Resources are the basis for breeding,while evaluation for resources is the prerequisite for breeding,and also the key point for speeding up breeding.In this study,54 samples that introduced from Colombia were evaluated by field experiment (1 year) in order to determine the production characteristics,the indexes including plant height,diameter,fresh weight,dry rate,starch content,amylopectin content and others.The results showed that CM837,CM2399-4,Colombia 16P,19S,SG424-19,SM2300-1,SM2323-6,CMR34-11-3,CMR35-70-1 and CMR35-70-1 were the best material for breeding;starch content and growth of CM385-6,CM837,CM3993-9,CM4054-40,PER557,CMR26-07-15,CMR36-40-9,CMR37-14-9 were better but the yield were low,which would be used as breeding materials with high starch content and feeding;yield and quality of CM92-56-1,CM901,CM7595-1 and SM28-80-3 were better,which are able to be used as breeding material for harvesting target.
为了研究施用BGA土壤调理剂(BGA)对木薯鲜薯产量和淀粉含量的影响,为木薯栽培提供理论依据和技术支持,本研究在我国南方7省区设置9个试验点,选用木薯品种华南205为材料,使用不同剂量的BGA与复合肥混施和单施,以及肥料的不同施用时间.通过测产,测量植株高度,采用便携式光合仪Li-cro 6400XT测定木薯叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率等光合参数,分析并探讨施用BGA对木薯产量、淀粉含量和植株的影响差异.结果表明,BGA与复合肥混施或单施,都能提高鲜薯产量和淀粉含量,植株生长旺盛,作为基肥和追肥两次施用优于一次性施用,建议施用量及施用方法为:BGA 1200 kg/hm2+复合肥150 kg/hm2(分2次施用:1/2作基施,剩余1/2作追施).
A new cassava cultivarSC 10originated from crossbreeding betweenCM4042as the female parent andCM4077as the male parent in 1988 and was approved by National Grass Variety Approval Committee in 2006.SC 10had high yield,good adaptability and strong resistance to wind.Its root yield was about 38.87 t/hm2 and 46.06% more than the dominant varietySC205(CK).SC 10possessed 41.44% dry content in storage root,2.04 percentage points higher than CK,and the average rupture rate was only 4.4%,15.2 percentage points lower than CK.The fingerprint mapping of the variety was also established by microsatellite markers.
As a effect of 12 different NPK fertilizer rate on fresh root yield and economic benefit of cassava variety South China 5 in Hainan Island,China in 2004~2005.The same N and K2O ratio,or a litter higher N ration than K2O,also moderate fertilizer was beneficial to increase fresh cassava root yield and income.It suggested that N∶P2O5∶K2O ratio was 2~3∶1∶2~3 for continues cassava production,and their recommendation fertilizer per year for moderate fertility soil was N∶P2O5∶K2O=60~90∶30∶ 60~90 kg/hm2.
