程为例,通过课前、课后的问卷调查,从学生对全英文教学的认同度、期望、教学反馈和收获等方面进行教学效果分析,并结合期末考试成绩,初步论证开设全英文专业课的可行性.结果 调查结果表明,学生有较好的英语水平,且过半的学生认同全英文课程,并期望以此提高英语运用能力.尽管学生专业英语词汇积累有限,需花费更多时间预习和复习,但英文教学与命题并未对学生的考试成绩造成影响.结论 面向公共卫生专业本科生开展全英文专业课是具有可行性的,且通过师生的共同努力可以取得良好的教学效果.
目的 了解甘肃省会宁县中小学生心理健康现状,为开展心理干预工作提供依据.方法 采用心理健康诊断测验量表(MHT)和家庭情况调查问卷对会宁县1050名中小学生进行了调查.结果 心理健康问题较严重(全量表分在65分以上)的学生检出率为2.3%,各内容量表中学习焦虑检出率(8.50±3.01)最高,为64.46%,孤独倾向检出率(2.67±2.01)最低,为2.65%;女生的学习焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向及全量表得分均高于男生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);初中生在学习焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、冲动倾向及全量表得分上高于小学生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).影响中小学生心理健康总体水平的因素有性别、年级、父母亲的文化程度、父母亲是否到外地工作.结论 会宁县中小学生心理健康总体水平较高,但仍存在心理健康问题的学生,根据影响因素提出针对中小学生心理健康问题的建议.
目的:研究兰州市城关区残疾人生存质量,为加强城关区残疾人保障体系建设提供基线资料和询证.方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样抽取兰州市城关区登记在册的606例残疾人,首先使用世界卫生组织残疾人生存质量量表、残疾态度量表、残疾人照顾质量量表和自编基本情况问卷以面访或指导自填形式完成,其次通过拟合生存质量影响因素结构方程模型构建多维度残疾人生存质量综合评价体系,从残疾严重程度、残疾照顾护理质量和残疾态度3个方面探讨对生存质量的综合作用.结果:城区残疾人生存质量量表评分(40.76±14.79)分,不同人口学特征残疾人间生存质量评分有统计学差异(P<0.05);本组残疾人残疾态度总分(55.31±14.58)分、残疾人护理质量总分(50.33±11.25)分;结构方程模型分析结果显示,残疾态度、残疾严重程度、护理质量对兰州市城区残疾人生存质量的总效应分别为0.36、-0.23、0.49,残疾严重程度通过影响护理质量和残疾态度产生间接作用.结论:研究发现兰州市城关区残疾人生存质量水平较低,受自身、家庭和社会,生理和心理以及社会保障制度等各方面影响,应针对性加强残疾人福利救助体系建设.
目的 了解甘肃省育龄期妇女婚前医学检查的现状及其影响因素,为做好婚前保健提供依据.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取甘肃省5个市州(兰州市、陇南市、武威市、平凉市、临夏州)作为调查地点,选取2014年10月1日至2018年3月1日有首次婚育史的1 027名育龄期妇女进行问卷调查,收集其个人与丈夫一般人口学资料和婚检情况作为研究内容,用logistic回归模型分析婚检行为的影响因素.结果 1 027名调查对象中,有婚前医学检查的人数为529人(51.51%),其中回族(OR=0.33);到最近的妇幼保健机构/计生服务机构/综合医院的距离30~km (OR=0.30)、50~km (OR=0.29)婚检依从性较差;年龄26~岁(OR=12.42),31~35岁(OR=8.41);文化程度初中(OR=3.27)、高中/中专(OR=3.48)、大专及以上(OR=2.61)的调查对象婚检依从性较好.无婚前医学检查的主要原因是不知道有婚前医学检查49.00%,觉得没必要40.16%.结论 甘肃省婚前医学检查服务利用率较低,相关部门要加大婚前保健的宣传教育力度,着力提高育龄期妇女对婚前医学检查服务的知晓率和利用率.
目的 探讨兰州市城关区残疾人照顾质量现状及其影响因素.方法 2016年8月至11月,多阶段分层整群抽样法抽取兰州市城关区登记在册的残疾人606例,采用世界卫生组织残疾人照顾质量量表进行入户调查.结果 城关区残疾人照顾质量总分(50.33±11.25).照顾的获得、照顾的给予、照顾的可及性和照顾的环境评分占各维度满分的59.5%、62.0%、63.9%和72.6%.多元线性回归分析显示,残疾程度、残疾影响程度和收入水平是残疾照顾总分的独立影响因素(P<0.05).不同人口学特征和残疾严重程度残疾人,照顾质量各维度评分有显著性差异.结论 兰州市城关区残疾人照顾质量有待改善.应采取有针对性的措施提升残疾人照顾质量.
目的 分析甘肃省基层医疗机构妇幼保健服务能力及人力资源配置现状,为提高服务能力提供科学依据.方法 对甘肃省基层医疗服务机构妇幼保健相关科室工作人员进行机构问卷调查,并运用统计描述、基尼系数、洛伦兹曲线对数据进行分析.结果 调查地区基层医疗机构服务户籍人口80.101 6万人,辖区育龄妇女人口数22.718 2万人,辖区孕产妇人口数9 556人,妇幼保健医生共101名,医护比约为1.18:1,妇幼保健人员多无职称,高级、中级和初级职称约分别占2.50%、4.90%和28.43%,人力资源基尼系数按人口数和地理面积分布,分别为0.536 4和0.5196.方法 妇幼保健人力资源短缺且分配不公,需合理配置基层医疗机构妇幼保健人力资源,进一步提高服务能力.
目的 分析张掖市甘州区2007~2017年碘缺乏病病情、碘营养水平及碘盐监测数据,探讨甘州区碘缺乏病流行趋势,评价防治效果,为制定消除碘缺乏病干预策略提供科学依据.方法 收集2007~2017年张掖市甘州区碘盐监测、碘缺乏病以及碘营养水平监测资料,应用描述性统计学方法分析甘州区居民碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率、8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率以及儿童尿碘等指标,探讨甘州区碘缺乏病流行趋势,评价防治效果.结果 2007~2017年甘州区食用盐监测数据显示,合格碘盐覆盖率均达到95%以上,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均达到了90%以上.共检测8~10岁儿童1 294名,甲状腺肿大者20人,甲肿率为1.55%.2008、2009、2011、2015和2016年的甲肿率>2%,其余年份均<2%.共检测8~10岁儿童尿样1 382份,尿碘中位数在116.53~ 332.28μg/L之间,>300 μg/L的比例呈逐年上升趋势.2008、2010、2015年的尿碘中位数在100~200 μg/L之间,处于适宜水平,其他年份的尿碘中位数均>200 μg/L,处于超适宜水平.结论 甘州区碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率历年均>90%,食盐加碘措施效果明显,但近年儿童碘营养处于超适宜水平,应进一步调研,找出原因加以应对,防制碘过量补充可能带来的健康损害.
