Aim. To analyze the effect of coronavirus infection on the functional state of the respiratory system in young people with different levels of physical activity and time from recovery. Materials and methods. The study involved 126 university students ages 17-22, of whom 101 had a history of coronavi-rus infection (experimental group) and 25 were healthy volunteers (control group). The following parame-ters were obtained: vital capacity, timed inspiratory capacity, and the Skibinski index. The experimental group was divided into subgroups, namely athletes and non-athletes, patients with a time from recovery of less than 6 months/6 months to 1 year/more than a year from the date of research. Microsoft Excel and STATISTICA 10 were used for the statistical processing of the data obtained. Results. In female university students from the experimental group, a 14.1% decrease in vital capacity was found compared to healthy female university students. Female non-athletes after coronavirus infection (16%) had a greater decrease in vital capacity compared with female athletes after disease (8.6%). A significant decrease in vital capacity was found in those female participants who had an infection between 6 months and 1 year ago (p<0.05 compared to controls). No significant decrease in the functional state of the respiratory system was found between male university students with and without a history of coronavirus infection. A significant differ-ence in vital capacity was found between female university students with a time from recovery of less than 6 months and 6 months to 1 year. Conclusion. The study shows a decrease in the functional state in people with a history of coronavirus infection, especially in female university students with a time from recovery of more than 6 months. This decrease was lower for students who exercise regularly.

Тренировка функции равновесия способствует тренировке центральной нервной, сенсорной и опорно-двигательной систем у детей с задержкой темпа психического развития и является важным элементом программы по физической культуре, способствует тренировке центральной нервной, сенсорной и опорно-двигательной систем у детей с задержкой темпа психического развития в условиях инклюзивного образования. Цель исследования — оценить воздействие на функцию статического равновесия адаптированной программы по физической культуре для лиц с задержкой темпа психического развития в условиях инклюзивного образования. Исследование проводилось на базе общеобразовательной школы Поселка совхоза им. Ленина с инклюзивным образованием. Были сформированы две группы: контрольная и экспериментальная по 23 человека в каждой (25 мальчиков и 21 девочка), средний возраст которых составлял 9,7 ± 1,6 лет. Оценивалась функция равновесия и качество управления балансом с помощью метода компьютерной стабилографии. Обследование проводилось дважды — в начале и в конце исследования. Эксперимент длился шесть месяцев. Дети контрольной и экспериментальной групп занимались по стандартной школьной программе Ляха В. И. и Зданевича А. А. (2018), но для детей экспериментальной группы программа по физической культуре была адаптирована в соответствии с имеющейся нозологией и включала индивидуальные тренировки на стабилометрической платформе с биологической обратной связью три раза в неделю, по 30 мин каждая. По результатам констатирующего исследования функции равновесия и качества управления балансом почти у 70 % детей обеих групп отмечалось выраженное нарушение функции равновесия. Включение индивидуальных тренировок на стабилометрической платформе с биологической обратной связью улучшило показатели функции равновесия и качество баланса у детей экспериментальной группы по сравнению с контрольной. У них в меньшей степени был задействован зрительный анализатор и отмечалось улучшение вестибулярной устойчивости при выполнении постуральной пробы Ромберга. Lagging in cognitive, psychomotor and functional development is observed in children with mental retardation. Training of the balance function promotes training of the central nervous, sensory and musculoskeletal systems in children with delayed mental development and is an important element of the physical culture program in inclusive education. The objective of the study is to assess the impact on the static balance function of an adapted physical education program for people with delayed mental development in inclusive education. The study was conducted on the basis of the secondary school of the Village of Sovkhoz imeni Lenina with inclusive education. Two groups were formed: a control group and an experimental group of 23 people each (25 boys and 21 girls altogether), with an average age of 9.7 ± 1.6 years. The equilibrium function and the quality of balance management were evaluated using the computer stabilography method. The survey was conducted twice at the beginning and at the end of the study. The experiment lasted six months. The children of the control and experimental groups studied according to the standard school program of V. I. Lyakh and A. A. Zdanevich (2018), but for the children of the experimental group, the physical culture program was adapted in accordance with the available nosology and included individual training on a stabilometric platform with biofeedback 3 times a week, for 30 minutes each. According to the results of the ascertaining study of the balance function and the quality of balance management, almost 70 % of the children in both groups had a pronounced violation of the balance function. The inclusion of individual training on a stabilometric platform with biofeedback improved the balance function and quality of balance in the children of the experimental group compared to the control group. They had less use of the visual analyzer and improved vestibular stability when performing the postural Romberg test.

