Using improved K-means clustering method to remove snowflakes in video images getted in snowy day is put forward. According to the brightness changes of the image, we clustering estimate brightness changes of all the pixels in the image by using background brightness values instead of the brightness values of the snowflakes to achieve the goal of removing snowflakes. The results of experiment show that the processing effect of the method is very obvious for light snow and heavy snow, and even storm snow.It can get good results.
Using the method which is similar to the eye region selection to compute the length of long axis and the short axis of human eyes, reduce the errors caused by the space between the straight lines in Hough Transform. Using Generalized Hof Transform method to extract eyes perimeter, eliminate the interference of the lights, which is more accurate than using 33 template method. With using the region growing method, set an accumulator to calculate the pixels difference value of the seed points and its 33 neighbourhood (the absolute value of the cumulative numbers of the point is less than the threshold) is the human eye area. With those methods, we can extract the characteristics of human eyes.
我们用有机小分子材料NPB和Alq3以交替生长的方法,制备了双层和多层周期结构的样品。通过吸收光谱和光致发光谱的表征,尽管NPB的光致发光峰和Alq3的吸收峰重叠比较小,结果显示,多层周期性结构有利于二者之间的能量传递。这说明,周期性多层结构降低了层与层之间的距离,使得NPB可以有效地将能量传递给Alq3,从而增强Alq3的发光。因此,该多层周期性结构有潜力应用在有机电致发光器件中,来提高器件的性能。
The detection method of moving objects in this paper is based on the dynamic threshold binary image,through combining the frame difference and background difference method,and finally the moving targets are detected.This method is programmed and tested based on the VC++ platform,and experiments show that the moving target of surveillance images detection can be detected more accurate with a certain robustness.through this method than that by the fixed threshold binary image.
In automatic rail guided system for Intelligent small car,automatic rail guidance,obstacle avoidance and car speed detection are three fundamental functions.The photoelectricity sensors array for path rail detection were made by optodiodes and optoresisters.The function of detecting speed and obstacle was realized by reflective optoelectric sensors FS0359F.The MCU STC12C5A60S2 were used as central control unit,which output PWM signals to adjust the speed of driving motors and control the moving direction of small car by road environment and car speed information.The experiments show that the automatic rail guided control system has realized automatic moving control with rail guidance and obstacle avoiding for the intelligent small car.It is a system of low cost,small size and stable fuction.
AS IC fabrication technology has come into deep-submicron and nanometer processing stage,ESD is becoming more prominent.ESD protection circuit and design methodology are analyzed based on CMOS process.As an example,the dimension parameter influence of commonly used protection device GGNMOS is discussed.Meanwhile,an optimized design scheme,which is conformed ESD protection performance requirements,is given.TCAD software sentaurus is used to simulate and verify the design,and the simulation results shows that the ESD protection standard is achieved in 0.18μm process technology.

By using ANSYS software,the space distribution of the axial magnetic field between two contactor in vacuum interrupter is analyzed,the influence between section dimensions of coil and intensity of magnetic field is studied,distribution of flux density of axial magnetic field is discussed,and force effect of electric arc in axial magnetic field is investigated.
