[Objective] To explore the effects of garlic oxide on the movement of ruminal smooth muscle in goat,and provide a theoretical basis for metabolic regulation of rumen.[Method] A total of four healthy adult goats were selected as experimental animals,and respectively installed a permanent rumen fistula by surgery.After garlic oxide was added into the rumen of goats,the movement changes of ruminal smooth muscle were determined by self-made ruminal smooth muscle determination device in vivo.[Results] The average muscle contraction intensity of four goats was significantly increased by 51.6%(P0.01) in experiment period compared with that in control period.Moreover,the average contraction frequency was significantly increased by 24.6%(P0.01);the average duration of contraction was significantly shortened by 19.1%(P0.01);the average feeding intake of goats was significantly increased by 8.1%(P0.01).[Conclusion] Garlic oxide can significantly enhance the movement of ruminal smooth muscle and thereby promoting rumen emptying.
In order to study the effects of Botanical activity flour of garlic bacterium substance(GBS) with four doses on performance and hormone secretion of Yangzhou geese,and provide theoretical basis and application consult for the development and utilization,240 one-day-old Yangzhou geese were allocated to five groups,including control group and trial group 1,2,3,4.The control group was fed with basical diets,each trial group was fed with basical diets added with 0.25,0.50,1.00,2.00 g·kg-1 GBS,respectively.The results showed that,compared with control group,the body weight gain of 1-60-day-old trial groups increased by 5.91%(P0.05),8.18%(P0.01),13.64%(P0.01),13.64%(P0.01);the feed intake in trial group 4 increased by 8.79%(P0.01);the feed conversion ratio in trial group 2,3 decreased by 7.55%(P0.05),9.37%(P0.01).Crude protein of brisket in trial group 2,4 increased by 22.88%(P0.05),17.81%(P0.05);Crude fat of brisket in each trial group decreased by 22.82%(P0.05),31.21%(P0.05),44.63%(P0.05),33.22%(P0.05).Serum T3 in trial group 3,4 increased by 11.76%(P0.01),14.38%(P0.01);serum T4 in each trial group increased by 7.75%(P0.01),14.06%(P0.01),14.30%(P0.01),66.52%(P0.01);serum Glu in trial group 1,3,4 decreased by 14.78%(P0.01),14.45%(P0.01),16.05%(P0.01).The average level of Ins after feeding in 3 h trial group 2,3,4 decreased by 14.85%(P0.01),12.54%(P0.01),23.27%(P0.01);the average level of serum glucose in trial group 1,3,4 decreased by 7.96%(P0.01),6.80%(P0.01),11.30%(P0.01).It had a encourage effect on performance and hormone secretion of Yangzhou geese by supplemented with GBS on their Goose die,and four doses in this trial,the effects of fed basical diets added with GBS 2.00 g·kg-1 is the best.

Under the condition of wheat sprayed by formaldehyde to protect protein bypass rumen,the dynamics determination device of rumen smooth muscle in vivo was prepared in this paper to study rumen dynamic changes in 3 buffalos.The results showed that compared with control period,an average increase of ruminal smooth muscle increased significantly by 127.8%(P0.01).Within 15 min,the average rumen motility significantly increased the duration by 76.3%(P0.05) and rumen peristalsis frequency significantly decreased by 34.0%(P0.05).The technique used in this study can quantitatively detect accelerated rumen emptying after wheat protein protection and had a positive synergism in improving the utilization rate of forage protein.
In order to find out the effect ofthermophilic biological treatment on the wastewater in dairy farm and milk processing plant,a thermophilic bacterium and a common wastewater-treating bacterium were combined to aerobically decompose the wastewater in a series of tanks,and the COD indices of the wastewater were detected after aeration.The results indicated the COD indices of the wastewater de- creased from 2896mg/L and 2602mg/L to 800.3 mg/L and 870.3 mg/L respectively.The findings demon- strated that the effect of thermophilic biological treatment was significant,and especially suitable for the high-temperature wastewater in milk processing plant.
