A rare-earth phosphor powder filled polycarbonate ( PC) resin was prepared by melt-extrusion method and rolled into a fluorescent PC film by open mill.X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectroscopy was applied to characterize the structure and performance of the phosphor powder and the fluorescent PC film.The fluorescent PC film was combined with the blue LED chip and its color and luster properties were measured by optical spectrometer.The results showed that the rare-earth phosphor powder filled PC resin exhibited good compatibility between rare-earth phosphor powder and PC resin.The phosphor powder could uniformity dis-persed in the PC resin.The rare-earth phosphor powder with larger size crystal was conducive to maintain a stable crystal structure and morphology in the processing.The excitation-emission wavelength of the phosphor could be re-mained after processing.However, the optical efficiency of the white LED was significantly influenced by the parti-cle size of the phosphor.The color rendition index was gradually increased, with increasing of relative proportion of blue light and yellow light in the synthetic white light.
文章通过点胶法和荧光树脂法制备了两种白光LED,对其色温、显色指数及光效等性能进行了对比研究.结果表明:挤出加工过程对0754荧光粉的晶体结构破坏明显,从而导致荧光树脂法白光LED光效低于点胶法白光LED光效,但对YAG-5荧光粉晶体结构影响不大,荧光粉在荧光树脂中的良好分布明显提高了白光LED的综合性能.荧光粉浓度为30%,荧光树脂厚度0.2 mm时,白光LED光效最大;荧光树脂白光LED工作5000 h后仍能保持较高光效,耐老化性能良好.
The invention discloses a special material for cross-flow fan reinforced AS with high heat resistance and a preparation method of the material. The special material comprises an acrylonitrile-styrol copolymer, polycarbonate, alkali-free glass fiber, a compatilizer, a coupling agent, a high-efficiency lubricating agent and an antioxidant. The effect of different screw assemblies on the extruding process and mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(AS) was studied,and a suitable type of screw assembly for reinforced AS was designed.The results showed that the proper screw assembly could improve the extruding process and upgrade the mechanical properties of the reinforced AS.By improving melting and shear effect of the screw assemblies,the tensile strength and flexural strength of glass fiber reinforced styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer were improved obviously,from 105MPa and 115MPa to 116MPa and 125MPa respectively.Moreover,it ensured the production of equipment.The quality of product met the requirements of home appliances manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad.
