介绍统计过程控制(SPC)的原理及其在胎圈钢丝制造中的应用。SPC技术遵循预防为主的原则,应用有关统计方法捕捉生产过程中的质量波动先兆,通过对生产过程的监控及时消除造成产品质量异常的因素,使产品质量处于受控状态。SPC技术可用来分析胎圈钢丝制造过程的稳定性及过程能力指数,查找出造成数据波动的原因,保证生产过程和产品质量控制。
For lack of effective quantificational method in corporation excellent performance evaluation,a system evaluation method based on the linguistic assessment information is proposed.In accordance with the criteria of GB/T 19580-2004 Criteria for performance excellence,an index system of the evaluation on corporation self-diagnoses is introduced.Combining with the linguistic assessment data for the year of 2006 and 2007 this paper also analyses the implementing effect on the excellent organization performance evaluations of a certain corporation.

The paper gives an introduction of the application of MINITAB in reliability data analysts. It presents the procedures of analysis for constant stress accelerated life test. The last section of this paper illustrates the use of MINITAB in analysis of life data based on a constant stress accelerated life test.