По результатам исследования сделано заключение о положительном влиянии адаптированных уроков физической культуры на развитие двигательных качеств и функциональное состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы. The article considers the impact of correctional and developmental games on the development of motor skills in primary school children with intellectual disabilities at physical education lessons in inclusive education. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made about the positive impact of adapted physical culture lessons on the development of motor qualities and the functional state of the cardiovascular system.
Youth: high school students and first-year students of universities are exposed to significant pressure of educational stress, which affects the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the parameters of cardiac activity in persons of this category. The article presents the results obtained on the basis of methods of dispersion ECG mapping and assessment of heart rate variability in 46 schoolgirls of medical classes and 49 first-year students of Moscow City University. As a result of the survey, it was revealed that a significant proportion of high school students and female students have deviations in the following parameters: the state of functional tension of regulatory systems prevails in the majority of the surveyed, the heart rate is higher than normal, there are signs of instability of the electrical activity of the atria.
Aim. The paper aims to justify the use of a wheelchair skills program for improving the quality of social and daily life rehabilitation in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury. Materials and methods. The study involved 8 patients of the Preodolenie Rehabilitation Center aged between 32 and 45 years. The Wheelchair Skills Test (WST) was used to identify the level of wheelchair skills. The Barthel Scale was used to assess the functional status of patients. Statistical processing was performed using the Microsoft Excel Professional software package and variation statistics. The significance of differences between the survey results was assessed with the Student's t-test. Results. The results of the WST test showed that all patients had low wheelchair skills and satisfactory social and daily life skills. The rehabilitation program for patients with traumatic spinal cord injury assumes the use of a wheelchair that meets the standards of the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America, as well as the development of wheelchair skills. Wheelchair skills acquisition was carried out in three directions: forming the correct position of the body, improving balance skills and developing movement skills. Each lesson included 2-3 skills according to the WST protocol, which were similar in their performance. Thus, the protocol was divided into sections, where each section was associated with a separate activity. The rehabilitation course itself consisted of 10 lessons. After the course, the greatest (75.5%) increase was observed in general wheelchair movements and the smallest (11%) - in safety associated with wheelchair movements. There was a significant increase (18.9%, p < 0.01) in the ability to use a manual wheelchair and daily life skills (18.5%, p < 0.01). However, the problem of dependence remained unsolved. Conclusion. Our rehabilitation program can be recommended for further use in rehabilitation centers to form and improve social and daily life skills in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.
Школьники старших классов в связи с подготовкой к поступлению в вузы не только чрезмерно перегружены школьной программой, но и вынуждены заниматься дополнительно. У таких детей значительно снижена двигательная активность, что приводит к нарушению адаптационных возможностей ведущих систем организма. Цель исследования — оценить воздействие онлайн-тренировок по фитнесу на развитие адаптационных возможностей сердечно-сосудистой системы у учащихся старших классов с избыточной массой тела. Исследование проводилось на базе Центра проектного творчества «Старт-ПРО» г. Москвы. Были сформированы две группы: контрольная и экспериментальная по 21 человеку в каждой (девушки), средний возраст которых составлял 15,56 ± 1,14 лет. Адаптация к физическим нагрузкам оценивалась по вариабельности сердечного ритма на базе электрокардиографической системы KARDi 2. Обследование проводилось дважды — в начале и в конце исследования. Эксперимент длился три месяца. Девушки контрольной группы занимались по стандартной школьной программе (Лях, Зданевич) в дистанционном формате. Оздоровительно-тренировочные онлайн-занятия аэробной направленности проводились три раза в неделю в течение трех месяцев с участницами экспериментальной группы. По результатам констатирующего исследования вариабельности сердечного ритма 67 % девушек обеих групп находились в зоне функционального напряжения сердечно-сосудистой системы и 33 % — в зоне нормы. Включение оздоровительных онлайн-тренировок оказалось эффективным и положительно повлияло на развитие адаптационных возможностей сердечно-сосудистой системы и массы тела у девушек экспериментальной группы. Так, количество участниц контрольной группы, перешедших в зону нормы функционального состояния, составило 38 %, а в экспериментальной — 57 %. У 70 % девушек экспериментальной и у 10 % контрольной группы отмечалось снижение массы тела до нормы. High school students, in connection with the preparation for entering universities, are overloaded not only with the school curriculum, but also have to study additionally. In such children, motor activity is significantly reduced, which leads to a weakening of adaptive capabilities of the leading systems of the body. