Jinchangqing Au deposit can be divided into 2 commercial types,ie,the red clay type Au deposit and the structure alteration rock type Au deposit,which are in a clear upper-lower superimposed relationship.Besides the topographic factor,the surface position and form of red clay type Au deposit are mainly controlled by the distribution of structure alteration rock type Au deposit. Therefore,we preliminarily prognosticate the Au metallogenesis perspective around the known ore body( vein) in order to guide the Au prospecting in this area.
Based on the study of morphological characteristics and genetic variation of the seed plants of Pinus tabulaeformis in Jiaoping forest farm,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province,China,P.tabulaeformis was divided into 6 types for the bark color and bark crack: gray longitudinal crackle type,gray chipped type,gray piece crackle type,yellow longitudinal type,yellow piece crackle type and black type.Significant differences existed among different types of morphological traits in economy,between offspring seedling growth and nitrate reductase.And yellow longitudinal type,gray longitudinal type,yellow piece crack type were considered to be superior types.
【Objective】This paper studied the influence of stand density on species diversity of undergrowth of Pinus tabulaeformis plantation in Xiaolongshan area,to put forward an appropriate stand density.【Method】Five types of 30 years stand density were selected,and the law of important values,species richness,species diversity index,evenness index and similarity coefficient changing with stand density were analyzed.【Result】① There were 50 vascular species in 38 families and 23 genus of undergrowth in P.tabulaeformis.As stand density increased,species number decreased,and the composition of shrub and herb changed.②Species richness,Shannon-Wiener,Simpson index in shrub layer and herb layer deceased.③Correlation coefficient analysis showed that the stand density had some relationship with species richness and the evenness index of herb layer,which had significantly negative correlation with the stand density.④ As stand density increased,the total forest loss of species,and similarity index gradually decreased.【Conclusion】Analysis showed that stand density did have influence on species diversity,but the influence was no significant.When stand density was 1717-1 867 plant/hm2,species diversity index except that Alatalo reached the highest,which indicated that the density was more appropriate for growth and development of understory vegetation,and can contribute to an increase in forest diversity.
Early spring stem segments of Lycium barbarum cv.'Ningqi No.2' were used as the explants to conduct tissue culture.Influences of different sterilization time on institution of asepsis explants,effects of different combinations of hormones,different concentrations of hormones on the induction,proliferation,as well as rooting cluster buds were studied.The results showed that explants sterilizated with 0.1% HgCl2 for seven minutes were the best sterile method,in which the pollution rate was about 9.2% and the death rate was about 15%.In addition,the best culture medium for inducing cluster buds was 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1,and the germination rate of lateral bud was up to 90%,the best culture medium for bud proliferation was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.6 mg·L-1 + activated carbon 0.5 g·L-1,and the growth coefficient was 4.68;For rooting,1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 had a better effect.The rate of rooting was 95.0% and the number of growth was 11.6,and the root was brawny,callus was less and the growth rate was faster.
This paper studied the growth and development and morphological variation of M1 population of Celosia cristata treated by ion implantation.The results showed that the stage of growth and development of variant JTM was earlier than control varieties,and corolla became compact.It had significant variation in plant height,crown width,leaf index and branch number.The initial period of true leaf and emergence stage of variation YH was earlier than control varieties,but the squaring period,initial flowering stage,and full-bloom stage was later than control varieties.it's flower color changed into dark red,It had significant variation in plant height,crown width,leaf index,leaf number,branch number and the length of main flower cluster.The stage of growth and development of variant ZTH was slightly earlier than control varieties,its flower type became brachycephaly,and flower color was yellow,there was significant variation in plant height,branch number and the length of main flower cluster.All variation of three types Celosia cristata can set seed and had very high popularization value.
个旧(西)花岗岩体因其东侧产有以锡铜为主的超大型锡多金属矿床而被诸多地学家所关注,以往其研究重点多以铜、锡矿为主,对个旧(西)花岗岩体外围其它铅、锌、铜、钼、金、银等多金属矿床(点)的关注甚少.随着滇南地区地质找矿、矿业开发和多金属成矿规律总结等工作的进一步加深,在个旧(西)花岗岩体外围圈出了大量有价值的异常,并发现了多处铅、锌、铜、钼等多金属矿床(点).综合矿化信息显示,岩体外围环形的多金属矿带是一个值得进行更深入研究的矿集区.本文对个旧(西)花岗岩体外围铅锌矿床(点)的成矿规律进行探讨,为该区铅锌多金属矿找矿及矿业开发工作提供线索和思路.
The southeast Yunnan area is the southwest part of the Dian-Qian-Gui Triangle.The formation of microdisseminated Au deposit in this area is in close relation to the structure of this area.The distribution of Au deposit is controlled generally by the Youjiang rift system.The main fault in this area strictly controls the zonal distribution of Au deposit.And the subordinate fault of the main fault controls the specific position or emplacement of orebody in the metallogenetic zone still further.In this paper,according to the analysis on the relationship between the ore-control structure characteristics of microdisseminated Au deposit and the occurrence position of Au orebody in this area,we believe that the ore-control structure pattern of microdisseminated Au deposit in this area is the thrusting nappe structure,reduce preliminarily the distribution rule of microdisseminated Au deposit in this area in the structure and then put forward the new ore-prospecting idea and direction.
龙川金矿位于桂西北地区,是一个与辉绿岩类岩石有一定时空联系的典型蚀变岩型金矿.该矿产于辉绿岩体与地层的接触带,严格受接触带和挤压破碎带的共同控制.辉绿岩起着沟通深部与浅部构造,并使深部的含矿流体沿挤压破碎带上升、沉淀而成矿的作用.在桂西北有多处与龙川金矿地质环境类似的地区,在此类地区寻找该类型金矿床有较好的前景.
