MOOC的发展为高等教育课程改革带来了一场革命，翻转课堂作为一种新的课堂教学模式冲击着传统的课堂教学方式。文章分析MOOC和翻转课堂带来的教学模式的转变，探讨如何将MOOC和翻转课堂教学模式的理念融入“计算机网络原理”精品课程的建设，梳理课程知识体系，进行多样化的课程设计，制作课程视频和微课，开发课程辅助教学系统，等等；提出以教师重点知识引导与学生自主学习相结合的教学模式，旨在培养学生创新能力以适应互联网时代大学教育转型改革的趋势。

For lack of effective quantificational method in corporation excellent performance evaluation,a system evaluation method based on the linguistic assessment information is proposed.In accordance with the criteria of GB/T 19580-2004 Criteria for performance excellence,an index system of the evaluation on corporation self-diagnoses is introduced.Combining with the linguistic assessment data for the year of 2006 and 2007 this paper also analyses the implementing effect on the excellent organization performance evaluations of a certain corporation.