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of online fitness training on the development of the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system in overweight high school students. The research was carried out on the basis of the Center for Design Creativity “StartPRO” in Moscow. Two groups were formed: a control group and an experimental one of 21 people each (girls), whose average age was 15.56 ± 1.14 years. Exercise adaptation was assessed by heart rate variability using the KARDi 2 electrocardiographic system. The survey was conducted twice, at the beginning and at the end of the study. The experiment lasted three months. The girls of the control group studied according to the standard school curriculum (Lyakh, Zdanevich) in a distance format. Recreational-training online aerobic classes were conducted 3 times a week for 3 months with the participants of the experimental group. According to the results of the ascertaining study of heart rate variability, 67 % of girls in both groups were in the zone of functional tension of the cardiovascular system and 33 % in the zone of normalcy. The inclusion of online health-improving training into the curriculum turned out to be effective and positively influenced the development of the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system and body weight in the girls of the experimental group. Thus, the number of participants in the control group who passed into the normal functional state zone was 38 %, and in the experimental group — 57%. 70 % of the girls of the experimental group and 10 % of the control group showed a decrease in body weight to normal.

Цель исследования: оценить воздействие коррекционно-развивающих игр на развитие адаптационных возможностей у детей младшего школьного возраста с нарушениями развития интеллекта на уроках физической культуры в условиях инклюзивного образования. Исследование проводилось на базе общеобразовательной школы поселка Совхоз им. Ленина с инклюзивным образованием. Были сформированы две группы: контрольная и экспериментальная по 20 человек в каждой (по 10 мальчиков и 10 девочек), средний возраст которых составлял (9,56 1,34) года. Оценивалась адаптация к физическим нагрузкам с помощью программно-аппаратного комплекса анализа вариабельности сердечного ритма на базе электрокардиографической системы KARDi 2. Обследование проводилось дважды в начале и в конце исследования. Эксперимент длился три месяца. Дети контрольной группы занимались по стандартной школьной программе (Лях, Зданевич). Уроки физической культуры, проводимые с детьми экспериментальной группы, базировались на программе Ляха В. И. и Зданевича А. А. (2018), но были адаптированы в соответствии с теми нозологиям, которые имели обучающиеся. Занятия проходили три раза в неделю по 45 мин. По результатам констатирующего исследования вариабельности сердечного ритма 75 детей обеих групп находились в зоне функционального напряжения и 25 в зоне нормы. Включение адаптированных коррекционно-развивающих игр на уроках физической культуры оказалось эффективным и оказало положительное влияние на развитие адаптационных возможностей у детей экспериментальной группы. Так, количество детей контрольной группы, перешедших в зону нормы функционального состояния, составило 5 , а в экспериментальной 25 . Violation of the development of intelligence in children is one of the most common pathologies. These children have lower adaptive capacity than healthy children. The aim of the study is to assess the impact of correctional and developmental games on the development of adaptive capabilities in younger students with intellectual disabilities in physical education in inclusive education. The study was conducted on the basis of the secondary school of the village Sovkhoz named after Lenin with inclusive education. Two groups were formed: a control group and an experimental group of 20 people each (10 boys and 10 girls), which average age was (9,56 1,34) years. Adaptation to physical exertion was evaluated using the hardware and software system for analyzing heart rate variability based on the KARDi 2 electrocardiographic system. The survey was conducted twice at the beginning and at the end of the study. The experiment lasted three months. Children of the control group were engaged in the standard school program (Lyakh, Zdanevich). Physical education classes conducted with children of the experimental group were based on the program of V. I. lyakha and A. A. Zdanevich (2018), but were adapted in accordance with the nosologies that the students had. Classes were held three times a week for 45minutes. According to the results of the ascertaining study of heart rate variability, 75 of children in both groups were in the zone of functional stress and 25 were in the zone of normality. The inclusion of adapted correctional and developmental games in physical education proved to be effective and had a positive impact on the development of adaptive capabilities in children of the experimental group. Thus, the number of children in the control group who moved to the zone of normal functional state was 5 , and in the experimental group 25 .
