目的:调查分析医院感染病例漏报原因,为更好地提高医院感染管理水平提供参考依据。方法:采用调查问卷方式,对我院医生、护士进行抽样调查。结果:医生、护士对医院感染的概念、医院感染诊断标准及医院感染对象认知度是一致的(P>0.05),在忽视医院感染管理的理由和影响上报因素中,医生和护士存在显著性差异(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:加强医院感染知识培训,提高医院感染病例上报的依从性。
Through compressive strength and bending strength tests , the influences of water-cement ratio; sand ratio and mix amount of iron-tailings on the cement-based coarse aggregate grouting material were studied to get the best mix parameter .The test result indicated that after optimization of mix proportion , the mechanical property of coarse aggregate cement-based iron-tailings grouting material was similar to that of normal coarse aggregate cement-based grouting material .It was feasible to compound the coarse aggregate grouting material by iron tailings .
OBJECTIVE:To reduce the risk of high-alert drugs in hospitals and to ensure the safety of patients. METHODS:Oracle database and Power Builder program were used to design the software of high-alert drugs in Beijing Military Command based on the theory of high-alert medications. The management sections of high-alert drugs were managed by computer. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:The software make up of dictionary maintenance module,storehouse management module,drug dispensing early warning module and system maintenance module. The management of high-alert drugs number in departments is clear at a glance after implementing the software. The errors of nurses and medical technicians reduce and medication errors of patients have been avoided. The risk of drug use is decreased in the hospital. It proves that the software is worth being generalized in other hospitals.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of Compound pargyline tablets and other antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010.METHODS:The consumption sum,DDDs and their ratio of Compound pargyline tablets in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were compared with other antihypertensive drugs.The utilization of Compound pargyline tablets was investigated and analyzed by questionnaires survey.RESULTS:The consumption sum and DDDs of Compound pargyline tablets increased year by year and took up the first place in our hospital.Results of questionnaires survey showed that patients satisfied with the price and therapeutic efficacy of Compound pargyline tablets.It occupied the first place among common antihypertensive drugs.CONCLUSION:The utilization of Compound pargyline tablets in hypertension patients in our hospital is better than other antihypertensive drugs.
Four seedling nurturing patterns were studied in this experiment and the results showed that plant fibre,bowlseedling,and machine-planting pattern had the highest yield of rice,the second was pot-mat seedling and machine-planting pattern,the third was bowl-seedling and machine-transplanting for tray grown seedling,and the last was plastic tray seedling and machine transplanting pattern.Although the first two patterns have the higher yield,many problems need solving in rice production.
