我们为什么会中暑—— 高温、高湿、无风是主因 中暑是夏季常见病,是人体在高温、高湿、无风的环境下,由于水和电解质丢失过多、机体散热功能衰竭而引起的以中枢神经和心血管功能障碍为主要表现的热损伤性疾病. 引起中暑的主要原因是高温、高湿、无风的环境,在日最高气温达到35℃以上的高温天气或环境中,中暑的病人会明显增多.中暑还与空气湿度有关,如果湿度过大,即使气温不到35℃,也会发生中暑.所以,夏天人们不要在太阳底下暴晒,并采取科学的防暑措施.需要注意的是,有些人即使呆在空调房间里也会中暑,这可能与房间不通风并频繁出入空调房间有关.
To explore the PBL-Multimedia-Human analogue three-in-one teaching role in the five-year undergraduate education in emergency medicine.Compared study of two groups of five-year undergraduate students was used to investigate the results and feedback of various teaching models.The results showed that the traditional student-teaching classes in the theory and the first aid skills operation test were 74.34 ±7.21 and 73.38 ±6.04 points respectively,and the reform of teaching students in the the-ory course and the first aid skills operation test were 78.60 ±7.04 and 84.46 ±4.92 respectively.There was a significant differ-ence between two groups (P<0.05).The feedback survey also affirmed on teaching reform.Therefore,we think the PBL-Mul-timedia-Human analogue three-in-one teaching on five-year undergraduate has a significant effect,and it is worth popularizing in emergency medicine teaching.
Purpose Discuss the influence of L-Carnitine to QT dispersion in patients nic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into rwith chroegular group(control group,30 patients)and L-Carnitine group(treatment group,30 patients),the control group patients were given basic treatment with digoxin,diuretics,angio-tension converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) or agio-tension Ⅱ receptor blocker(ARB)and β-blocker;The treatment group were given L-Carnitine in addation on the basic treatment.Heart function indexes and QTds were measured before and 3 months after the beginning of treatment.Results After treatment,th indexes of LVDs、LVSs、LVEFs、LVSVs、Teis and QTds were improved significantly,compared with the ones of control group,the indexes of LVEFs、LVSVs、Teis and QTds were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion L-Carnitine can not only improve the morphological and functional recovery but also improve repolarization stability.

目的观察低分子肝素治疗老年急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性,并探讨治疗时间窗。方法将2001年1月至2005年10月我科38例老年急性脑梗死住院患者随机分成两组:对照组和低分子肝素治疗组,对其临床资料进行分析和研究。结果低分子肝素治疗组有效率为90%(18/20),对照组为56%(10/18),两组比较差异有显著性,且低分子肝素治疗组未发生明显不良反应。结论低分子肝素治疗老年急性脑梗死安全有效。
急诊科作为急诊医疗体系的中间环节在危重急诊患者的抢救工作中起着重要的作用.大部分患者经及时和有效的救治可使病情得到暂时的缓解或有效的控制.然而,不同地区、不同医院急诊科的建设和工作重点有较大的不同,本院急诊科与住院部分处两地,所抢救的患者以内科疾病为主,通过对急诊内科抢救病例进行统计分析,从中获取信息,希望能对本地区急诊急救工作的合理安排和科学管理以及医疗防治重点等方面提供客观依据.
Objective To study the role and clinical significance concentration of nitric oxide in the development of dermatomyositis. MethodsBZ]The concentration of nitric oxide in serum was measured by chemocolorimetry in 38 patients with dermatomyositis. Results The concentration of nitric oxide in serum was (6.310.45) molL-1 in patients with dermatomyositis at active stage higher than (5.870.38) molL-1 in normal control group (P0.05). The concentration of nitric oxide in dermatomyositis at recovery stage was not changed in comparison with normal control group (P0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that nitric oxide may participate inflammatory reaction in patients with dermatomyositis. Assay of nitric oxide is worthy in estimating severity, therapeutic evaluation and pathogenesis in patients with dermatomyositis.
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of plasma endothelin (ET)and sera nitric oxide (NO) detection in patients with hypertension .Methods The level of plasma ET and sera NO in 47 cases hypertension patients were measured by RIA and colorimeteric method ,respectively .Results The level of ET in the patients was much higher (123.6±14 6pg/ml)than that of the control group(87.3±12.6pg/ml),and the level of NO was much lower (4.85±0.75umol/L)than that of the control group (5.76±0.64umol/L).The changes were correlated to the severity of the diseases .Conclusions These results suggest that plasma ET and sera NO may play a part in pathophysiologic process in hypertension ,and they might served as one of indexes to assess the severity of hypertension .
