通过液压仿真技术研究,利用AMESim软件建立巷道快速支护装备液压系统模型,模拟该快速支护装备运动的实际工况,进行行走液压系统与制动液压系统仿真分析,得出了行走液压缸和制动液压缸在工作过程中各个状态下活塞杆的位移、速度和加速度的液压特性曲线,同时分别对其分析,验证该液压系统满足工作要求.
This research is focused on the break vavle, the fluent software is used to analyses and calculate the pressure distribution, velocity distribution, and the pathline distribution, which changes with the smoothness of the elbow for inlet and outlet. The capability of the break valve is determined by the figures above. The research provides theoretics for optimizing the flow field inside break vavle.

The Fluent analytic software for fluid is simply introduced, and the simulation of the internal flow field for simple liquid shunt. The pressure, velocity and pathlines are technologically analyzed too,and by changing the shut structure on multiple factors analysis and comparison, then got the best working status of the flow field.
Bourdon tube has been widely used in the fluid testing so far, and this paper introduces the chemical and physical behaviors of beryllium bronze QBe2.0 detailedly which mainly makes up bourdon tube; It analyzes the influences of elastic limit in bending on bourdon tube the chemical elements and coating technology bring; Simultaneously, it focuses on the design of the base of tube and the assembly body, points out the location of bourdon tube in bourdon tube pressure gauge; and the design of this paper can guarantee the normal work of bourdon tube in the sealed environment through the theory and practice. In the process of gauge fabricating, appropriate application of bourdon tube is very important.
This article introduced the structure designing about the swash-plate axial piston pump piston and the analysis of ANSYS software.To further improve the swash-plate axial piston pump efficiency and reduce the flow loss.Firstly clear the main parameters of the plunger determine by piston kinematics analysis and stress analysis.Built the piston 3 D graphics by Pro/E software and use its own finite element analysis Mechanica module in stress strain and correlation analysis.These will provide the theory basis and practical method to improve and perfect the piston structure function.

Coal mine mobile refuge chamber, as the important equipment of underground refuge system, has a close relation to the life safety of the miners. At present, there are a lot of production refuge Chamber manufacturers, but they do not enjoy a unified standard in shape or size. This paper focuses on the establishment of the KJYF96/10 mobile refuge chamber model by Solidworks and adopts the structural finite element analysis by Simulation, drawing a conclusion of refuge chamber stress and displacement cloud chart. It is expected to offer an effective reference to improving the structure strength and reducing design costs.
The coefficient of thermal conductivity and thermal capacity about loose coal are an important foundation parameters of study on the technology of coal spontaneous combustion fire position, and its testing method has been a hotspot of study. For example, In the lab, literature [1, 2] measure the loose thermal conductivity based on the Hot-wire method, and the experimental research carries out on the part of influencing factors about the coefficient of thermal conductivity. Literature [3] measure the thermal capacity about coal based on the water calorimeter method, and the research carries out on the influence of coalification degree, ash content and moisture on thermal capacity. Literature [4] measure the thermal capacity about coal based on the DSC method, and the experimental research carried out on the high temperature heat capacity about coal. The aforementioned method is a single thermal properties of the test method, for the same coal samples, in order to acquire the coefficient of thermal conductivity and thermal capacity, the experiment must be carried many times, but it results in inconvenience. Literature [5] measure the coefficient of thermal conductivity and thermal capacity about loose coal based on the hotline method, and develop a test system. The measurement system introduced in literature [5] is used in this article which gathered the different coal sample to carry on the volumetric heat nature test experiment about loose coal, and then carries out experimental research on the thermal conductivity and influencing factors about the thermal capacity.

本文介绍了有关U型管式换热器管板的结构设计及有限元分析。首先通过管板的厚度及受力分析明确管板的结构设计确定主要参数,利用solidworks软件建立管板的三维图形并用其自带的有限元分析模块simulation进行应力应变及相关分析。为提高和完善管板的结构性能提供了理论依据和实际方法,对节约材料、降低成本有着至关重要的作用。

Working state of compressor valve plays a key role in compressing. Valve plate opening not timely or even chattering is a major problem in the process of air passed into the cylinder. This paper through the improvement of valve seat to increase the pressure exerting on the valve plate then to reduce or even to eliminate the phenomenon mentioned above is a good try With the help of software to do simulating calculation of flow field for the contrastive models of the seat channel, proved that the improved structure achieves the goal designed. This may provide a new way to the valve improving designation and make certain significance in practice.
