The application situation and existing problems of CYJW18-5-105HF Pumping Units are introduced.It is discussed in the paper the improved design of Pumping Units in detail,including improved design of the main assembly structure,such as horse head,walking beam,equalizer,pitman,crank,base,framework and bearings,etc.The calculation of improved assembly structure,such as walking beam,pitman and equalizer are checked.Strength and stiffness of the framework are analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS.Conclusion shows that,the improved pumping units have reasonable structure,greatly improved dynamic performance and high safety performance.
To put drilling pumps in good operation order for a long period,enhancing production rate,reducing shotdown period and prolonging operation life,good maintenance was necessarily kept for drilling pumps.Therefore in consideration of their major parts including lubrication system,power end,rolling bearing and fluid end and based on the long application experiences,detail technical requirements for their maintenance are proposed for reference to the drilling engineers.
