It is introduced that the designed program based on the equiangular graduated measurement in CMM shall be used in the automatic measuring of the cylindrical cam profile,The cam profile creased in CAD/CAM shall be discussed,and then,the principle of manufacture and inspection can be analyzed.

文章以等分度测量凸轮轮廓曲线为例,提出在测量机上作轮廓曲线面测量的扫描软件设计,针对轮廓面有函数时设计测量软件, 论述逆向产品的检验方法.设计软件作轮廓面扫描,产生测量点的数据文件能直接逆向到SURFACER软件及CAD/CAM系统使用,在测量机、CAD/CAM系统和NC机床之间,通过ERP连网实施信息共享.