Aim. The paper aims to explore the effect of Trekrezan on working capacity, psychosomatic status, and hemodynamic parameters of military and security personnel, as well as the possibility to increase its psychological tolerance to stress. Materials and methods. 52 men participated in the study with the average age of 35.4 ± 6.6 years. The participants had been taking Trekrezan in tablets at a dose of 600 mg/day for 3 months. Duplex scanning of carotid and vertebral arteries was carried out according to the method of R. Barnes. Assessment of psychological and somatic status was carried out by the Hamilton test. Physical activity was tested by standard exercises (volunteer military service). Results. Trekrezan intake demonstrated a positive effect on anxiety and emotional stability and provided a significant increase in the maximum and average blood flow rates into common and internal carotid arteries. In 37.5% of 94.7% of men with thickening of the intima/media complex (IMT), IMT values demonstrated normalization after 3 months of taking the pills. Conclusion. Trekrezan significantly improves regional blood flow in the carotid artery system, has a positive effect on the psychosomatic status and improves life quality. Trekresan intake (600 mg / day per 3 months) increases working capacity of military and security personnel and can be recommended as a supplement that improves tolerance to physical activity.
Aim. The purpose of the article is to study the effect of physical rehabilitation on the correction of motor disorders in individuals with traumatic disease (TD) of the cervical portion (C6-C7) of the spine in the late rehabilitation period and experimentally substantiate the features of recovery in the upper extremities. Materials and methods. The experiment involved 30 patients with TD of the cervical portion (C6-C7) of the spine in the late rehabilitation period (2 to 12 months after injury). To assess motor functions in the examined patients, manual muscle testing and dynamometry were performed for measuring muscle strength. The study of the function of the hand was carried out using an adapted modified test. The Barthel scale and the daily activity questionnaire were used to study the formation of self-service skills. The obtained data were processed with the Statistica 10.0 and Microsoft Excel Professional software. Results. The modified method of physical rehabilitation for people with TD of the cervical portion (C6-C7) of the spine in the interim period is a set of practically tested technologies. These technologies include a comprehensive set of activities and the following methods of kinesitherapy: PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), Bobath-therapy, Trankviletati method, Feldenkrais method, as well as mechanotherapy with specialized simulators (Dikul). Ergotherapy is a separate element, which is included in rehabilitation of patients with TD of the cervical portion of the spine together with exercise therapy, daily exercises. Conclusion. As a result of the use of a modified method of physical rehabilitation, in patients of the experimental group, the amplitude and muscle strength of the upper extremities significantly increased, the dynamics of the manipulative function of the hand and self-care skills improved in relation to initial values and the control group.
It was established that application of the domestic preparation trecrezan for the treatment of experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits led to decreases in the levels of cholesterol and total lipids in platelets (Tc) and monocytes (Mc) of the blood. Results of enzymatic analysis indicated that the development of atherosclerosis was accompanied by increased activity of acid cholesterol esterase by 64% in Mc and 22.7% in Tc compared to a standard. Intramuscular administration of trecrezan (25 mg/kg) reduced significantly the activity of acid cholesterol esterase by 35% in Mc and 26% in Tc compared with a control.
In vitro experiments performed on rabbits showed that tris-2-(hydroxyethyl)ammonium orthocresoxyacetate (trecrezan) increases the cytokine activity of total tryptophanyl mRNA synthase (TRSase) via stimulation of the synthesis of a specific mRNA synthase (TRSase). This explains the mechanisms of the hypolipidemic, immunomodulatory, and adaptogenic actions of trecrezan.
В экспериментах «in vitro», проведенных на кроликах, выявлено, что трис-2(оксиэтил) аммоний ортокрезоксиацетат, или препарат трекрезан, обладает повышающим цитокинную активность суммарной триптофанил-мРНК синтетазы (ТРСазы) через стимуляцию синтеза специфической матричной РНК-синтетазы (ТРСазы) действием. С этой точки зрения объясняется механизм гиполипидемического, иммуномодулирующего и адаптогенного эффектов трекрезана.
