A type of grating thin film platinum resistance surface temperature sensor used in special space environment is introduced in this paper with detailed design methods and manufacturing technology.Combined with experimental results,the errors in the experiment isanalysed.The results of experiment showed that,this type of temperature sensor can accomplish long time accurate measurement of satellite battery surface temperature in special space environment
