In order to get the information of controlling black goat diseases at a breeding farm of Guizhou Province and provide references for the building of black goat breeding farm without major diseases,83 serum samples were collected and assayed for Brucellosis,CCPP,FMD and Goat pox serum antibody by agglutination test,indirect hemagglutination test and ELISA test.Results: the SAT and RBPT positive rates of Goat Brucellosis were 13.25% and 10.84%,respectively.The MMC serum antibody positive rate was 6.94% and MO was 8.33%.The FMD serum antibody positive rates of O type,Asia Ι type,A type,and subclinical infection were 15.28%,11.1%,0,0.The goat pox disease serum antibody positive rate was 61.11%.Conclusion: The black goats surveyed had been infected by Brucella and MMC.The immunization of FMD and goat pox disease were needed to be enhanced.The black goats infected by Brucella should be eliminated or the goats infected by MMC should be isolated for treatment.

盘县是贵州省种草养羊大县之一,通过在该县红果镇的挪弯村、纸厂村,淤泥乡的清水村、嘿白村、岩博村,保基乡的厨子寨村等地实施免耕技术建植人工草地866.67 hm2,均获成功.现将该技术报道如下.1免耕技术的优点(1)降低土壤呼吸强度,增加土壤有机质含量.(2)增加水稳性和土壤团粒结构的数量,提高土壤抗水蚀及风蚀的能力.(3)增加土壤的渗透性,减少地表径流,提高土壤的蓄水能力和水分利用效率.(4)提高土壤的生物活性.(5)减少劳动强度、时间和费用.(6)不受地形地貌及农机具限制,实施地点可为天然荒山草坡.
