This paper describes the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the swash plate axial piston pump plunger.Analysis the trajectory of a fixed point that the plunger on the swash plate by creating a three-dimensional coordinate systm on the oblique disk and plunger.Creat three-dimensional model of the plunger by using SolidWorks software,simulate the graphs of displacement and stress-strain with its own simulation plug and analyze the results in order to optimize the design.It lays a theoretical basis for the extension of the high life and improving the efficiency of the piston pump.
