4-Methyl-6-pyrazolyl-2-chloronicotinonitriles were synthesized by the reaction of 6-hydrazino-4-methyl-2-chloronicotinonitriles with 1,3-diketones. Upon treatment with hydrazine and methylhydrazine, 4-methyl-6-pyrazolyl-2-chloronicotinonitriles were converted into the corresponding 3-amino-4-methyl-6-pyrazolyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines. A similar reaction involving 1,1-dimethylhydrazine and ethylhydrazine was accompanied by elimination of the alkyl substituent and also led to the formation of 3-amino-6-pyrazolyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines. Acylation and carbamoylation of the prepared compounds proceeded regioselectively at the amino group. One of the new compounds, N-[6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-yl]cyclopropanoylamide, showed a growth-stimulating effect in the field experiments on winter wheat crops.
Currently, much attention is being paid to reducing the use of chemical plant protection products and increasing the use of natural growth stimulators. Plant extracts are an inexhaustible source for the search for new biologically active substances (BAS). Extracts have ecological purity, in the production of which liquid carbon dioxide – CO2-extracts are used as a solvent. The purpose of the study was to study the growth-regulating properties of the CO2-extract of star anise. In the three-year period 2020–2022 field small-scale experiments were carried out on plants of winter wheat of the Bezostaya 100 variety, corn of the Krasnodar 191 AMV variety, soybeans of the Arlet variety and rice of the Favorit variety. The use of CO2-extract of star anise contributed to obtaining a reliable and significant increase in the yield of all these crops. The yield of winter wheat increased by 10.4, corn – by 9.8, soybeans – by 16.8, rice – by 7.4% (average data for 3 years). The positive effect of the extract of the bucket on the formation and development of plant organs that determined the structure of the crop yield was noted, the quality of grain increased. On the example of winter wheat plants, an increase in photosynthetic activity under the influence of a growth regulator has been established.
The reaction of aminoamides of the furo[2,3-b]pyridine series with an aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite and N-chlorosuccinimide was studied. It was found that the chlorination reaction proceeds at position 2 of the furopyridine system, leading to previously unknown 3-imino-2-chlorofuro[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides. For some synthesized compounds, nucleophilic substitution reactions were investigated. Among the obtained substances, compounds were identified that have antidote activity against 2,4-D.

The paper reports screening of new winter wheat growth regulators belonging to pyrazolopyridine derivatives, among which compounds with statistically significant growth-stimulating effect have been identified. The potential growth regulators in 3-year field trials (2019–2021) involving Bezostaya 100 winter wheat variety were tested. It was demonstrated that the application of the studied substances contributed to more productive tillering and larger leaf surface and, as a consequence, increased respiratory and photosynthetic activity. A positive effect of the studied compounds on the growth and development of the crop structure forming organs was also observed. The yield increase associated with the use of growth regulators was 12.5–14.8
The reaction of 2,6-dichloro-4-methylnicotinonitrile with malononitrile dimer in the presence of triethylamine leads to regioselective nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom at position 6 with the formation of triethylammonium 2-amino-3-(6-chloro-5-cyano-4-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-1,1,3-tricyanoprop-2-en-1-ide. The structure of the product was confirmed by spectral methods and X-ray diffraction analysis.
The aim of this work was to find new active substances to create domestic soybean growth regulators. The screening was carried out in a series of naphthalene-2-sulfonyl amide derivatives. Substances with high growth-stimulating activity were identified.

При выращивании сельскохозяйственных культур широко используются химические средства борьбы с сорной растительностью.Однако гербициды наносят вред не только сорнякам, но и культурным растениям.В практике возможны случаи непреднамеренного повреждения значительных площадей сельскохозяйственных культур гербицидными препаратами.Подсолнечник -основная масличная культура в нашей стране, он занимает три четверти площади посевов всех масличных культур, а Краснодарский край является безусловным лидером по производству семян подсолнечника.В то же время подсолнечник является очень чувствительной культурой к гербицидам группы 2,4-Д, и при неумышленном воздействии последних потери урожая могут быть невосполнимыми.Одним из приёмов как повышения урожайности подсолнечника и выхода масла, так и спасения урожая в случае такой необходимости является создание и использование антидотов, нивелирующих негативное действие гербицидов на растения и окружающую среду.Наша работа посвящена поиску антидотов для вегетирующих растений подсолнечника от повреждающего действия фитотоксикантов группы 2,4-Д в ряду производных триазолопиримидинов.С этой целью нами синтезирована серия N-замещённых 4,6-диметил-1,2,4-триазоло[1,5-b]пиримидил-3-сульфониламидов.В условиях лабораторного опыта отобраны соединения, проявляющие антидотный эффект как на стеблях, так и на корнях проростков подсолнечника на уровне 20-61 %.В полевом опыте вегетирующие растения подсолнечника, на фоне 40-50 %-ного поражения гербицидом, через 1 или 3 суток проводили обработку антидотом в дозе 40 г/га.Выявлены 2 вещества, проявившие существенную антидотную активность.Под их влиянием прибавка урожая подсолнечника составила 5,3-5,5 и 6,4-6,6 ц/га соответственно, что соответствует 35-39 и 44-46 %-ному антидотному эффекту.Таким образом, найденные соединения могут быть использованы в качестве действующих веществ для создания гербицидных антидотов.

Diazotation of substituted 3-aminopyridines with subsequent substitution of diazo groups with sulfonyl groups in the obtained diazonium chlorides was used to synthesize the corresponding pyridine-3-sulfonyl chlorides. The conditions for this synthesis were optimized by taking into account the detailed understanding of this substitution. The synthesized pyridine-3-sulfonyl chlorides were converted to pyridine-3-sulfonic acids and -sulfonyl amides.
